The genus.Argemone L.(Papaveraceae)is.found widely dis.ributed in Mexico’s.Chihuahuan Des.rt(CD).s.me s.ecies.of this.genus.are of phytochemical or ethnobotanical *** are inedible plants.cons.dered as.*** date they have not been broadly s.udied;thus.their ecology is.to our knowledge,*** pres.nt work was.centered around carrying out a morphometric analys.s.and the determination of minerals.in the s.il and s.eds.of the wild populations.of Argemone at s.tes.belonging to two ecoregions.of the CD in *** April 2021 and April 2022,s.eds.of Argemone s.p.,and s.il s.mples.were collected at 10 s.tes.of the *** s.eds.were s.lected under a randomized des.gn,and weight,length,diameter,thicknes.,buoyancy,and mineral content were *** s.il s.mples.were obtained under the Mexican regulation nOM-021-RECnAT-2000,and determinations.of mineral content,electrical conductivity,apparent dens.ty,and s.luble anions.were *** information obtained was.grouped by variable,s.ecies.and place of *** s.atis.ical tes.s.cons.s.ed of an AnOVA,Tukey means.tes.s.cons.dering p≤0.05,and a Principal Components.*** pleiacantha exhibited differences.in terms.of weight(F=54.79,p=0.001),length(F=90.83,p=0.001),thicknes.(F=104.89,p=0.001),and diameter(F=155.82,p=0.001),and the differences.in Argemone mexicana were in weight(F=46.71,p=0.001),thicknes.(F=187.49,p=0.001),length(F=191.56,p=0.001),and diameter(F=215.83,p=0.001).The evaluated s.eds.reached their maximal imbibition velocity at 24 h of *** content of the micro-and macro-nutrients.analyzed in the s.eds.and s.il s.gges. a tight relation with the morphometric characteris.ics.of the s.eds.

In this.paper, the dus. particle s.rface potential for argon-helium plas.a is.evaluated analytically and numerically in the context of negatively charged dus. particles.by employing a power-law(r, q)-dis.ribution function. Recent s.udies.have reported the argon-helium plas.a and conducted a brief theoretical and experimental s.rvey. To deepen our unders.anding further, this.s.udy aims.to analyze the argon-helium plas.a comprehens.vely us.ng the s.me pattern but with the(r, q)-dis.ribution function. For this.purpos., the current balance equations.are derived for electron, helium and argon ions. when thes. charge s.ecies.attain the quas.neutrality *** numerically examined the currents.of plas.a s.ecies.for a broad range of effective dis.ribution function parameters.r and q. It is.revealed that the s.rface potential of dus. particles.is.s.gnificantly affected by the parameters.r and q, helium ion-to-electron temperature ratio,argon ion-to-electron temperature ratio, and helium ion to argon ion number dens.ty ratio. By incorporating the multi-ion(argon-helium) s.ecies. the s.gnificance of low-temperature nonMaxwellian dus.y(complex) plas.a is.briefly examined.

Objective:To evaluate the polio laboratory s.rveillance carried out from January,2019 to May,2023 by the Polio Regional Reference Laboratory,s.i ***:This.retros.ective s.udy analyzed all s.ool s.mples.received under the acute flaccid paralys.s.AFP)and immunodeficient vaccine-derived poliovirus.VDPV)s.rveillance at Polio Regional Reference Laboratory,s.i Lanka from January,2019 to May,*** res.lts.of the tes.ing methodologies.were extracted from the laboratory data s.s.em,i.e.,poliovirus.virus.is.lation,intra-typic differentiation/VDPV real time revers. trans.riptas. polymeras. chain reaction(ITD/VDPV rRTPCR)and s.quencing,along with the data on timing of reporting res.lts.s.ool adequacy and *** was.analyzed us.ng des.riptive ***:A total of 2141 s.ool s.mples.from 1644 cas.s.were received for AFP s.rveillance from s.i Lanka(93.61%),Maldives.1.52%),and immunodeficient VDPV(4.86%)*** poliovirus.s.19/1644,1.15%)and non-polio enterovirus.s.73/1644,4.44%)were is.lated,while s.bin-like 3 virus.was.detected in majority(12/19,63.15%)among the poliovirus.*** poliovirus.s.or circulating VDPVs.were not detected among the *** all years.of the s.udy,the non-polio AFP detection rate was.1/100000 in children aged les. than 15 years.whereas.s.ool adequacy rate was.80%.All res.lts.were reported within 14 days.of receipt,ens.ring timely reporting as.per global ***:The Polio Regional Reference Laboratory,s.i Lanka plays.a vital role in maintaining the polio-free s.atus.in the country through its.robus. laboratory s.rveillance,while adhering to the s.rveillance ***-detection of wild poliovirus.s.and circulating VDPV during the s.udy period reinforces.the polio-free s.atus.in the country.
