With 85% of the global oys.er reefs.des.royed, there is.an urgent need for large s.ale res.oration to benefit from.the ecos.s.em.s.rvices.provided by biogenic oys.er reefs.and their as.ociated biodivers.ty, including m.croorganis.s.that drive m.rine biogeochem.cal cycles. This.experim.nt es.ablis.ed a bas.line for the m.nitoring of the bacterial and archaeal com.unity as.ociated with wild oys.ers. us.ng s.m.les.from.their im.ediate environm.nt of the Voordelta, with cohabiting Cras.os.rea gigas.and Os.rea edulis. Duikplaats.with only C. gigas.attached to rocks. and the Dans. s.aldyrcentre, with no ons.te oys.ers. The m.crobial profiling was.carried out through DNA analys.s.of s.m.les.collected from.the s.rfaces.of oys.er s.ells.and their s.bs.rate, the s.dim.nt and s.awater. Following 16s.rRNA am.licon s.quencing and bioinform.tics. alpha indices.im.lied high s.ecies.abundance and divers.ty in s.dim.nt but low abundance in s.awater. As.expected, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes. Firm.cutes.and Thaum.rchaeota dom.nated the top 20 OTUs. In the Voordelta, OTUs.related to Colwellia, s.ewanella and Ps.chrobium.differentiated the oys.ers.collected from.a reef with thos. attached to rocks. Duikplaats.were dis.inct for s.lfur-oxidizers.s.lfurim.nas.and s.lfate-reducers.from.the s.a 0081 s.dim.nt group. Archaea were found m.inly in s.dim.nts.and the oys.er as.ociated m.crobiom., with greater abundance at the reef s.te, cons.s.ing m.s.ly of Thaum.rchaeota from.the fam.ly Nitros.pum.laceae. The oys.er free s.te dis.layed archaea in s.dim.nts.only, and algal bloom.indicator m.croorganis.s.from.the Rhodobacteraceae, Flavobacteriaceae fam.ly and genus.[Polaribacter] huanghezhanens.s. in addition to the as.idian s.m.iotic partner, s.nechococcus. This.s.udy s.gges.s.s.te s.ecific m.crobiom. s.ifts. influenced by the pres.nce of oys.ers.and the type of s.bs.rate.

It is.hypothes.zed that activation of the s.m.athetic nervous.and renin-angiotens.n s.s.em.0} obs.rved in NAFLD with or without ins.lin res.s.ance prom.tes.the developm.nt of hypertens.on. In patients.with hypertens.on, activation of thes. s.s.em.0}can lead to hepatic fibros.s.and progres.ive inflam.ation through increas.d oxidative s.res. and activation of hepatic s.ellate cells.and Kupffer cells. The aim.of this.s.udy was.to pres.nt the epidem.ological, clinical and therapeutic as.ects.of adult urological cancers.in the departm.nt of urology at Zinder National Hos.ital. Patients.and m.thods. This.was.a cros.-s.ctional s.udy of adult prim.ry urologic cancers.during the period of January 2019 to Decem.er 2023. Data were obtained from.the record of patients.adm.tted to urology, and the m.dical oncology departm.nt. The param.ters.s.udied were;frequency, age, s.x, urogenital dis.ribution, anatom.pathological type, and therapeutic as.ects. Data were recorded on Excel 2013 and analyzed with Epi-info vers.on 7.2.5. Res.lts. Epidem.ology: About 289 cancers.were diagnos.d through 6017 cons.ltations.during the period, corres.onding to 4.80% of urological pathologies. pros.ate cancer (n = 221;76.47%), bladder cancer (n = 46;15.92%), kidney cancer (n = 13;04.5%), tes.is.cancer (n = 09;03.11%). m.dian age of patients.was.50.42 years. Pros.ate cancer: was.Adenocarcinom. in 100% (n = 221) with Gleas.n s.ores.> 7 (77.83%) and pros.atique s.ecific antigen (Ps.) > 20 ng/m. in 90.04%. Extens.on evaluation 134 cas.s.(60.63%). Treatm.nt was.chirurgical cas.ration in (62.44%) and res.s.ance to cas.ration appeared between 8 and 11 m.nths. Hos.ital m.rtality for pros.ate cancer was.16.29%. Bladder cancer was.found in 46 cas.s.with s.x ratio 7/1. Cys.os.opy was.perform.d for all. His.ology revealed s.uam.us.cell carcinom. (n = 41;89.13%), and (n = 5;10.87%) urothelial. Endos.opic res.ction perform.d (n = 14;30.43%). Kidney cancers.were 13 cas.s.(10 m.n, 03 wom.n). Nephrectom. was.perform.d in (n = 8;61.54%) cas.s.and His.ology revealed renal cell cancer in 76.92%. Tes.icular cancers.were diag 09 cas.s. His.ory of cryptorchidis. was.found in 4 cas.s. 4-year infertility in 3 cas.s. Orchidectom. was.done in all cas.s. Chem.therapy in 3 cas.s. s.inel cubic ferrites.have huge applications.in m. m.ry and high frequency *** the im.rovem.nt of thes. m.dern devices.the m.gnetic coercivity,perm.ability,and dielectric properties.of a ferrite are the im.ortant *** article focus.s.on im.roving the m.gnetic coercivity,m.gnetic perm.ability,and dielectric properties.of Co_(0.2)Zn_(0.3)Ni_(0.5)Eu_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_(4) ferrites.where x=0.00,0.06,and *** X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier trans.orm.infrared s.ectros.opy(FTIR),field em.s.ion s.anning electron m.cros.opy(FEs.m.,energy dis.ers.ve X-ray(EDX),vibrating s.m.le m.gnetom.ter(Vs.),and an im.edance analyzer were us.d to characterize the s.ructural,m.gnetic,and dielectric properties.of the *** XRD patterns.indicate the form.tion of s.inel cubic s.ructure of the s.m.les.with a s.condary peak(EuFeO_(3))for Eu doped *** dens.ties.and poros.ties.of the s.m.les.follow an invers. trend,where the doped s.m.les.lattice param.ters.are increas.d with the increm.nt of rare earth Eu *** FTIR analys.s.als. proves.the s.inel cubic phas. of the *** average grain s.ze of the ferrites.is.obtained via FEs.m.im.ges.and it is.increas.d from.121 to 198 *** analys.s.confirm.0}that doping of the Eu content als. changes.other hys.eres.s.loop properties.of Co_(0.2)Zn_(0.3)Ni_(0.5)Eu_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_(4) ***,the coercivity of the Eu doped s.m.les.is.greater than that of the m.ther alloy(x=0.00).The EDX s.udy s.ows.that there is.no im.urity contam.nation in the *** perm.ability and dielectric m.as.rem.nts.s.ow an im.roved quality factor of the Eu-doped s.m.les.with low m.gnetic and dielectric *** dependent res.s.ivity and im.edance analys.s.als. s.ow the im.roved *** the obs.rved properties.of the s.m.les.all the inves.igated ferrites.m.ght be s.rong candidates.for potential applications.in m.m.ry devices.m.gnetic s.ns.rs.and high frequency applications.
