Background:The COVID-19 has a huge negative impact on people’s *** Chinese Medicine(TCM)has a good effect on viral *** is of great practical significance to study its ***:The ingredients and targets of each herb in maxing Shigan Decoction which obtained from Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP)database,and the related targets of COVID-19 were screened by GeneCards database based on the network *** was used to analyze the intersection target between active ingredients and *** software was used to construct an active ingredient-disease target *** protein-protein interaction network was constructed by STRING database and Cytohubba was used to screen out the key *** Ontology(GO)functional enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis were performed by DAVID ***:In this study,a total of 134 active ingredients and 229 related targets,198 targets of COVID-19 and 48 common targets of drug-disease were *** items and pathways were obtained through GO and KEGG pathway *** predicted active ingredients were quercetin,kaempferol,luteolin,naringenin,glycyrol,and the key targets involved IL6,maPK3,maPK8,CASP3,IL10,*** results showed that the active ingredients of maxing Shigan Decoction acted on multiple targets which played roles in the treatment of COVID-19 by regulating inflammation,immune system and other ***:The main contribution of this paper is to use data to mine the principles of the treatment of COVID-19 from the pharmacology of these prescriptions,and the results can be provided theoretical reference for medical workers.

Collaborative Trajectory Planning for Stereoscopic Agricultural Multi-UAVs Driven by the Aquila Optimizer

Stereoscopic agriculture,as an advanced method of agricultural production,poses new challenges for multi-task trajectory planning of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).To address the need for UAVs to perform multi-task trajectory planning in stereoscopic agriculture,a multi-task trajectory planning model and algorithm(IEP-AO)that synthesizes flight safety and flight efficiency is *** on the requirements of stereoscopic agricultural geomorphological features and operational characteristics,the multi-task trajectory planning model is ensured by constructing targeted constraints at five aspects,including the path,slope,altitude,corner,energy and obstacle threat,to improve the effectiveness of the trajectory planning *** combined with the path optimization algorithm,an Aquila optimizer(IEP-AO)based on the interference-enhanced combination model is proposed,which can help UAVs to improve the trajectory search capability in complex operation space and large-scale operation tasks,and jump out of the locally optimal trajectory path region timely,to generate the optimal trajectory planning plan that can adapt to the diversity of the tasks and the flight ***,four simulated flights with different operation scales and different scene constraints were conducted under the constructed real 3Dimension scene,and the experimental results can show that the proposedmulti-task trajectory planning method canmeet themulti-task requirements in stereoscopic agriculture and improve the mission execution efficiency and agricultural production effect of UAV.

Isolation and Complete Nucleotide Sequence of the Measles Virus IMB-1 Strain in China

The complete nucleotide sequence of the measles virus strain IMB-1,which was isolated in China,was *** in other measles viruses,its genome is 15,894 nucleotides in length and encodes six *** full-length nucleotide sequence of the IMB-1 isolate differed from vaccine strains (including wild-type Edmonston strain) by 4%-5% at the nucleotide sequence *** isolate has amino acid variations over the full genome,including in the hemagglutinin and fusion *** report is the first to describe the full-length genome of a genotype H1 strain and provide an overview of the diversity of genetic characteristics of a circulating measles virus.

Genetic Analysis of the VP1 Region of Human Enterovirus 71 Strains Isolated in Fuyang,China,During 2008

Enterovirus 71 （EV71） is a common cause of Hand, foot, and mouth disease （HFMD） and may also cause severe neurological diseases, such as encephalitis and poliomyelitis-like paralysis. To examine the genetic diversity of EV71, we determined and analyzed the complete VP1 sequences （891 nueleotides） from nine EV71 strains isolated in Fuyang, China. We found that nine EV71 strains isolated were over 98% homologous at the nucleotide level and 93%-100% homologous tO members of the C4 subgenogroup. At the amino acid level, these Fuyang strains were 99% -100% homologous to one another, 97%-100% homologous to members of the C4 subgenogroup, and the histidine（H） at amino acid position 22 was conserved among the Fuyang strains. The results indicate that Fuyang isolates belong to genotype C4, and an H at position 22 appears to be a marker for the Fuyang strains.

Vector meson's spin alignments in high energy reactions

The global spin alignment of vector mesons has been observed by the STAR collaboration at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider （RHIC） at Brookhaven National Laboratory （BNL）.It provides a unique opportunity to probe the correlation between the polarized quark and antiquark in the strongly coupled quark-gluon plasma （sQGP） produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions,opening a new window to explore the properties of s *** addition,spin alignments of vector mesons have also been observed in other high-energy particle collisions such as e+e-annihilations at high energies where hadron production is dominated by quark fragmentation *** results obtained are quite different from those obtained in heavy ion collisions where quark coalescence/combination mechanism dominates suggesting strong dependence on hadronization *** comprehensive studies in different hadronization processes are *** this article,we present a brief review of theoretical and experimental advances in the study of vector meson’s spin alignments in a variety of high-energy particle collisions,with emphasis on hadronization mechanisms.

Complete Nucleotide Sequence of a Mumps Virus SP Strain Isolated in China

The complete nucleotide sequence of the mumps virus SP, which was isolated in China, was determined. As with other mumps viruses, its genome was 15 384 nucleotides (nts) in length and encoded seven proteins. The full-length nucleotide sequence of the SP isolate differed from other strains by 4% –6.8% at the nucleotide sequence level. Due to variations of amino acids over the full genome (including the HN and N genes), this isolate exhibited significant variations in the antigenic sites. This report is the first to describe the full-length genome of a genotype F strain and provide an overview of the diversity of genetic characteristics of a circulating mumps virus.

Decreased levels of phosphorylated synuclein in plasma are correlated with poststroke cognitive impairment

Poststro ke cognitive impairment is a major secondary effect of ischemic stroke in many patients;however,few options are available for the early diagnosis and treatment of this *** aims of this study were to(1)determine the specific relationship between hypoxic andα-synuclein during the occur of poststroke cognitive impairment and(2)assess whether the serum phosphorylatedα-synuclein level can be used as a biomarker for poststro ke cognitive *** found that the phosphorylatedα-synuclein level was significantly increased and showed pathological aggregation around the cerebral infa rct area in a mouse model of ischemic *** addition,neuronalα-synuclein phosphorylation and aggregation were observed in the brain tissue of mice subjected to chronic hypoxia,suggesting that hypoxia is the underlying cause ofα-synuclein-mediated pathology in the brains of mice with ischemic *** phosphorylatedα-synuclein levels in patients with ischemic stroke were significantly lower than those in healt hy subjects,and were positively correlated with cognition levels in patients with ischemic ***,a decrease in serum high-density lipoprotein levels in stroke patie nts was significantly correlated with a decrease in phosphorylatedα-synuclein *** ischemic stroke mice did not show significant cognitive impairment or disrupted lipid metabolism 14 days after injury,some of them exhibited decreased cognitive function and reduced phosphorylatedα-synuclein *** together,our results suggest that serum phosphorylatedα-synuclein is a potential biomarker for poststroke cognitive impairment.

Hypidone hydrochloride(YL-0919)ameliorates functional deficits after traumatic brain injury in mice by activating the sigma-1 receptor for antioxidation

Traumatic brain injury involves complex pathophysiological mechanisms,among which oxidative stress significantly contributes to the occurrence of secondary *** this study,we evaluated hypidone hydrochloride(YL-0919),a self-developed antidepressant with selective sigma-1 receptor agonist properties,and its associated mechanisms and targets in traumatic brain *** experiments to assess functional deficits were followed by assessment of neuronal damage through histological analyses and examination of blood-brain barrier permeability and brain ***,we investigated the antioxidative effects of YL-0919 by assessing the levels of traditional markers of oxidative stress in vivo in mice and in vitro in HT22 ***,the targeted action of YL-0919 was verified by employing a sigma-1 receptor antagonist(BD-1047).Our findings demonstrated that YL-0919 markedly improved deficits in motor function and spatial cognition on day 3 post traumatic brain injury,while also decreasing neuronal mortality and reversing blood-brain barrier disruption and brain ***,YL-0919 effectively combated oxidative stress both in vivo and in *** protective effects of YL-0919 were partially inhibited by *** results indicated that YL-0919 relieved impairments in motor and spatial cognition by restraining oxidative stress,a neuroprotective effect that was partially reversed by the sigma-1 receptor antagonist ***-0919 may have potential as a new treatment for traumatic brain injury.

Several studies have found that transplantation of neural progenitor cells(NPCs)promotes the survival of injured ***,a poor integration rate and high risk of tumorigenicity after cell transplantation limits their clinical *** extracellular vesicles(sEVs)contain bioactive molecules for neuronal protection and *** studies have shown that stem/progenitor cell-derived sEVs can promote neuronal survival and recovery of neurological function in neurodegenerative eye diseases and other eye *** this study,we intravitreally transplanted sEVs derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells(hiPSCs)and hiPSCs-differentiated NPCs(hiPSC-NPC)in a mouse model of optic nerve *** results show that these intravitreally injected sEVs were ingested by retinal cells,especially those localized in the ganglion cell *** with hiPSC-NPC-derived sEVs mitigated optic nerve crush-induced retinal ganglion cell degeneration,and regulated the retinal microenvironment by inhibiting excessive activation of *** analysis further revealed that hiPSC-NPC derived sEVs transported neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory miRNA cargos to target cells,which had protective effects on RGCs after optic nerve *** findings suggest that sEVs derived from hiPSC-NPC are a promising cell-free therapeutic strategy for optic neuropathy.

A Comparison of the Biological Characteristics of EV71 C4 Subtypes from Different Epidemic Strains

The comparative analysis of the biological characterization and the genetic background study of EV71 circulating strains is commonly recognized as basic work necessary for development of an effective EV71 vaccine. In this study, we sequenced five EV71 circulating strains, isolated from Fuyang, Hefei, Kunming and Shenzhen city of China and named them FY-23, FY-22, H44, K9 and S1 respectively. The sequence alignment demonstrated their genotypes be C4. The genetic distance of the VP1 gene from these isolates suggested that they were highly co-related with genetic identity similar to other previously reported EV71 strains in China. Additionally, these strains were identified to display some obvious proliferation dynamics and plaque morphology when propagated in Vero cells. However, a distinctive difference in pathogenic ability in neonatal mice was found. Some differences in cross neutralization test & immunogenic analysis were also found. All these results are related to the biological characterization of circulating EV71 strains in China and aid in the development of an EV71 vaccine in the future.
