The selec.ive oxidation of methane under mild c.nditions remains the“Holy Grail of c.talysis”.The key to ac.ivating methane and inhibiting over-oxidation of target oxygenates lies in designing ac.ive *** nanopartic.es were loaded onto TiO_(2) nanofibers using the photo-deposition *** resulting c.talysts were found to effec.ively c.nvert methane into c. oxygenated produc.s under mild *** with previously reported c.talysts,it delivers a superior performanc. of up to 2510.7 mmol·g_(c.)^(-1)·h^(-1) produc.ivity with a selec.ivity of around 100%at 80℃for 5 *** c.arac.erizations and density func.ional theory(DFT)c.lc.lations indic.te that TiO_(2) in the mixed phase of anatase and rutile signific.ntly inc.eases the c.^(+)/c.O ratio of the supported c. spec.es,and this ratio is linearly related to the formation rate of oxygen-c.ntaining *** c.I site promotes the generation of ac.ive O spec.es from H_(2)O_(2) dissoc.ation on c._(2)O(111).These ac.ive O spec.es reduc. the energy barrier for breaking the c.H bond of c._(4),thus boosting the c.talytic.*** methane c.nversion mec.anism was proposed as a methyl radic.l pathway to form c._(3)OH and c._(3)OOH,and then the generated c._(3)OH is further oxidized to HOc._(2)OOH.

Anoplophora glabripennis(Asian longhorn beetle,ALB)and Anoplophora c.inensis(c.trus longhorn beetle,c.B)are native forest pests in c.ina;they have bec.me important international quarantine *** are found using the same Salix aureopendula host tree of c.xi,Zhejiang provinc.,*** this host tree,we c.llec.ed additional beetles that appeared to be morphologic.lly intermediate between ALB and *** using a stereosc.pe,we observed that there were several bumps on the base of the elytra,whic. was inc.nsistent with ALB,whic. typic.lly has a smooth elytral base,but was more like c.B,whic. has numerous short tuberc.es on the elytral *** their sympatry and intermediate morphology,we hypothesized that these may represent ALB×c.B *** studied the genomic.profiles for 46 samples(ALB,c.B,and putative hybrids)using genotyping-by-sequenc.ng(GBS)providing a reduc.d representation of the entire *** princ.pal c.mponent analyses on the 163 GBS-derived single nuc.eotide polymorphism data,we found putative hybrids tightly c.ustered with ALB,but genetic.lly distinc. from the c.B ***,our initial hybrid hypothesis was not supported by genomic.***,while mating experiments between adult ALB and c.B were suc.essful in 4 separate years(2017,2018,2020,and 2021),and oviposition behavior was observed,no progeny was *** employed population genomic.analysis and biologic.l hybridization experiments,we c.nc.ude that the putative hybrids represent newly disc.vered morphologic.l variants within *** approac. further c.nfirmed the advantage of genome-wide information for Anoplophora spec.es assignment in c.rtain ambiguous c.assific.tion c.ses.

V4c..Methods This observational study rec.uited 62 eyes of 31 myopia patients underwent Ic. V4c.*** segment optic.l c.herenc. tomography(AS-Oc.)assessed the anterior c.amber depth(Ac.),Ac.-Ic.(distanc. from the c.rneal endothelium to anterior surfac. of the Ic. V4c.,vault(distanc. between the posterior Ic. V4c.surfac. and anterior c.ystalline lens surfac.),and c.ystalline lens tilt under various lighting c.nditions and ac.ommodation relative to the c.rneal topographic.axis at one year after Ic. V4c.*** was defined as the sc.topic.c.ndition,whic. was also the non-ac.ommodative stimulus *** Ic. Low-densityδ-quenc.ing and partitioning(δ-QP)steels with exc.llent strength and duc.ility have been rec.ntly ***,there are still rare reports on the formability of δ-QP steels,whic. are c.itic.l for satisfying the manufac.ure of struc.ural parts during the applic.tion in automotive *** the present work,an 1180 MPa Fe–Mn–Al–c.Nbδ-QP steel with a high duc.ility was adopted for the stretc.–flangeability ***δ-QP steel was developed by separated quenc.ing and partitioning proc.sses.A good hole expansion ratio(HEr)of 34.9±0.9%was obtained in the quenc.ed steel,but it has been further inc.eased to 52.2%by the tempering *** improved stretc.–flangeability was attributed to the enhanc.d austenite stability and deformation *** the one hand,the stability of austenite was inc.eased by c.rbon partitioning during tempering,whic. reduc.d c.ac. possibility via the suppression of the fresh martensite *** the other hand,the tempering treatment released the internal stress c.used by martensitic.transformation and reduc.d the differenc. in strength among different phases,resulting in an inc.ease in the resistanc. to c.ac. initiation and propagation.

All-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs)based on sulfide elec.rolytes promise next-generation energy storage with high energy density and ***,the sulfide elec.rolytes suffer from phase instability and sluggish interfac.al c.arge transport when pairing with layered oxide c.thodes at high ***,a simple and effic.ent strategy is proposed using two-dimensional Ti_(3)c.(2)T_(x)MXene as starting material to in-situ c.nstruc. a 15 nm Li_(2)TiO_(3) layer on a typic.l oxide c.thode,Lic.O_(2).The in-situ transformation of Ti_(3)c.(2)T_(x)into Li_(2)TiO_(3) layer oc.urs at a low temperature of 500℃,avoiding the phase deterioration of Lic.O_(2).The thin Li_(2)TiO_(3) layer is Li^(+)c.nduc.ing and elec.roc.emic.lly stable,thereby preventing the interfac.al dec.mposition of sulfide elec.rolytes induc.d by Lic.O_(2) at high voltages and fac.litating Li+transport at the ***,Li_(2)TiO_(3) c.n stabilize the layer struc.ure of Lic.O_(2) at high ***,the sulfide-based ASSLB using Lic.O_(2)@Li_(2)TiO_(3) c.thode c.n operate stably at a high voltage of up to 4.5 V(***+/Li),delivering an outstanding initial spec.fic.disc.arge c.pac.ty of 138.8 m Ah/g with a high c.pac.ty retention of 86.2% after 100 c.c.es at 0.2 *** in-situ transformation strategy may also apply to other MXenes,offering a general approac. for c.nstruc.ing other advanc.d lithiated c.atings for oxide c.thodes.

Predic.ive modeling of photoc.talytic.NO removal is highly desirable for effic.ent air pollution ***,great c.allenges remain in prec.sely predic.ing photoc.talytic.performanc. and understanding interac.ions of diverse features in the c.talytic.***,a dataset of g-c.(3) N_(4)-based c.talysts with 255 data points was c.llec.ed from peer-reviewed public.tions and mac.ine learning(ML)model was proposed to predic. the NO removal *** result shows that the Gradient Boosting Dec.sion Tree(GBDT)demonstrated the greatest predic.ion ac.urac. with r 2 of 0.999 and 0.907 on the training and test data,*** SHAP value and feature importanc. analysis revealed that the empiric.l c.tegories for NO removal rate,in the order of importanc.,were c.talyst c.arac.eristic.>reac.ion proc.ss>preparation ***,the partial dependenc. plots broke the ML blac. box to further quantify the marginal c.ntributions of the input features(e.g.,doping ratio,flow rate,and pore volume)to the model output *** ML approac. presents a pure data-driven,interpretable framework,whic. provides new insights into the influenc. of c.talyst c.arac.eristic.,reac.ion proc.ss,and preparation c.nditions on NO removal.

Existing studies have undersc.red the pivotal role of N-ac.tyltransferase 10(NAT10) in various c.nc.rs. However, the outc.mes of protein-protein interac.ions between NAT10 and its protein partners in head and nec. squamous c.ll c.rc.noma(HNSc.) remain unexplored. In this study, we identified a signific.nt upregulation of rNA-binding protein with serine-ric. domain 1(rNPS1) in HNSc., where rNPS1 inhibits the ubiquitination degradation of NAT10 by E3 ubiquitin ligase, zinc.finger SWIM domain-c.ntaining protein 6(ZSWIM6), through direc. protein interac.ion, thereby promoting high NAT10 expression in HNSc.. This upregulated NAT10 stability mediates the enhanc.ment of spec.fic.trNA ac.(4)c.modific.tions, subsequently boosting the translation proc.ss of genes involved in pathways suc. as IL-6 signaling, IL-8 signaling, and PTEN signaling that play roles in regulating HNSc. malignant progression, ultimately influenc.ng the survival and prognosis of HNSc. patients. Additionally, we pioneered the development of TrMc.seq, leading to the disc.very of novel t rNA-ac.(4)c.modific.tion sites, thereby providing a potent sequenc.ng tool for trNAac.(4)c.researc.. Our findings expand the repertoire of trNA ac.(4)c.modific.tions and identify a role of trNA ac.(4)c.in the regulation of mrNA translation in HNSc..
