Acapulco, Me.ico has a coastline.of 62 km whe.e.large.are.s of rocky substrate.inhabite. by organisms such as the.GASTROPODA Class can be.found. Conidae.(Fle.ing, 1822) Family is among the.me.be.s of this Class, which has be.n poorly studie. in the.Me.ican Pacific, de.pite.the.r biome.ical pote.tial. This re.e.rch was carrie. out in the.rocky inte.tidal of nine.site. in Acapulco. The.obje.tive. we.e. 1) Pre.are.an inve.tory of spe.ie. associate. with rocky inte.tidal of Conidae.family, 2) e.amine.the.composition of the.family base. on two crite.ia: a) spe.ie. richne.s and b) abundance. 3) de.e.mine.the.ge.graphical distribution and 4) analyze.the.size.composition. The.unit sample. was 1 m2 and the.sample. are. was 10 m2 pe.site. A total of 97 organisms we.e.analyze., corre.ponding to two subfamilie., five.ge.e.a and five.spe.ie.. The.Puncticuliinae.(Tucke. & Te.orio, 2009) subfamily had highe. spe.ie. richne.s, abundance.and fre.ue.cy of occurre.ce. The.most abundant and most common spe.ie. we.e.Harmoniconus nux (Brode.ip, 1833) and Gladioconus gladiator (Brode.ip, 1833) both showe. re.ular distribution. The.size.structure.found for Conidae.family is similar to what has be.n re.orte. in othe. re.e.rch. For the.first time.G. gladiator is be.ng re.orte. for the.state.of Gue.re.o.

In this study, we.e.aluate.the.le.shmanicidal and antimicrobial activitie. of Pantoe. ananatis, Ochrobactrum anthropi and e.te.obacte. cloacae. isolate. from the.dige.tive.tract of Lutzomyia e.ansi and the.susce.tibility of the.e.bacte.ia to commonly use. antibiotics. The.antagonistic e.fe.t of Pantoe. ananatis, Ochrobactrum anthropi and e.te.obacte. cloacae.was e.aluate. against six spe.ie. of human pathoge.ic bacte.ia and against stationary (Me.acyclic-like. and e.pone.tial promastigote. (Procyclic-like. of Le.shmania infantum (BCN-GFP strain) by co-culture.assays for 24 hours. The.activity of the.bacte.ial isolate. on Le.shmania infantum promastigote. was quantifie. by flow cytome.ry. The.susce.tibility of the.bacte.ial strains to clinically use. antibiotics was analyze. by antibiogram. The.highe.t pe.ce.tage.of inhibition was obse.ve. against e.pone.tial promastigote. with bacte.ial conce.trations of 108 CFU/ml of e.te.obacte. cloacae.(77.29% ± 0.6%) and Pantoe. ananatis (70.17% ± 1.1%). The.dose. de.ive.e. to e.ch group we.e.0.1 mg/0.1 mL, 1 mg/0.1 mL and 10 mg/0.1 mL. Simultane.us, bilate.al, dark-adapte. e.e.trore.inography and clinical image. of both e.e. we.e.obtaine. in all groups be.ore.inje.tion （base.ine. and afte. 7, 14, 21 and 28d, followe. by e.ucle.tion for histological e.amination. Re.ULTS： Subje.ts in the.group 1 showe. no signs of toxicity in the.e.e.trore.inogram whe. compare. with groups 2 and 3 （Kruskall-Wallis te.t, P=0.000）. By day 7, no e.e.trical re.ponse.to light stimuli was re.orde. in the.tre.te. e.e. in groups 2 and 3, consiste.t with se.e.e.damage.due.to re.inal toxicity. Light microscopy re.e.le.no significant histopathological change. in the.group 1, while.rabbits in groups 2 and 3 had signs of granulomatous inflammation in most case.. CONCLUSION： Intravitre.l 0.1 mg/0.1 mL dose. of quinupristin/dalfopristin do not le.d to e.e.trore.inographic or histological signs of re.inal toxicity compare. with 1 mg/0.1 mL and 10 mg/O.1 mL in this rabbit mode..
