A novel multicomponent high-Cr CoNi-based superalloy with superior comprehensive performance was prepared,and the evaluation of its high-temperature microstructural stability,oxidation resistance,and mechanical properties was conducted mainly using its cast polycrystalline *** results disclosed that the morphology of theγ′phase remained stable,and the coarsening rate was slow during the long-term aging at 900–1000℃.The activation energy forγ′precipitate coarsening of alloy 9CoNi-Cr was(402±51)kJ/mol,which is higher compared with those of CMSX-4 and some other Ni-based and Co-based ***,there was no indica-tion of the formation of topologically close-packed phases during this *** these factors demonstrated the superior microstructural stability of the *** mass gain of alloy 9CoNi-Cr was 0.6 mg/cm^(2) after oxidation at 1000℃ for 100 h,and the oxidation resistance was comparable to advanced Ni-based superalloys CMSX-4,which can be attributed to the formation of a continuous Al_(2)O_(3) protective ***,the compressive yield strength of this cast polycrystalline alloy at high temperatures is clearly higher than that of the conventional Ni-based cast superalloy and the compressive minimum creep rate at 950℃ is comparable to that of the conventional Ni-based cast superalloy,demonstrating the alloy’s good mechanical properties at high *** is partially because high Cr is bene-ficial in improving theγandγ′phase strengths of alloy 9CoNi-Cr.

For patients with type 2 diabetes,the evaluation of pulse waveform characteristics is helpful to understand changes in arterial ***,there is a lack of comprehensive analysis of pulse waveform ***,we aimed to investigate the changes in pulse waveform characteristics in patients with type 2 diabetes due to increased arterial *** this study,25 patients with type 2 diabetes and 50 healthy subjects were selected based on their clinical ***,height,weight,blood pressure,and pulse pressure were collected as the subjects’basic *** brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)was collected as an index of arterial *** of time[the pulse wave period(T),the relative positions of peak point(T1)and notch point(T2),and pulse wave time difference between upper and lower limbs(T3)]and area[the total waveform area(A),and the areas of the waveform before(A1)and after(A2)the notch point]were extracted from the pulse wave signals as pulse waveform *** independent sample t-test was performed to determine whether there were significant differences between ***’s correlation analysis was performed to determine the correlations between pulse waveform parameters and *** were significant differences in T3,A,A1,and A2 between the groups(p<0.05).For patients with type 2 diabetes,there were statistically significant correlations between baPWV and T3,A,A1,and A2(p<0.05).This study quantitatively assessed changes in arterial pulse waveform parameters in patients with type 2 *** was demonstrated that pulse waveform characteristics(T3,A,A1,and A2)could be used as indices of arterial stiffness in patients with type 2 diabetes.

The development of receptive endometrium(RE) from pre-receptive endometrium(PE) for successful embryo implantation is a complex dynamic process in which the morphology and physiological states of the endometrial epithelium undergo a series of significant changes, including cell proliferation and apoptosis. However, the molecular mechanisms are not yet fully understood. In this study, a higher circRNA3669 level was observed in PE than in RE of goats. Functional assays revealed that this overexpression promoted the proliferation of goat endometrial epithelial cells(GEECs) by activating the expression of genes related to the PI3K/AKT-mTOR and MAPK pathways,thereby inhibiting apoptosis in vitro. Furthermore, circRNA3669 functioned as a competing endogenous RNA(ceRNA) to upregulate Reticulocalbin-2(RCN2) expression at the post-transcriptional level by interacting with and downregulating miR-26a in GEECs. In addition, RCN2, which is highly expressed in the PE of goats, was found to be regulated by β-estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P4). Our results demonstrated that RCN2 also affected the key proteins PI3K, AKT, mTOR, JNK, and P38 in the PI3K/AKT-mTOR and MAPK pathways, thereby facilitating GEECs proliferation and suppressing their apoptosis in vitro. Collectively, we constructed a new circRNA3669-miR-26aRCN2 regulatory network in GEECs, which further provides strong evidence that circRNA could potentially play a crucial regulatory role in the development of RE in goats.

Mollusc shell matrix proteins (SMPs) are important functional components embedded in the shell and play a role in shell formation. A SMP (Pif177) was identified previously from the nacreous layer of the Japanese pearl oysterPinctada fucata, and its cleavage products (named pfPif97 and pfPif80 proteins) were found to bind to the chitin framework and induce aragonite crystal formation and orient the c axis. In this study, a homologue ofpfPif177was cloned from the mantle of the Pacific oysterCrassostrea gigas, containing the homologue ofpfPif97only and notpfPif80. This finding hints at the large divergence in gene structure between the two species. This homologue (cgPif97) shares characteristics with pfPif97, and suggests that the biological functions of these two proteins may be similar. The expression pattern ofcgPif97in different tissues and development stages indicates that it may play an important role in shell formation of the adult oyster. The morphology of the inner shell surface was affected by injected siRNA ofcgPif97and the calcite laths of the shell became thinner and narrower when the siRNA dose increased, suggesting that the cgPif97gene plays an important role in calcite shell formation inC. gigas. In conclusion, we found evidence that thePif177gene evolved very fast but still retains a similar function among species.

Spatial Distribution of Carbon, Nitrogen and Phosphorus within Surface Sediments in the Lower Lancang River: Pollution Assessment Related to Dams

Surface sediment is one of the main sources of nutrients in overlying water environments, and these can also indirectly reflect the degree of eutrophication. In this paper, the spatial distribution characteristics of total organic carbon (TOC), total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) in the surface sediments of 11 sections in the lower Lancang River during flood season are analyzed, as well as the distribution of phosphorus in different forms. The main sources of TOC and its correlation with TN and TP are discussed and, finally, the pollution levels of the surface sediments are evaluated. The results show that the average content of TOC in the surface sediments of the lower Lancang River is 9003.75 mg/kg. The average TN content is 893.79 mg/kg, while the average TP content is 521.35 mg/kg. The TOC in the surface sediments of the lower Lancang River is derived mainly from algae and plankton in the river, and the TN and TP have similar sources. The total phosphorus in the surface sediments of the lower Lancang River is composed mainly of calcium-bound phosphorus (Ca-P). The evaluations of the organic pollution index and comprehensive pollution index show that the surface sediment pollution degree at the upper sections of the Nuozhadu and Jinghong Dams are more serious than those below the dams. Furthermore, the tributary sections are all slightly polluted, with the exception of the Mengyang River, which is considered moderately polluted.

无线局域网主要采用电磁波作为信息传播的载体,信息在传输过程中很容易被窃听和干扰,因此数据在无线局域网中的安全传输成为当今网络时代迫切需要解决的问题。无线局域网本身的加密体制还不够完善,保密性上还存在一些欠缺。文章在无线局域网加密体制的基础上,采用非对称加密算法RSA与对称加密算法AES相混合的方式对消息进行双重加密,同时采用安全哈希算法SHA计算哈希值作为数字签名,以保证传输数据的机密性、完整性和不可否认性。文章还使用Java编程进行点对点的socket通信,在实验室局域网环境下进行多次测试,以验证方案的安全性和可行性。

利用稳健非负矩阵分解实现无监督高光谱解混

目的基于非负矩阵分解的高光谱图像无监督解混算法普遍存在着目标函数对噪声敏感、在低信噪比条件下端元提取和丰度估计性能不佳的缺点。因此,提出一种基于稳健非负矩阵分解的高光谱图像混合像元分解算法。方法首先在传统基于非负矩阵分解的解混算法基础上,对目标函数加以改进,用更加稳健的L1范数作为重建误差项,提高算法对噪声的适应能力,得到新的无监督解混目标函数。针对新目标函数的非凸特性,利用梯度下降法对端元矩阵和丰度矩阵交替迭代求解,进而完成优化求解,得到端元和丰度估计值。结果分别利用模拟和真实高光谱数据,对算法性能进行定性和定量分析。在模拟数据集中,将本文算法与具有代表性的5种无监督解混算法进行比较,相比于对比算法中最优者,本文算法在典型信噪比20 dB下,光谱角距离(spectral angle distance,SAD)增大了10.5%,信号重构误差(signal to reconstruction error,SRE)减小了9.3%;在真实数据集中,利用光谱库中的地物光谱特征验证本文算法端元提取质量,并利用真实地物分布定性分析丰度估计结果。结论提出的基于稳健非负矩阵分解的高光谱无监督解混算法,在低信噪比条件下,能够获得较好的端元提取和丰度估计精度,解混效果更好。
