Objective:To screen,identify,and compare the serum biomarkers between anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding(ADUB)and ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding(ODUB)in Lizu ***:The subjects included 128 ADLB patients,63 ODUB patients,and *** serum and supernate of the subjects'mense were collected and stored at-80°C until *** proteins in the sera of three groups were screened using surface-enhaneed laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass *** screened proteins were then identified by tricine-SDS-PAGE gel and *** expression levels in the menses of ADUB,ODUB,and control subjects were determined using ELISA,RT-PCR,and Western *** 14.1 was used for statistical analysis and chart drawing(a=0.05),Results:Three differentia)protein peaks with peak values of 11.80,13.59,and 14.68 km/z were,screened and identified as serum amyploid protein A(SAA),vascular endothelial growth factor,and vitamin K epoxide reductase,*** SAA was highly expressed in the menses of ADUB and ODUB patients but poorly expressed in the *** vascular endothelial growth factor was highly expressed in the menses of ODUB and controls but poorly expressed in ADUB ***,the vitamin K epoxide reductase was highly expressed in the menses of ADUB and control subjects but poorly expressed in ODUB ***:The SAA is the common serum biomarker of ADUB and *** may be related to angiogenesis impairment,whereas ODUB may be associated with blood coagulation disruption.

Objective: To study the relevant risk factors of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) of Li People so as to provide basis for early diagnosis and treatment of PCOS. Methods: With casecontrol study method, 285 cases of PCOS of Li People were as recruited case group, and 580 cases of non-PCOS of female Li People as control group. Questionnaire was adopted to collect data regarding risk factors of PCOS, then the risk factors of PCOS was searched by univariate and multivariate analysis. Results: Multivariate analysis showed that the risk factors of PCOS included in menstrual cycle disorder(OR=5.824), bad mood(OR=2.852), family history of diabetes(OR=7.008), family history of infertility(OR=11.953), menstrual irregularity of mother(OR=2.557) and lack of physical exercise(OR=1.866). Conclusions: To target the high risk factors of menstrual cycle disorder, family history of diabetes, family history of infertility, family history of diabetes, bad mood and lack of physical exercise of female population, we should implement early screen, diagnose and treatment of POCS in order to reduce the incidence rate of PCOS and improve prognosis of PCOS.

Background It has been known that platelet activating factor receptors （PAFR） may mediate many acute pathological responses and that PAFR antagonist Ginkgolide B （GB） possesses multiple effects, but the actions of GB on PAFR affinity and mitochondrial respiration in the ischemic neuron were unclear until now. This study explored the possible effects of GB on PAFR and the mitochondrial respiration of the neuron in the ischemic microenvironment. Methods Thrombotic cerebral ischemia in tree shrews was induced by a photochemical reaction; changes in the regional cerebral blood flow （rCBF, using ^99rnTc tracer technique ）, the brain water content （specific gravimetric method）, PAFR （3H-labelled PAF assay）, the respiratory control rate （RCR）, the phosphorus-oxygen （P/O） ratio of mitochondrial respiration （Clark oxygen electrode）, mitochonddal permeability transition （MPT） pore, and the mitochondrial ultrastructure in the ischemic neurons were also observed. Data were compared between the two groups （the ischemia group vs the sham group, and the ischemia group vs the GB group）. Results There were high affinity and low affinity sites for PAFR on the tree threws＇ brain cell membranes. The varying-affinity PAFR binding sites, the respiration state Ⅲ, the state Ⅳ, RCR, the P/O ratio of the mitochondria, and the rCBF all decreased markedly （respectively, P〈0.01 and P〈0.05）, but the water content increased （P〈0.01） in the ischemia group after the application of cerebral thrombosis. In tree shrews treated with GB （5 mg/kg i.v.） 6 hours after photochemical reaction, their PAFR binding sites and respiratory state increased markedly. The rCBF gradually increased and the brain edema ameliorated （P〈0.01） at 24h after cerebral ischemia. There were significant differences between the ischemJa group and sham group （P〈0.01）. BACKGROUND Neuroendocrine carcinoma(NEC)of the extrahepatic bile duct is very rare,and the treatment and prognosis are ***,we report the case of a middleaged female with primary large cell NEC(LCNEC)of the common hepatic duct combined with distal cholangiocarcinoma(dCCA).Additionally,after a review of the relevant literature,we summarize and compare mixed neuroendocrine-nonneuroendocrine neoplasm(MiNEN)and pure NEC to provide a reference for selecting the appropriate treatment and predicting the prognosis of this rare *** SUMMARY A 62-year-old female presented to the hospital due to recurrent abdominal pain for 2 *** examination showed mild tenderness in the upper abdomen and a positive Courvoisier *** tests showed elevated liver transaminase and carbohydrate antigen 199 *** examination revealed node dissection was performed,and hepatic duct tumours were unexpectedly found during *** suggested poorly differentiated LCNEC(approximately 0.5 cm×0.5 cm×0.4 cm),Ki-67(50%),synaptophysin+,and chromogranin A+.dCCA pathology suggested moderately differentiated *** patient eventually developed lymph node metastasis in the liver,bone,peritoneum,and abdominal cavity and died 24 months after *** sequencing methods were used to compare gene mutations in the two primary bile duct *** The prognosis of MiNEN and pure NEC alone is different,and the selection of treatment options needs to be differentiated.

Hard carbon （HC） has been considered as promising anode material for sodium-ion batteries （SIBs）.The optimization of hard carbon’s microstructure and solid electrolyte interface （SEI） property are demonstrated effective in enhancing the Na+storage capability,however,a one-step regulation strategy to achieve simultaneous multi-scale structures optimization is highly ***,we have systematically investigated the effects of boron doping on hard carbon’s microstructure and interface chemistry.A variety of structure characterizations show that appropriate amount of boron doping can increase the size of closed pores via rearrangement of carbon layers with improved graphitization degree,which provides more Na+storage ***-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy/electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （FTIR/EIS） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） analysis demonstrate the presence of more BC3and less B–C–O structures that result in enhanced ion diffusion kinetics and the formation of inorganic rich and robust SEI,which leads to facilitated charge transfer and excellent rate *** a result,the hard carbon anode with optimized boron doping content exhibits enhanced rate and cycling *** general,this work unravels the critical role of boron doping in optimizing the pore structure,interface chemistry and diffusion kinetics of hard carbon,which enables rational design of sodium-ion battery anode with enhanced Na+storage performance.

Metal-ion hybrid capacitors,such as potassium-ion hybrid capacitors(PIHCs),are regarded as promising fast-charging energy storage ***,the kinetics mismatch between the battery anode and the capacitive cathode restricts their fastcharging *** constructing carbon anodes with enhanced kinetics is an innovative approach to address this ***,using epigallocatechin gallate with high oxygen content as the precursor,oxygen-enriched carbon materials(OEC)with tunable C=O content are successfully ***,the C=O content of OEC is regulated by adjusting the pyrolysis *** as an anode for PIHCs,OEC-600 with the highest C=O content exhibits an attractive fast-charging specific capacity of 135.2 mAh·g^(-1)at 20 A·g^(-1),along with a superior fast-charging cycling *** theoretical calculations,comprehensive kinetics analysis and in-situ Raman,the positive effects of C=O on the potassium storage capability and reversibility of OEC-600 are ***,PIHCs assembled based on an OEC-600 anode deliver impressive energy/power density of 145.1 Wh·kg^(-1)/45.9 kW·kg^(-1)and superior fast-charging cycling stability with 87.5%of capacity retention over 20,000 cycles at 5 A·g^(-1).This work is anticipated to provide an optional design concept toward the carbon anode for fast-charging PIHCs.

BiVO_(4)porous spheres modified by ZnO were designed and synthesized using a facile two-step *** resulting ZnO/BiVO_(4)composite catalysts have shown remarkable efficiency as piezoelectric catalysts for degrading Rhodamine B(RhB)unde mechanical vibrations,they exhibit superior activity compared to pure *** 40wt%ZnO/BiVO_(4)heterojunction composite displayed the highest activity,along with good stability and *** enhanced piezoelectric catalytic activity can be attributed to the form ation of an I-scheme heterojunction structure,which can effectively inhibit the electron-hole ***,hole(h+)and superoxide radical(·O_(2)^(-))are proved to be the primary active ***,ZnO/BiVO_(4)stands as an efficient and stable piezoelectric catalyst with broad potential application in the field of environmental water pollution treatment.
