The aim.of the present work is to investigate the effect of the He-Ne laser irradiation on the whole hum.n blood (HB) in order to enhance the conditions of conservation. The HB was irradiated by He-Ne laser;(λ = 632 nm. continuous wave, power 30 m., 2 m. diam.ter beam.spot), electrical properties and com.lete blood count CBC were m.asured at three doses (0.0287, 0.0563 and 0.198 J/cm.) to the relevant best exposure dose during storage periods 9, 24, 30, 35 & 50 days. The irradiation process with the selected dose was perform.d by the exposure of the laser beam.on the blood sam.le flow through narrow tube of cross section area, 0.0831 cm.. Blood dielectric param.ters, (electric conductivity, dielectric constant, dielectric loss and dipole m.m.nt) and CBC, (red blood cell, white blood cell, hem.tocrit, hem.globin, m.an corpuscular volum., m.an corpuscular hem.globin, and m.an cell or corpuscular hem.globin in concentration) were m.asured. The obtained results were com.ared with that of the control and showed that the best irradiation exposure dose suitable for increasing the tim. of blood storage with m.nim.m.changes in properties is 0.198 J/cm. and storage period of about 50 days. The present study revealed that irradiation by He-Ne laser could be considered a good m.ans to im.rove the conservation conditions of hum.n blood.

Hydroxy apatite (HA) is a biocom.atible m.terial used as bone-substitute m.terials in both orthopedics and dentistry due to its excellent osteo-conductive and chem.cal com.osition sim.lar to that of the inorganic part of bone in com.arison with other im.lant m.terials . HA (S1) and Cr loaded hydroxy apatite (S2, S3, S4 and S5) of different chrom.um.concentrations have been prepared. m.ny techniques used to analyze the changes occurred due to the substitution. The XRD (X-ray diffraction) and FTIR (Fourier transform.infrared radiation )spectroscopy were used as analytical techniques for the prepared HA and Cr loaded HA. The effect of the heat treatm.nt on structural change of the sam.les was exam.ned by DTA. It was found that all the sam.les have the sam. crystalline structure. The crystallinity of the sam.les decreased as the chrom.um.ions concentration increase.

Hydroxyapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2) is widely used as bio-ceram.c m.terials and as adsorbents for separation of bio-m.lecules. These m.terials have also been used as adsorbents for heavy m.tals, supports and as catalysts in oxidation and dehydrogenation reactions. The catalytic perform.nce of these m.terials depend on the lattice substitution of Ca sites in Hydroxyapatite structure by varied cations as Na, m., Sr and m., which result in changes in various structural pro perties as crystallinity and m.rphology. Pure calcium.hydroxyapatite (S1) and Cr loaded hydroxyl apatite (S2, S3, S4 and S5) of different chrom.um.concentrations have been prepared by wet precipitated m.thod. An in-vitro exam.nation is essential to investigate the m.chanism.of the deficient HA and tissue interface reaction by preparing SBF (Sim.lated Body Fluid) through the elem.ntal and chem.cal analysis of Ca, P and Cr. FTIR used to analyze the sam.les after incubation in SBF for 24 day. PH of the sam.les also was m.asured at the first period of im.ersion tim.. At high loading of chrom.um.ions, the form.tion of carbonate apatite decrease. The concentrations of the chrom.um.in the Cr_HA crystal during the soaking in SBF are very safe dose for hum.n.

In this paper, we propose a new robust selfbtuning control, called the generalized m.nim.m.variance a/-equivalent self- tuning control （Gm.STC-a/） for the linear tim.varying （LTV） system., which can be described by the discrete-tim. auto-regressive exogenous （ARX） m.them.tical m.del in the presence of unm.delled dynam.cs. The estim.tion of the param.ters contained in this m.them.tical m.del is m.de on the basis of the proposed m.dified recursive least squares （m.RLS） param.tric estim.tion algorithm.with dead zone and forgetting factor. The stability analysis of the proposed param.tric estim.tion algorithm.m.RLS is treated on the basis of a Lyapunov function. A num.rical sim.lation exam.le is used to prove the perform.nces and the effectiveness of the explicit schem. of the proposed robust self-tuning control Gm.STC-a/.

This paper investigates the resource optim.zation problem.for a m.lti-cell m.ssive m.ltiple-input m.ltiple-output(m.m.)network in which each base station(BS)is equipped with a large num.er of antennas and each base station(BS)adapts the num.er of antennas to the daily load profile(DLP).This paper takes into consideration user location distribution(ULD)variation and evaluates its im.act on the energy efficiency of load adaptive m.ssive m.m. *** variation is m.deled by dividing the cell into two coverage areas with different user densities:boundary focused(BF)and center focused(CF)*** cells are assum.d identical in term. of BS configurations,cell loading,and ULD variation and each BS is m.deled as an m.G/m.m.state dependent queue that can serve a m.xim.m.num.er of users at the peak *** with energy efficiency(EE)we analyzed deploym.nt and spectrum.efficiency in our adaptive m.ssive m.m. system.by evaluating the im.act of cell size,available bandwidth,output power level of the BS,and m.xim.m.output power of the power am.lifier(PA)at different cell *** also analyzed average energy consum.tion on an hourly basis per BS for the m.del proposed for data traffic in Europe and also the m.del proposed for business,residential,street,and highway areas.

The subcellular localization of sam.rium.and europium. two rare-earths, increasingly used in both m.dical and industrial fields, has been studied in several organs such as liver and kidney but never in the m.m.ary gland despite of its im.ortance in the biology of lactation and nutrition dom.ins. The intracellular behaviour of sam.rium.and europium.after their intra-peritoneal adm.nistration in the lactating m.m.ary gland cells was investigated. The results showed the presence of very electron dense deposits in the glandular epithelial cell lysosom.s. These particular lysosom.s were never observed in the m.m.ary cell lysosom.s of control rats. These intralysosom.l deposits were probably com.osed of insoluble sam.rium.or europium.phosphates by analogy with previous studies, the transm.ssion electron m.croscopy, the ion m.ss m.croscopy and the electron probe m.croanalysis, and other techniques allowing the identification of the chem.cal structure of the intralysosom.l deposits.
