The ribosomal protein contains complex structures that belong to polypeptide glycoprotein family,which are involved in plant growth and responses to various *** this study,we found that capsicum annuum 40S ribosomal protein SA-like(CaSLP)was extensively accumulated in the cell nucleus and cell membrane,and the expression level of CaSLP was up-regulated by Salicylic acid(SA)and drought *** fewer peppers plants could withstand drought stress after CaSLP gene *** transient expression of CaSLP leads to drought tolerance in pepper,and Arabidopsis’s ability to withstand drought stress was greatly improved by overexpressing the CaSLP *** application of SA during spraying season enhanced drought ***-knockdown pepper plants demonstrated a decreased resistance of Pseudomonas syringae ***(Pst)DC3000(***3000),whereas ectopic expression of CaSLP increased the ***3000 stress resistance in *** two-hybrid(Y2H)and bimolecular fluorescence complementation(BiFC)results showed that CaNAC035 physically interacts with CaSLP in the cell ***035 was identified as an upstream partner of the CaPR1 promoter and activated *** the findings demonstrated that CaSLP plays an essential role in the regulation of drought and ***3000 stress resistance.

Malic acid(MA)is an important flavor acid in fruits and acts as a mediator in a series of metabolic *** is important to understand the factors affecting MA metabolism for fruit flavor improvement and to understand MA-mediated biological ***,themetabolic accumulation of MA is controlled by complex heredity and environmental factors,making it difficult to predict and regulate the metabolism of *** this study,we carried out a genome-wide association study(GWAS)on MA using eight milestone models with two-environment repeats.A series of associated SNP variations were identified from the GWAS,and 15 high-confidence annotated geneswere further predicted based on linkage disequilibrium and lead *** transcriptome data of candidate geneswere explored within different tomato organs as well as various fruit tissues,and suggested specific expression patterns in fruit *** on the genetic parameters of population differentiation and SNP distribution,tomato MA content has been more influenced by domestication sweeps and less affected by improvement sweeps in the long-term history of tomato *** addition,genotype×environment interaction might contribute to the difference in domestication phenotypic data under different *** study provides new genetic insights into how tomato changed its MA content during breeding and makes available function-based markers for breeding by marker-assisted selection.

The imperative aspect of the CRISPR/Cas9 system is a short stretch of 20 nucleotides of gRNA that control the overall speciﬁ*** to the small size,the chance of its multiple occurrences in the genome increases;however,a few mismatches are tolerated by the Cas9 endonuclease *** accurate and careful in silico-based off-target prediction while target selection is preferred to address the *** predictions are based on a comprehensive set of selectable ***,we investigated the possible off-target prediction and their screening in StERF3 gene-edited potato plants while developing StERF3-loss-of-function mutants using CRISPR/Cas9 *** 201 off-targets for the selected targets of the StERF3 gene were predicted,and 79 wereﬁltered as potential *** these 79,twenty-ﬁve off-targets showed scores with deﬁned cut-off values<0.5 and were analyzed in Sterf3-edited potato plants compared to wild-type *** off-targeting was found to have occurred in edited plants.

This work is focused on the effect of heat and mass transfer with unsteady natural convection flow of viscous fluid along with ramped wall temperature under the assumption of the slip wall condition at the boundary. Analytical solutions are obtained by using Laplace transformation to the non-dimensional set of governing equations containing velocity, temperature and concentration. Moreover, the expression for skin-friction is derived by differentiating the analytical solutions of fluid velocity. Numerical tables for Skin-friction, Sherwood number and Nusselt-number are examined. For the physical aspects of the flow, we use various values of involved physical parameters such as Prandtl number(Pr), slip parameter(η), Schmidt number(Sc), buoyancy ratio parameter(N), Sherwood number(Sh), and time(t). Additionally, the general solutions are plotted graphically and a comprehensive theoretical section of numerical discussions is included.

Saindha salt is considered to be more advantageous than the other edible salts for the patients suffering from diabetes,blood pressure and kidney *** explore the constituent elements of this salt,laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) has been exploited for its qualitative and quantitative *** third harmonic(355 nm) of a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser has been used to produce the saindha salt plasma and the time integrated optical emission spectra were registered using a set of six miniature spectrometers covering the spectral range of 230-805 *** spectroscopic analysis of the emission spectra predominately revealed numerous neutral or singly ionized emission lines of Ca,Mg,Na,K,Fe,Sr,Si,Li and *** laser produced plasma was characterized by calculating the electron temperature from the Boltzmann plots and the electron number density from the Stark broadened line profile as a function of laser irradiance and distance from the target *** relative concentration of the constituent elements was extracted by the integrated line intensities of the strongest spectral line of each element using the self-calibration-LIBS(SC-LIBS) and one-line calibration free-LIBS(OLCF-LIBS) *** cross-validation,the LIBS results have been compared with that obtained from the inductively coupled plasma-mass spectroscopy(ICP-MS) showing good agreement.

Forest cover change in the mountainous region is driven by a variety of anthropogenic and natural *** Hindu Kush-Himalayan Mountains has experienced a considerable vegetation cover change due to intensive human activities,such as population growth,proximate causes,accessibility,unstable political situations,government policy failure and *** present study seeks to find out the impact of population growth and road network expansion on forest cover of Palas valley based on remotely sensed data and employing geospatial *** in forest cover were determined by classifying time-series satellite images of Landsat and Sentinel 2 *** images of October 1980,2000,2010 and 2017 were classified into six land cover classes and then the impact of population growth and accessibility on forest cover was ***,forest cover and land-use change detection map was prepared using classified images of 1980 and *** data were collected mainly from field visits(ground verification),census reports,Communication and Works Department,*** imageries were obtained from the United States Geological Survey’s websites and classified in ERDAS imagine 2014 and ESRI ArcGIS 10.2.1 using supervised classification-maximum likelihood *** of this study revealed that a substantial reduction in forest cover has taken place mainly in the proximity of human *** the average,during the study period,annually more than 460 hectares of forest area has been converted into other uses.

The health care system encompasses the participation of individuals,groups,agencies,and resources that offer services to address the requirements of the person,community,and population in terms of *** to the rising debates on the healthcare systems in relation to diseases,treatments,interventions,medication,and clinical practice guidelines,the world is currently discussing the healthcare industry,technology perspectives,and healthcare *** gain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare systems research paradigm,we offered a novel contextual topic modeling approach that links up the CombinedTM model with our healthcare Bert to discover the contextual topics in the domain of *** research work discovered 60 contextual topics among them fteen topics are the hottest which include smart medical monitoring systems,causes,and effects of stress and anxiety,and healthcare cost estimation and twelve topics are the ***,thirty-three topics are showing in-significant *** further investigated various clusters and correlations among the topics exploring inter-topic distance maps which add depth to the understanding of the research structure of this scientific *** current study enhances the prior topic modeling methodologies that examine the healthcare literature from a particular disciplinary *** further extends the existing topic modeling approaches that do not incorporate contextual information in the topic discovery process adding contextual information by creating sentence embedding vectors through transformers-based *** also utilized corpus tuning,the mean pooling technique,and the hugging face *** method gives a higher coherence score as compared to the state-of-the-art models(LSA,LDA,and Ber Topic).

We study the centrality dependence of the mid-rapidity （｜y｜〈 0.5） yields and transverse momentum distributions of K＊（892）° and φ（1020） resonances produced in Pb ＋ Pb collisions at SNN= 2.76 TeV. The mid- rapidity density （dN/dy） and the shape of the transverse momentum spectra are well reproduced by an earlier proposed Unified Statistical Thermal Freeze-out Model （USTFM）, which incorporates the effects of both longitudinal as well as transverse hydrodynamic flow. The freeze-out properties in terms of kinetic freeze-out temperature and transverse flow velocity parameter are extracted from the model fits to the transverse momentum data provided by the ALICE experiment at the LHC. The kinetic freeze-out temperature is found to increase with decreasing event centrality while the transverse flow velocity parameter shows a mild decrease on moving towards peripheral collisions. Moreover the centrality dependence of the mid-rapidity system size at freeze-out has also been studied in terms of transverse radius parameter.
