*** York City(NYC)experienced an initial surge and gradual decline in the number of SARS-CoV-2-confirmed cases in 2020.A change in the pattern of laboratory test results in COVID-19 patients over this time has not been reported or correlated with patient *** performed a retrospective study of routine laboratory and SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR test results from 5,785 patients evaluated in a NYC hospital emergency department from March to June employing machine learning ***.A COVID-19 high-risk laboratory test result profile(COVID19-HRP),consisting of 21 routine blood tests,was identified to characterize the SARS-CoV-2 *** half of the SARS-CoV-2 positive patients had the distinct COVID19-HRP that separated them from SARS-CoV-2 negative ***-CoV-2 patients with the COVID19-HRP had higher SARS-CoV-2 viral loads,determined by cycle threshold values from the RT-PCR,and poorer clinical outcome compared to other positive patients without the ***,the percentage of SARS-CoV-2 patients with the COVID19-HRP has significantly decreased from March/April to May/***,viral load in the SARS-CoV-2 patients declined,and their laboratory profile became less distinguishable from SARS-CoV-2 negative patients in the later *** longitudinal analysis illustrates the temporal change of laboratory test result profile in SARS-CoV-2 patients and the COVID-19 evolvement in a US *** analysis could become an important tool in COVID-19 population disease severity tracking and *** addition,this analysis may play an important role in prioritizing high-risk patients,assisting in patient triaging and optimizing the usage of resources.

Imagine if it were possible to create 3D objects in the palm of your hand within seconds using only a single photonic *** 3D printing has revolutionized the way we create in nearly every aspect of modern society,current 3D printers rely on large and complex mechanical systems to enable layer-by-layer addition of *** limits print speed,resolution,portability,form factor,and material *** there have been recent efforts in developing novel photocuring-based 3D printers that utilize light to transform matter from liquid resins to solid objects using advanced methods,they remain reliant on bulky and complex mechanical *** address these limitations,we combine the fields of silicon photonics and photochemistry to propose the first chip-based 3D *** proposed system consists of only a single millimeter-scale photonic chip without any moving parts that emits reconfigurable visible-light holograms up into a simple stationary resin well to enable non-mechanical 3D ***,we experimentally demonstrate a stereolithography-inspired proof-of-concept version of the chip-based 3D printer using a visible-light beam-steering integrated optical phased array and visible-light-curable resin,showing 3D printing using a chip-based system for the first *** work demonstrates the first steps towards a highlycompact,portable,and low-cost solution for the next generation of 3D printers.

The european rabbit Oryctolagus cuniculus is an exotic herbivorous mammal undergoing an active phase of geographical expansion in the arid ecosystems of *** Adaptive Flexibility Hypothesis states that populations at the range edge(new populations)will exhibit greater fexibility in the use of resources compared with populations located in the range core(older populations).The objective of this work was to compare the rabbit’s use of spatial and trophic resources in relation to the establishment time of their *** sampling was carried out for 2 years(2017 and 2018)in sites with different establishment times for rabbit *** sampling stratifed by type of habitat was applied using 115 fxed strip transects of 1,000 m^(2) laid out across the study *** rabbit signs were recorded in each transect,and environmental and anthropic variables were *** results show that the individuals from the range edge are more selective in the use of habitat than those from the range *** the microhabitat level,we observed a pattern in the particular components of habitat use by rabbits mainly linked to food availability and proximity to *** a trophic perspective,rabbits could show fexible adjustment to novel conditions and environments in the range *** variability in resource use by the european rabbit confrms its ecological fexibility,pivotal for their advance toward new environments in Argentina.

BACKGROUND Type 2 diabetes is a chronic,non-communicable disease with a substantial global impact,affecting a significant number of *** etiology is closely tied to imbalanced dietary practices and sedentary ***,increasing die-tary fiber(DF)intake has consistently demonstrated health benefits in numerous studies,including improvements in glycemic control and weight *** To investigate the efficacy of DF interventions in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).MeTHODS A systematic literature review was conducted to explore the association between DF intake and the management of *** the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 26 studies were included in this *** The main strategies implied to increased DF intake were:High DF diet plus acarbose(2 studies);DF supplements(14 studies);and high DF diets(10 studies).Overall,most studies indicated that increased DF intake resulted in im-provements in glycemic control and weight management in T2DM *** DF represents a valuable strategy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,improving health *** intake offers the potential to improve quality of life and reduce complications and mortality associated with ***,through supplements or enriched foods,DF contributes significantly to the control of several markers such as HbA1c,blood glucose,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,and body weight.

In the pursuit of advancing imidazolium-based energetic ionic liquids (eILs),the current study is devoted to the synthesis and characterization of 1,3-dibutyl-imidazolium azide ([BBIm][N_(3)]),as a novel member in this ionic liquids *** chemical structure of this eIL was rigorously characterized and confirmed using FTIR spectroscopy,1D,and 2D-NMR *** thermal behavior assessment was conducted through DSC and TGA *** analysis revealed an endothermic glass transition at T_(g)=-61℃,followed by an exothermic degradation event at T_(onset)=311℃.Similarly,TGA thermograms exhibited a one-stage decomposition process resulting in 100% mass loss of the ***,the short-term thermal stability of the azide eIL was investigated by combining the non-isothermal TGA data with the TAS,it-KAS,and VYA/Ce isoconversional kinetic ***,the Arrhenius parameters(e_(a)=154 kJ·mol^(-1),Log(A/s^(-1))=11.8) and the most probable reaction model g(a) were *** observed high decomposition temperatures and the significantly elevated activation energy affirm the enhanced thermal stability of the modified *** findings revealed that[BBIm][N_(3)]eIL can be a promising candidate for advanced energetic material application.
