Sex developmen. an.malies represen. a group of con.en.tal pathologies in.which chromosomal, gon.dal an. an.tomical sex differen.iation.is atypical. The aim of our study was to use molecular biology techn.ques to elucidate sex in.cases of an.malies of sexual differen.iation.in.Burkin. Faso. This cross-section.l study took place from March 2023 to Jun. 2023. Oral an. blood samples were collected respectively usin. sterile swabs an. stored on.Swab Kits an. n.CLEIcardTM (https://***/product-ran.es/n.cleic-card/) were used to determin. gon.some profiles. Extraction.was carried out usin. the Dn. Swap solution.Kit an. the Dn. IQ System Kit, an. a PowerPlex? 21 kit (Promega) for amplification. The Applied Biosystems 9700 thermal cycler was used for PCR followed by 36 cm capillary electrophoresis in.the Applied Biosystems 3130 prism sequen.er. Sequen.e files were an.lyzed usin. Gen.Mapper IDX v. 3.2 software. Seven.(07) patien.s were registered durin. the study period. There were 4 cases of XX DSD or 46, XX DSD an. 3 cases of XY DSD or 46, XY DSD. The median.age of our patien.s was 16 years. Civilian.sex was male in.4 cases an. female in.3. The most frequen. reason.for con.ultation.was micropen.s in.3 cases, followed by primary amen.rrhea an. sex ambiguity. There were 03 cases of discrepan.y between.gen.tic sex an. civil sex. The accessibility of molecular diagn.sis is little kn.wn.to clin.cian.. XX DSDs or 46, XX DSDs were the most frequen. (4/7) in.our study. The problem facin. this situation.is early diagn.sis to help preven. complication. in.Burkin. Faso.

In.this work,we have developed a n.vel cholin. biosen.or on.the basis of immobilization.of cholin. oxidase (ChOx) by the attractive materials layered double hydroxides (LDHs). Amperometric detection.of cholin. was evaluated by holdin. the modified electrode at 0.5 v (vs. SCE). Due to the special properties of LDHs ([Zn.-Al-Cl]),such as chemical in.rtn.ss,high porosity,an. swellin. property,the [Zn.-Al-Cl]/ChOx modified electrode exhibited an.en.an.ed an.lytical performan.e. The biosen.or provided a lin.ar respon.e to cholin. over a con.en.ration.ran.e from 3.7 × 10-6 to 6.3 × 10-4 M with a low detection.limit of 3 × 10-7 M based on.S/n.3. The apparen. Michaelis-Men.en.con.tan. was calculated to be 1.38 mM. In.addition.the in.eraction.between.ChOx an. LDHs has also been.in.estigated usin. FT-IR spectroscopy.

限制工业有毒气体(如挥发性有机化合物)的排放是当今社会主要的挑战之一.因此,迫切需要开发出消除污染物、且不造成二次污染的环境友好技术.其中热燃烧技术比较有效,但通常该过程会采用贵金属催化剂以实现低温高活性,由于贵金属催化剂的成本较高,不利于工业应用,因此,人们一直致力于研究和开发新型材料以替代贵金属催化剂.研究发现,在许多部分氧化或完全氧化反应(特别是烃类或挥发性有机物的氧化反应)中,钙钛矿类复合金属氧化物(ABO_3)具有与贵金属类似的催化性能.但是该材料的制备需在高温(>700℃)条件下进行,使得其比表面积(n._3材料,运用X-射线衍射、n.2吸附-脱附、透射电镜、程序升温还原和O_2-程序升温脱附等方法分析所制材料的晶相、织构、表面和氧化还原等性质,考察了其孔结构参数对其催化甲醇完全氧化反应性能和动力学的影响,以深入理解该类材料的催化性能.结果表明,以35,100,140℃老化制得的SBA-15为模板剂,成功地制得了La在A位,Mn.B位的一系列LaMn._3材料,它们具有可调控的比表面积(80-190 m^2/g);同时,材料的比表面积与所用硬模板剂的老化温度存在很好的关联,且比表面积最大的样品具有最高的催化活性.测量了各催化剂在不同空速(19500-78200h^(-1))条件下甲醇氧化反应结果,从而得到了各催化剂的速率常数,发现它们随着催化剂的比表面积而变化.再结合阿伦尼乌斯方程,采用线性回归法测得了所制备的三个催化剂上该方程的指前因子和表观活化能;发现在所考察的反应条件下,所有催化剂上反应的表观活化能较低,且保持不变.另外,指前因子与催化剂比表面积之间存在线性关系,表明尽管各催化剂的比表面积不同,但单位比表面积的甲醇氧化的比活性是相同的.由于在制备过程中很难除去残余的Si物种,因此未来工作中我们将进一步考察残余物种对纳米浇注的钙钛矿类材料性质的影响.

In.C?te d’Ivoire, gin.er (Zin.iber officin.le Rosc.), gen.rally used to make a drin. called “Gn.man.oudji”, has become an.importan. source of agricultural in.ome diversification. In.order to assess the agromorphological diversity of a gin.er collection.from differen. region. of C?te d’Ivoire, a survey collection.of accession. was carried out in.the differen. production.zon.s of the coun.ry. On. hun.red an. eighty-eight gin.er accession. were collected in.15 region. an. on. auton.mous district of C?te d’Ivoire. An.lysis of varian.e revealed that all the variables used in.this study discrimin.ted between.the gin.er accession. collected. Prin.ipal compon.n. an.lysis revealed morphological variability of 45.931% for the first two compon.n.s. Ascen.in. Hierarchical Classification.was used to classify these accession. in.o three groups based on.fourteen.quan.itative characters. These three groups were formed in.epen.en.ly of collection.areas an. are characterized by moderate morphological variability. This variability has been.structured in.o three distin.t agromorphological groups, with thallus (rhizome) len.th an. width, fin.er width, secon.ary fin.er len.th an. yield in.ton. per hectare as distin.tive characters. This revealed gen.tic diversity could be exploited in.gin.er breedin. an. improvemen. programs in.C?te d’Ivoire.

A descriptive study allowed to estimate the risks of formation.of PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon.) in.the tradition.lly smoked fish con.umed in.the area of Abidjan. Cote d"Ivoire. The study was carried out from surveys on.processin. methods of fresh fish in.o smoked fish in.the production.areas. It took place from September 2009 to March 2012 on.three smokin. sites: Port-Bouet in.the South of Abidjan. Ile Boulay, Abobo-Doume an. Koweit in.the South-West of Abidjan.an. Abobo-Macaci in.the n.rth of Abidjan. The main.risk factors which were iden.ified in.the formation.of PAH, are the stakeholders, the smokin. sites, the techn.logies, the han.lin. an. the storin.. The black color an. bitter taste of the fish were iden.ified as sen.ory in.icators of PAH formation.in.smoked fish.

voan.zou is a seed legume cultivated in.Burkin. Faso with sign.fican. n.trition.l poten.ial. The objective of this study was to assess the gen.tic diversity of Bambara n.t cultivated in.Burkin. Faso usin. microsatellite markers. For the study, fifteen.SSRs markers were used for molecular characterization.of 90 Bambara n.t lan.races from three agro-climatic zon.s of Burkin. Faso. All markers were 100% polymorphic with an.average value of 4.81 for effective alleles. The polymorphism in.ormation.con.en. (PIC) ran.ed from 0.654 to 0.867 with a mean.of 0.775. Den.rogram classified the accession. in.four mixed groups in.epen.en.ly of the three agro-climatic zon.s. This distribution.is con.isten. with the results on.the agro-morphological characterization.of the same lan.races. This in.ormation.was served as a basic model for breedin. an. con.ervation.programs of v. subterran.a in.Burkin. Faso.
