In this study, the thermodynamic behaviors of the intrinsic frequency and buckling temperature of rectangular plates of functionally graded materials(FGMs) are explored based on the modified couple stress theory(MCST) and the novel dual powerlaw scale distribution theory. The effects of linear, homogeneous, and non-homogeneous temperature fields on the frequency and buckling temperature of FGM microplates are evaluated in detail. The results show that the porosity greatly affects the mechanical properties of FGM plates, reducing their frequency and flexural temperature compared with non-porous plates. Different temperature profiles alter plate frequencies and buckling temperatures. The presence and pattern of scale effect parameters are also shown to be crucial for the mechanical response of FGM plates. The present research aims to provide precise guidelines for the micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS) fabrication by elucidating the complex interplay between thermal, material, and structural factors that affect the performance of FGM plates in advanced applications.

To adapt to the diversity of hybrid rice and meet its requirements of precision seeding,a rice pneumatic seeder with adjustable seeding rates was designed in this *** seeder employed an independent vortex pump to provide the air source for the seed metering *** to the requirements of air flow in the seed metering device,a sub-pipeline and a general pipeline were *** performances of the two types of pipelines were verified by the air pressure uniformity *** results showed that the sub-pipeline can distribute the air pressure more evenly than the general *** coefficient of variation of the sub-pipeline pressure was less than 5%.Wuyou 1179 hybrid rice was selected as the experimental *** field seeding tests were carried out with different negative pressures and different numbers of groups of sucking holes as experimental *** results showed that the average qualified rate of seeding was 93.35%when only 2 groups of sucking holes were working under the seed sucking negative pressure of 2.0 *** average qualified rate of seeding was 87.21%when 3 groups of sucking holes were working under the seed sucking negative pressure of 1.6 *** average qualified rate of seeding was 83.73%when 4 groups of sucking holes were working under the seed sucking negative pressure of 1.6 *** average qualified rate of seeding was 79.86%when 5 groups of sucking holes were working under the seed sucking negative pressure of 1.6 *** main factors affecting the seeding effect were analyzed and the feasibility of a rice pneumatic seeder with adjustable seeding rates was verified by field *** research results can provide a basis for its practical production and application.

Quantum-dot light-emitting diodes(QLEDs)are multilayer electroluminescent devices promising for next-generation display and solid-state-lighting *** the state-of-the-art QLEDs,hole-injection layers(HILs)with high work functions are generally used to achieve efficient hole *** these devices,Fermi-level pinning,a phenomenon often observed in heterojunctions involving organic semiconductors,can take place in the hole-injection/hole-transporting ***,an in-depth understanding of the impacts of Fermi-level pinning at the hole-injection/hole-transporting interfaces on the operation and performance of QLEDs is still ***,we develop a set of NiOx HILs with controlled work functions of 5.2–5.9 eV to investigate QLEDs with Fermi-level pinning at the hole-injection/hole-transporting *** results show that despite that Fermi-level pinning induces identical apparent hole-injection barriers,the red QLEDs using HILs with higher work functions show improved efficiency roll-off and better operational ***,the devices using the NiOx HILs with a work function of 5.9 eV demonstrate a peak external quantum efficiency of~18.0%and a long T95 operational lifetime of 8,800 h at 1,000 cd·m^(−2),representing the best-performing QLEDs with inorganic *** work provides a key design principle for future developments of the hole-injection/hole-transporting interfaces of QLEDs.

In order to investigate the flow characteristics and distribution law of airflow in multi-branch pipe of pneumatic rice precision direct seeder and obtain the mathematical model between airflow parameters and pipe geometry *** this study,the airflow flow law of the multi-branch pipeline of the pneumatic system was studied,the mechanism of airflow flow in the multi-branch pipe was analyzed,and it was clarified that the main factors affecting the airflow flow in the pipe,namely,air density,air dynamic viscosity,the total flow rate of the inlet branch pipe,the length of the closed end of the header,the inner diameter of the outlet branch pipe,and the outlet branch pipe *** simulations were carried out using Fluent simulation software to elucidate the cause of multi-branch pipes of uneven distribution of airflow in multi-branch pipes,the empirical equation among these factors and the flow velocity of the outlet branch pipe are established by dimensional analysis *** bench test results show that the established empirical equations are applicable in the following ranges:0.018 m3/s≤Q≤0.054 m3/s,0.045 m≤d≤0.05 m,0.075 m≤L≤0.125 m,0.7 m≤Y 1≤0.875 m(0.5 m≤Y 2≤0.75 m,0.36 m≤Y 3≤0.45 m),the prediction accuracy can be controlled within 10%of the empirical formula,which can provide a reference for the prediction and optimization design of outlet velocity of the multi-branch pipe.

Given that fermentation time has significant impact on quality and flavor of soy sauce,a global understanding of the metabolic mechanism as fermentation time prolonged is essential for producing satisfactory and consistent quality of traditional soy ***,the metabolic compounds changes of soy sauce associated with fermentation time up to 10 years were comprehensively investigated by using Chinese traditional fermented soy sauce(CTFSS)as a *** showed that formaldehyde nitrogen,total soluble nitrogen(TSN),non-salt soluble solids,amino acids,free 5’-nucleotides and volatile compounds in CTFSS changed obviously during ***,glutamic acid and aspartic acid were prominent in *** decrease in content of hypoxanthine(Hx)was found from 1 M(1-month soy sauce)to7 M(7-months soy sauce).Furthermore,a significant opposite tendency for changes between some volatile compounds and amino acids was indicated that there was a transformation between these two ***,a better understanding to the influence of fermentation time on soy sauce had been *** the formation and conversion of amino acids and sugars might be mainly responsible for flavor formation in CTFSS,the ratio of these two reactions rate led the metabolism to be divided into three steps,degradation,conversion and balance.

城市街谷是现代城市的基本组成单元,其环境状况无论是对于临街建筑的室内环境,还是对于城市尺度混合对流以及污染物分布都具有重要影响。进行城市街谷混合对流研究,有助于增强对建筑群室外半围合空间环境形成机理及过程的理解,有利于实现城市街谷及临街建筑的布局优化,进而为低能耗、高品质的城市空气环境营造提供助力,并最终为城市居民健康与舒适提供保障。本文为探究城市街谷空气环境在非稳态风、热外扰协同作用下的分布特征及演变规律,采用数值模拟与实验研究相结合的方法,通过城市街谷非稳态混合对流预测模型以及城市街谷风热协同作用模型实验,对非稳态风、热外扰多种叠加模式下的街谷混合对流流场分布及演变特征进行探讨。本研究首先基于相似性原理设计并搭建了街谷混合对流流场水槽模型实验台,借助长安大学PIV实验系统,对来流及地面加热协同作用下的街谷非稳态流场进行显示与分析。发现地面热作用对街谷内环流起增强作用,随着热作用强度的增大,街谷下部环流强度增大,近地面区域流体置换效率升高。其次,基于计算流体力学方法分别建立了城市街谷稳态及非稳态混合对流预测模型,采用分离涡(DES)数值方法,借助ANSYS Fluent软件,以实测数据作为边界条件,对城市街谷混合对流进行模拟分析。研究表明,稳态模型对于热外扰的逐时累积效应及风外扰的逐时风压变化都无法进行准确描述。与传统稳态分析相比,使用基于实际环境特征的非稳态风、热外扰边界条件,有利于实现流场涡流形态的准确预测,进而有助于城市街谷混合对流特征的捕捉。在城市街谷空气环境研究中,对风、热外扰进行非稳态分析十分必要。最后,基于街谷温度与风速大样本实测数据,解析街谷地面温度与来流风速的实际演变规律,并利用统计方法,构建多种非稳态风、热外扰数学表达式。进而,借助UDF(用户自定义函数),通过数值方法,获得以上各类非稳态风、热外扰协同作用下的城市街谷混合对流特征。结果表明,街谷内混合对流流场形态与Fr数存在显著相关性,Fr≥0.05时,街谷流场绝大部分区域由一个主要涡旋控制;Fr≤0.05时,风外扰作用较弱,街谷内易出现复杂的多涡旋流场形态。同时,本研究拟合得出了多种风、热外扰的非稳态分布形式,并提出了当热外扰作用显著时,适宜使用平均脉动风来简化非稳态风外扰边界条件。本研究有助于加强对城市街谷混合对流形成机理的理解,为城市街谷非稳态风热环境预测及优化提供支撑。
