BACKGROUND Gastric ulcers(gus)have a high risk of clinical morbidity and recurrence,and further exploration is needed for the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of the *** To investigated the effects of a diet plan on pepsinogen(PG)I,PG II,gastrin-17(G-17)levels and nutritional status in patients with *** A total of 100 patients with gus treated between May 2022 and May 2023 were enrolled,with 47 patients in the control group receiving routine nursing and 53 patients in the experimental group receiving dietary nursing intervention based on a diet *** study compared the two groups in terms of nursing efficacy,adverse events(vomiting,acid reflux,and celialgia),time to symptom improvement(burning sensation,acid reflux,and celialgia),gastric function(PG I,PG II,and G-17 levels),and nutritional status[prealbumin(PA)and albumin(ALB)levels].REsULTs The experimental group showed a markedly higher total effective rate of nursing,a significantly lower incidence of adverse events,and a shorter time to symptom improvement than the control ***,the experimental group’s post-intervention PG I,PG II,and G-17 levels were significantly lower than preintervention or control group levels,whereas PA and ALB levels were significantly *** The diet plan significantly reduced PG I,PG II,and G-17 levels in patients with gus and significantly improved their nutritional status.

文章基于社会质量理论视角,构建包含社会性保障、经济性保障、社会凝聚、社会包容、社会赋权维度的民生发展水平评价指标体系,采用熵值法测度2016—2020年我国30个省份的民生发展水平,并运用Mar⁃kov转移概率矩阵探讨民生发展水平的演进规律。研究表明:从整体来看,各省份的民生发展水平不高;除东部地区外,中部地区、西部地区和东北地区的民生发展水平均不高,而且各省份的民生发展水平缺乏稳定性,呈波动态势;较多省份属于低、极低质量民生发展水平,区域内部民生发展水平呈“分离”现象,东部地区的民生发展水平始终高于中部地区、西部地区和东北地区;各省份的民生发展水平有升级或降级的可能;民生发展水平的空间集聚呈“中心—外围—边缘”的圈层扩散分布格局,在空间格局上呈抱团状、零星状结构。

The tetracycline （Tet）-off gene expression regulation system based on the TetR-VP16/Top10 construct has not been widely utilized in plants, for its highly expressed TetR-VP16 activator is toxic to some plants and repeatedly replenishing tetracycline to turn off the constitutively active system is a tedious process. To solve these problems, a Tet-off and heat shock （Hs）-on gene expression regulation system was constructed in this study. This system is composed of a chimeric transactivator gene TetR-HsF that is derived from a Tet repressor （TetR） and a Hs transcription factor （HsF） controlled by a Hs promoter HsP70m, and a Tet operator containing hybrid promoter, Om35s, that drives expression of the β-glucuronidase （gus） gene. The resultant system yields a gus expression pattern similar to that of the HsP70m promoter under inducing temperatures and at 35 and 40℃ drives gus expression to a similar level as the Cauliflower mosaic virus （CaMV） 35s promoter. Further examination revealed that the TetR-HsF and gus genes were induced by Hs, reaching peak expression after 1 and 6 h treatment, respectively, and the Hs induction of the expression system could be inhibited by Tet. This system will provide a useful tool for transgenic studies of plants in the laboratory and in the field, including transgene function analysis, agronomic trait improvement, biopharmaceutical protein production and others.

The rice （Oryza sativa L.） metallothionein gene OsMT-I-4b has previously been identified as a type I MT gene. To elucidate the regulatory mechanism involved in its tissue specificity and abiotic induction, we isolated a 1 730 bp fragment of the OsMT-I-4b promoter region. Histochemical /^-glucuronidase （gus） staining indicated a precise spacial and temporal expression pattern in transgenic Arabidopsis. Higher gus activity was detected in the roots and the buds of flower stigmas, and relatively lower gus staining in the shoots was restricted to the trichomes and hydathodes of leaves. No activity was observed in the stems and seeds. Additionally, in the root of transgenic plants, the promoter activity was highly upregulated by various environmental signals, such as abscisic acid, drought, dark, and heavy metals including Cu2＋, Zn2~, Pb2~ and Al3＋. slight induction was observed in transgenic seedlings under salinity stress, or when treated with Co2＋ and Cd2＋. Promoter analysis of 5＇-deletions revealed that the region -583/-1 was sufficient to drive strong gus expression in the roots but not in the shoots. Furthermore, deletion analysis indicated important promoter regions containing different metal- responsive c/s-elements that were responsible for responding to different heavy metals. Collectively, these findings provided important insight into the transcriptional regulation mechanisms of the OsMT-I- 4b promoter, and the results also gave us some implications for the potential application of this promoter in plant genetic engineering.

Auxin polar transport genes PIN(PINFORMED)determine the concentration gradient of auxin in *** understand the relationship between the development of different tissues in Betula pendula‘Dalecartica’,BpPIN gene expression and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)content were analyzed using qRT-PCR,ELIsA,and gus *** expression of BpPIN genes and IAA levels in the leaves,buds,stems,xylem,and roots of ***‘Dalecartica’and *** as a control were ***1,BpPIN5 and BpPIN6 were upregulated during development in both species,suggesting a dominant role in the development of ***‘Dalecartica’***,BpPIN1 gene expression was positively associated with IAA levels during leaf,vein and petiole development in ***‘Dalecartica’*** correlation coefficient of the first three leaves was 0.69(P=0.04),while that of the first three petioles was 0.85(P=0.001).In addition,gus staining of the pro-DR5::gus transgenic line of cultivar was correlated with the results of BpPIN1 ***,these findings suggest that BpPIN1 is associated with the formation of lobed leaves in ***‘Dalecartica’.
