《世界遗产公约》已由158个国家批准认可,它对全球具有文化和自然价值的场址的保护起着一个国际法规的作用。33处热带森林能被列入此公约的主要原因在于它们的全球生物多样性价值。这一系列场址成为全球生物多样性的精华之一,它约占全世界郁闭的热带森林的2.5%,对世界陆地生物多样性的保护作着重要贡献。虽然一系列的国际行动都将最终为森林的保护和可持续管理提供一个基本框架,但是《世界遗产公约》在当前提供了一个迅速调动就能起到保护大多数重要森林的机制。在过去,如果一个场址被认为很少受到人类活动的影响,它往往就被列入公约。然而,任何森林都有人类的足迹,同时我们也认为人类的活动应该与其维持全球生物多样性价值相一致。如果此公约能够更加直接地涉及人类活动对森林影响的普遍性事实,那么它就可以发挥更大的作用。为此,我们可采用更加适宜的以客观标准和指标为基础的管理方式,来确定其变化的阈限和引发管理响应,达到预期的发展多样性的目的。我们断定世界遗产中热带森林的最佳数量可以达到100个场址或场址群,这样的一个网络可以有效地保护世界森林生物多样性的绝大多数。目前世界热带森林的消耗速率敦促紧急的国际活动来确立一批优先保护的场址,而世界遗产保护区可以为此类活动提供最好的基本结构。

Objective: This.s.udy was.undertaken to examine whether marijuana us. affects.in vitro fertilization and gamete intrafallopian trans.er (IVF/GIFT). s.udy des.gn: Pros.ective s.udy of 221 IVF/GIFT couples. Res.lts. Amount of lifetime heavy marijuana us. advers.ly affected IVF/GIFT. Women s.oking more than 90 times.in their lifetime had 27% fewer oocytes.retrieved (P = .03) and 1 fewer embryo trans.erred (P s.oking marijuana more than 10 times.in their lifetime had infants.17% (P = .01) s.aller at birth. If men s.oked marijuana 11 to 90 times.in their lifetime, there was.a 15% decreas. in infant birth weight (P = .03); if this.increas.d to more than 90 times. there was.a 23% decreas. (P = .01) . Timing als. played a role. Women s.oking marijuana 1 year before IVF/GIFT had 25% fewer oocytes.retrieved (P = .03), whereas.couples.had 28% (P = .04) fewer oocytes.fertilized. Women and men who s.oked in the pas. 15 years. had 12% (P = .04) and 16% (P = .03) s.aller infants. res.ectively. Conclus.on: Both timing and amount of marijuana us. negatively affected IVF/GIFT.

背景：支点弯曲位X线片在运用钩棒系统治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧凸时能准确预测术后弯曲矫正情况。本研究拟探讨支点弯曲位x线片在运用交替椎弓根螺钉固定治疗脊柱侧凸中的预测性价值。方法：我们对在同一机构内运用交替椎弓根螺钉固定方法进行手术治疗的胸椎特发性脊柱侧凸患者进行前瞻性放射学分析。测量术前和术后1周时站立后前位脊柱x线片上侧凸的Cobb角。计算支点柔韧百分比和支点弯曲矫正指数百分比。结果：42例患者纳入本研究。实施手术时患者的平均年龄是14．6岁，平均融合节段数为9．4个。术前站立位X线片Cobb角、支点弯曲位Cobb角、支点柔韧度分别为57．9°．21．8°和62．7％。术后1周X线片，平均Cobb角为15．4°，弯曲的平均矫正度为73.4％，支点弯曲的平均矫正指数为122．1％。支点弯曲位x线片的角度与支点弯曲矫正指数呈显著正相关，表明支点弯曲化X线片能预测支点弯曲的术后矫正情况。然而，对于僵硬型的脊柱侧凸，椎弓根螺钉固定能为患者带来比支点弯曲位X线片所预测的更理想的矫正效果。结论：据我们所知，本研究是证实支点弯曲位X线片在运用交替椎弓根螺钉固定治疗脊柱侧凸中的预测性价值的首次研究。弯曲的柔韧性能反映支点弯曲矫正指数的程度，即柔韧性差的侧凸畸形能获得一个更大的矫正指数。支点弯曲位x线片具有潜在的预测价值。此外．与钩棒及其他系统相比，椎弓根螺钉固定表现出更好的矫正能力。
