Objective:To evaluate the effects of ethanol extr.ct fr.m Ar.isia gigantifolia leaves on cell pr.lifer.tion and cancer.stem cell(CSC)number.in gastr.c ***:The inhibitor. effect of Ar.isia gigantifolia extr.ct on the pr.lifer.tion of MKN45 and MKN74 gastr.c cancer.cells was assessed using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazole-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetr.zolium br.mide ***-adher.nt cultur.(3D)model was used to evaluate the effect of the extr.ct on tumor.pher. size and ***,the expr.ssion of CD44,ALDH,and p21 was deter.ined by immunofluor.scence *** cytometr.c analysis was per.or.ed to evaluate cell cycle ar.est and the expr.ssion of gastr.c CSC mar.er. CD44 and ***-time PCr.analysis was also car.ied out to assess the effect of the extr.ct on the expr.ssion of cell cycle-r.gulated ***:Ar.isia gigantifolia extr.ct effectively inhibited cell pr.lifer.tion with an IC_(50)of 55.7μg/m L in MKN45 cells and 123.6μg/m L in MKN74 *** extr.ct also ar.ested cell cycle in the G_(0)/G_(1)phase as well as significantly r.duced the size and number.of *** mar.edly incr.ased expr.ssion of p21 was obser.ed at both m r.A and pr.tein levels in the extr.ct-tr.ated adher.nt cells and *** addition,Ar.isia gigantifolia extr.ct significantly r.duced the number.of CD44-and/or.ALDH-expr.ssing gastr.c ***:The development of gastr.c CSC can be inhibited by the ethanol extr.ct of Ar.isia gigantifolia.

Based on mor.hological and genetic evidence we evaluated the taxonomic status of a newly discover.d for.st-dwelling population of skink （genus Scincella） fr.m the Keo Selma Wildlife Sanctuar., Mondulkir. Pr.vince, Cambodia. Fr.m phylogenetic analysis of a 668-bp fr.gment of the mtDNA COl and diagnostic mor.hological char.cter. we allocate the newly discover.d population to the Scincella r.evesii-S. r.focaudata species complex and descr.be it as Scincella nigr.fasciata sp. nov. The new skink species can be distinguished fr.m all other.Southeast Asian congener. by the following combination of mor.hological char.cter.： snout-vent length （SVL） 40.0-52.6 mm; r.lative tail length （TaL/SVL r.tio） 1.25-1.94; pr.fr.ntals in br.ad contact; infr.labials 6; pr.mar. tempor.ls 2; r.lative for.limb length （FIL/SVL r.tio） 0.20-0.22; r.lative hindlimb length （HIL/SVL r.tio） 0.30-0.33; r.lative for.ar. length （FoL/SVL r.tio） 0.14-0.16; adpr.ssed for.limbs and hind limbs either.over.apping （0.4-2.2 mm） or.separ.ted （1.9-2.3 mm）; midbody scale r.ws 32-33, par.ver.ebr.l scales 69-74, ver.ebr.l scales 65-69; dor.al scales between dor.olater.l str.pes 8; compar.tively slender.finger. and toes, subdigital lamellae under.four.h toe 15-17; dar. discontinuous r.gular.dor.al str.pes 5-7; distinct black dor.olater.l str.pes, nar.owing to later.l sides and extending to 52%-86% of total tail length. 过去20年中,柬埔寨王国在和平、政治稳定、安全、主权以及包括令人自豪的旅游业在内的所有领域取得了进步。柬埔寨政府将旅游业视为优先部门,扮演着“绿色黄金”的角色,为促进社会经济发展和环境保护做出了贡献,从而促进了柬埔寨绿色经济的建设,这是通过支持联合国2030可持续发展议程以促进实现可持续发展目标的一部分。根据世界旅游组织的说法,生态旅游也是柬埔寨的一项必要战略。作为旅游业的一部分,它是一个符合全球生态旅游趋势的新兴市场(利基市场)。联合国世界旅游组织的数据显示,旅游业正以每年约20%的稳定速度增长,而文化旅游仅增长6%。在这样的背景下,发展生态旅游和旅游社区是有效发展和维护保护区的合理机制,并为当地人参与决策或者说是赋权提供了机会。对民众(地方权力)来说,他们能直接受益于公平的旅游业,参与地方发展决策,提高生活水平,从而有效减少移民迁徙。柬埔寨旅游的共同战略目标(STC)1.与当地社区和谐相处,为生态旅游度假区创造商机和投资。2.建立支持生态旅游和健身发展的财政资源,支持柬埔寨发展生态旅游。2025年吸引400万国际游客到目的地旅游;2030年吸引600万国际游客,同时吸引国内游客达到1000万。3.建立财政资源,为保护自然资源、生物多样性、生态系统和环境保护做出贡献,并通过发展生态旅游为应对气候变化做出贡献。4.鼓励当地民众自豪于他们的传统、文化和自然资源的发展和保护等方面。5.根据《旅游法》的精神,为所有相关部委和机构指明指导方针,以确保有效协调,并提高对生态旅游领域的认识。《旅游法》规定,生态旅游是一种责任。柬埔寨王国旅游部与其他有关部委和机构联合行动。制定和加强法律机制,以确保生态旅游区的所有开发和投资活动,特别是在保护区、受保护森林和土地特许权下开发生态旅游度假区或进行生态旅游活动,遵守可持续发展的原则。这一政策的战略意义是重要的,但要实现这一目标,就必须将这一政策转化为行动,并通过制定行动计划和实施该计划来取得实际成果。其目标是通过生态旅游提高自然资源保护和社区减贫的有效性,并提高柬埔寨旅游业的竞争力。旅游是非当地人往返目的国家的短期和临时的行程。旅游包括住宿、餐饮、景点、交通和信息等服务。这些配套设施和服务又不仅仅服务于旅游本身。旅游和旅游业的区别在于,旅游是游客的行为,而旅游业则是一种综合全面的产业。世界上的许多国家逐渐意识到,旅游业是经济发展的重要推动力,其增加了就业机会,提高了收入水平、生活水平以及国内生产总值,同时在保持贸易平衡和减少贫困方面发挥了重要作用。特别是,旅游业这一部门还带来了国家声望,有助于保护文化遗产、传统文化以及社会和领土完整,同时其还有助于发展社会基础设施。游业每年为包括柬埔寨在内的许多国家的经济带来数十亿美元的国际货币收入。旅游业目前的发展态势为人们创造了相当于总就业人数11%的就业机会,能够有效解决社会经济危机。因此,旅游部门需要所有利益相关方参与这项最负责任的发展。今天,旅游业是世界上仅次于化学和石油工业的最大的出口产业。旅游业带来了希望、繁荣和世界人民之间的理解。实际上,根据世界旅游组织(UNWTO)的数据,2016年约有123.5万人跨国旅行,到2030年,这一数字将增加到18亿以上。要实现18亿游客的增长,我们需要关注让世界变得更美好的参与性机制,并在五大支柱的基础上实现可持续发展:(1)经济:使经济增长;(2)社会:带来体面的工作并增加社区权能;(3)环境:保护环境,防止气候变化;(4)文化:庆祝和保护身份的多样性和非物质文化;(5)和平:发展与增长的前提。事实上,旅游业是国际贸易的重要部门,也是外汇收入的来源,已经成为经济、社会和环境发展的驱动力。柬埔寨人文和自然旅游业增长显著,每年保持稳定增长,对国民经济的贡献率约为13%。柬埔寨政府认识到旅游业的潜力,认为旅游业是一种“绿色黄金”,其通过为柬埔寨人创造就业机会、为国家提供收入、促进投资、增强社区权能、保护国家文化遗产,对经济、社会和环境发展作出了贡献。保护自然,应对气候变化,保护文化和国家认同,维护和平,减少贫困,这符合“旅游为人人,人人为旅游”的理念。事实上,柬埔寨政府坚持“发展旅游业以促进经济、社会和环境”的关键理念,坚持确保在柬埔寨各地的旅行可以享受到完全的和平与安全。旅游部认为人力资本的培训和发展是加强服务质量、为游客提供满意服务、创造生产力、加强竞争优势、促进创新及持续增长的战略基础。要在开发环境的同时参与维护,保护和促进该国的文化遗产和自然资源。根据上述原则,旅游部向旅游供应链中的所有旅游经营者推广旅游专业人员培训和旅游教育,如培训工作人员、边防人员和机场工作人员、培训送货服务人员、导游、酒店专家、餐馆、旅行社、旅游经营者、培训度假村经营者、水疗和按摩人员、度假村工作人员、社区工作者和其他服务人员等。职业培

Objective:To study the epidemiology of Helicobacter.pylor.(***) infection accor.ing to age ***:*** infection data among 1 965 consecutive patients r.fer.ed to the Endoscopy Unit collected at Sungai Petani Hospital for.oesophagogastr.-duodenoscopy(OGD). 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情给全球酒店业带来了前所未有的打击,由于疫情期间的地区封锁和旅行限制,酒店大批量的订单取消或者更改延期,导致销售收入骤降,加之疫情防控措施的投入,酒店营运成本呈现上升趋势。经营收入的减少和经营成本的增加导致酒店生存环境日益困顿,部分酒店难以为继,岘港市酒店破产倒闭的新闻报道不断出现。为应对疫情影响,很多酒店不得不压缩人力成本以维持经营,最典型的做法是减少工时、主动裁员。这些措施的直接影响是酒店员工工作压力、任务和强度的加大,服务标准的降低,员工满意度的下降。因而,如何稳定人心,留住人才,避免人才的流失成为岘港市酒店业亟待解决的现实问题。疫情不仅影响了酒店的业绩,还影响了酒店从业者们对行业的信心。人力资源是保证酒店经营活动顺利进行的必要条件,是增强酒店活力的前提,是提高酒店服务质量、创造良好经济效益的保证。为深入了解酒店业人力资源在新冠疫情期间出现的问题和面临的挑战,以及酒店挽救人力的应对策略,本研究综合运用问卷调查、半结构性访谈等方法对岘港市酒店不同层级员工开展实地走访和深入调研,探究疫情影响下酒店如何实现劳资双方的共赢,持续提升酒店人力资源竞争力。研究结论为:在新冠肺炎疫情期间,岘港市酒店业成为损失最大的行业之一,主要表现是客流量减少与营业收入的锐减,相较于疫情之前,酒店行业的营业额普遍降幅达到80%以上;在人力资源方面的影响主要有以下四方面:一是员工招聘困难,难以保证正常经营;二是员工稳定性差,人才流失严重,大量专业人才因对行业失去信心而辞职转行;三是人才发展受阻,员工满意度降低,由于资金的短缺,各种员工培训支出大幅减少,员工职业素质无法得到及时提高,同时福利方面较之前也大幅缩水乃至完全没有,员工满意度持续下降;四是岘港酒店业对突发公共卫生事件导致人力资源供给危机的情况缺乏有效的应对举措,极少能科学合理的制定有效举措。基于实证分析的结果,提出岘港市酒店业应对新冠疫情影响的人力资源提升对策:调整酒店人才计划,制定灵活机动的人员调度方案;推出适当休假制度,应对酒店业务变化;盘点酒店核心人才,加强企业文化建设;制定以员工流失率、员工满意度、人工成本率为导向的人力资源运营制度等对策,以缓解酒店人力资源供给困境等。
