Surface functionalization of sensor chip for probe immobilization is crucial for the biosensing applications of surface plasmon resonance(SPR)*** this paper,we report a method circulating the dopamine aqueous solution to coat polydopamine film on sensing surface for surface functionalization of SPR *** polydopamine film with available thickness can be easily prepared by controlling the circulation time and the biorecognition elements can be immobilized on the polydopamine film for specific molecular interaction *** opera-tions are all performed under flow condition in the fuidic system,and have the advantages of easy implementation,less time consuming,and low cost,because the reagents and devices used in the operations are routinely applied in most *** this study,the specific absorption between the protein A probe immobilized on the sensing surface and human immunoglobulin G in the buffer is monitored based on this surface functionalization strategy to demonstrated its feasibility for SPR biosensing applications.

Effects of meteorological factors on different grades of winter wheat growth in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain, China

The sown area of winter wheat in the Huang-Huai-Hai（HHH） Plain accounts for over 65% of the total sown area of winter wheat in China. Thus, it is important to monitor the winter wheat growth condition and reveal the main factors that influence its dynamics. This study assessed the winter wheat growth condition based on remote sensing data, and investigated the correlations between different grades of winter wheat growth and major meteorological factors corresponding. First, winter wheat growth condition from sowing until maturity stage during 2011–2012 were assessed based on moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer（MODIS） normalized difference vegetation index（NDVI） time-series dataset. Next, correlation analysis and geographical information system（GIS） spatial analysis methods were used to analyze the lag correlations between different grades of winter wheat growth in each phenophase and the meteorological factors that corresponded to the phenophases. The results showed that the winter wheat growth conditions varied over time and space in the study area. Irrespective of the grades of winter wheat growth, the correlation coefficients between the winter wheat growth condition and the cumulative precipitation were higher than zero lag（synchronous precipitation） and one lag（pre-phenophase precipitation） based on the average values of seven phenophases. This showed that the cumulative precipitation during the entire growing season had a greater effect on winter wheat growth than the synchronous precipitation and the pre-phenophase precipitation. The effects of temperature on winter wheat growth varied according to different grades of winter wheat growth based on the average values of seven phenophases. Winter wheat with a better-than-average growth condition had a stronger correlation with synchronous temperature, winter wheat with a normal growth condition had a stronger correlation with the cumulative temperature, and winter wheat with a worse-than-average growth

First Principles Probing of Photo-Generated Intermolecular Charge Transfer State in Conjugated Oligomers

We perform density functional theory calculations to investigate the polaron pair （charge transfer state） photo-generation in donor-acceptor oligomer methyl-capped （4,7- benzo[2,1,3]thiadiazole-2,6-（4,4-bis（2-ethylhexyl）-4H-cyclopent a[1,2-b;3,4-b＇]dithiophene-4, 7-benzo[2,1,3]thiadiazole）（CPDTBT）. Results show that effective photo-generation of charge transfer state can happen in CPDTBT dimer when the group 4,7-benzo[2,1,3]thiadiazole （BT） in one monomer deviates against the conjugated plane （onset torsion angle is about 20°）. The lower excitation energy （530 nm） can only generate the intramolecular excitonic state, while the higher excitation energy （370 nm） can generate the intermolecular charge transfer state, in good agreement with the experiment. Moreover, the mechanism of charge separation in CPDTBT oligorners is discussed.

目的探讨利妥昔单抗(rituximab,RTX)治疗M型磷脂酶A2受体(M-type phospholipase A2 receptor,PLA2R)相关特发性膜性肾病(idiopathic membranous,IMN)的疗效及预后。方法该研究为回顾性队列研究。收集2018年9月至2023年3月深圳市第二人民医院使用RTX治疗的PLA2R相关IMN患者的临床资料。按照蛋白尿缓解情况将患者分为蛋白尿缓解组(24 h尿蛋白量<3.5 g)和蛋白尿未缓解组(24 h尿蛋白量≥3.5 g),比较两组临床资料的差异。按照基线24 h尿蛋白量和估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)将患者分为疾病进展高风险组[24 h尿蛋白量≥8 g或eGFR<60 ml·min^(-1)·(1.73 m^(2))^(-1)]和非疾病进展高风险组[24 h尿蛋白量<8 g或eGFR≥60 ml·min^(-1)·(1.73 m^(2))^(-1)]。采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线法比较两组患者蛋白尿缓解率及肾脏复合终点事件[eGFR下降≥基线值30%或进入终末期肾病]生存率的差异。多因素Cox回归分析法分析蛋白尿缓解及肾脏复合终点事件发生的影响因素。结果该研究纳入46例PLA2R相关IMN患者,男性31例(67.4%),基线eGFR为(78.4±34.1)ml·min^(-1)·(1.73 m^(2))^(-1),24 h尿蛋白量为8.33(6.04,12.85)g。随访时间为14.95(7.44,22.15)个月,RTX治疗后蛋白尿缓解29例(63.0%),缓解时间为6.0(5.0,9.0)个月;其中6例(20.7%)复发,复发时间为17.25(11.75,18.28)个月。与蛋白尿未缓解组比较,蛋白尿缓解组患者CD20较低(Z=2.270,P=0.023)。发生肾脏复合终点事件11例(23.9%),发生时间为16.07(7.87,29.63)个月。Kaplan-Meier生存分析结果显示,基线24 h尿蛋白量<8 g组和24 h尿蛋白量≥8 g组、基线eGFR≥60 ml·min^(-1)·(1.73 m^(2))^(-1)组和eGFR<60 ml·min^(-1)·(1.73 m^(2))^(-1)组患者RTX治疗后蛋白尿缓解率(Log-rank χ^(2)=0.26,P=0.612;Logrank χ^(2)=0.77,P=0.381)及肾脏复合终点事件生存率(Log-rank χ^(2)=0.25,P=0.619;Log-rank χ^(2)=1.41,P=0.236)的差异均无统计学意义。多因素Cox回归分析结果显示,合并高血压(HR=0.16,95%CI 0.05~0.55)、有免疫抑制剂用药史(HR=0.08,95%CI 0.01~0.50)、基线eGFR<60 ml·min^(-1)·(1.73 m^(2))^(-1)(HR=0.21,95%CI 0.05~0.92)、基线PLA2R抗体滴度≥100 RU/ml(HR=0.20,95%CI 0.06~0.69)、治疗距首诊时间较长(HR=1.33,95%CI 1.12~1.57)、基线三酰甘油较高(HR=1.46,95%CI 1.02~2.08)及基线24 h尿蛋白量≥8 g(HR=8.54,95%CI 2.08~35.12)是RTX治疗后蛋白尿缓解的独立影响因素,基线PLA2R抗体滴度≥100 RU/ml是RTX治疗后发生肾脏复合终点事件的独立影响因素(HR=7.31,95%CI 1.23~43.62)。结论RTX治疗PLA2R相关IMN的蛋白尿缓解率为63.0%,复发率为20.7%,肾脏复合终点事件发生率为23.9%。合并高血压、有免疫抑制剂用药史、基线eGFR<60 ml·min^(-1)·(1.73 m^(2))^(-1)、基线PLA2R≥100 RU/ml、治疗距首诊时间较长、基线三酰甘油较高及基线24 h尿蛋白量≥8 g是蛋白尿缓解的独立影响因素。基线PLA2R≥100 RU/ml是肾脏预后不良的独立危险因素。

辽宁本溪地区位于华北克拉通东部陆块东北部,区内广泛发育新太古代深成侵入岩和变质表壳岩,尚无钾质花岗岩的报道。钾质花岗岩的形成过程是早期陆壳发育成熟和稳定的重要标志,本次钾质花岗岩的发现对系统的研究华北克拉通早期陆壳的形成与演化具有重要的价值。本文对本溪地区马家沟的钾质花岗岩进行了岩石学、成岩年代学、岩石地球化学的研究,探讨了岩石成因和形成的构造背景。马家沟岩体为片麻状中细粒黑云母二长花岗岩。锆石U-Pb测年数据显示,岩石^(207)Pb/^(206)Pb加权平均年龄为(2490±21)Ma,形成于新太古代晚期。该岩体属弱过铝质、高钾钙碱性系列钾质岩石;主要富集高场强元素La、Zr、Th及大离子亲石元素K、Nd等元素,亏损P元素、高场强元素Nb和大离子亲石元素Sr、Ti等;REE曲线为右倾型,负Eu异常,属于S型花岗岩。研究区钾质花岗岩岩浆主要来源于地壳,是变质泥岩部分熔融的产物,形成于活动大陆边缘碰撞造山后的伸展环境,代表华北太古宙克拉通固结基底形成之前的最后一次岩浆活动,标志着在新太古代晚期本溪地区微陆块已拼贴完成,并与其他地区一起构成稳定的华北太古宙克拉通。

Two neutral five-membered pyridine-imine palladium complexes with the bulky dibenzhydryl（CH（Ph）2） substituted aniline were synthesized and fully characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR） and X-ray crystal diffraction. Well-defined cationic palladium complexes were further obtained by treatment of chloromethylpalladium complexes with sodium tetrakis（3,5-bis（trifluoromethyl）phenyl）borate（NaBArF） in CH3CN. Cationic palladium complexes were capable of catalyzing ethylene oligomerization without any cocatalysts. The influences of catalyst structure, reaction temperature, and ethylene pressure on ethylene oligomerization were studied in detail. The introduction of bulky benzhydryl（CH（Ph）2） on the ortho position of the aniline moiety enhanced catalytic activity, thermal stability of the catalyst, and molecular weight of the obtained products. Highly branched oligomers with molecular weights of 600-800 g/mol and narrow polydispersities（1.03-1.12） were produced.

内蒙古某铷多金属矿主要有价元素是铷和钽铌,Rb_(2)O品位为0.11%、(Ta,Nb)O5含量为222.9g/t,铷主要以类质同像形式存在于云母和钾长石中,少量赋存于钠长石中,钽铌矿物主要是烧绿石。为回收铷和钽铌资源,在原矿工艺矿物学研究的基础上开展了选矿试验研究,采用“强磁选+重选回收钽铌中性浮选含铷云母无氟有酸浮选含铷长石”的工艺流程,硫酸调节矿浆pH值,CK-Y1+DDA组合捕收浮选云母,SDS+DDA组合捕收浮选长石,全流程闭路试验获得产率为0.17%、(Ta,Nb)O5品位为4.33%、(Ta,Nb)O5回收率为33.22%的钽铌精矿和产率为70.26%、Rb_(2)O品位为0.134%、Rb_(2)O回收率为87.49%的综合铷精矿产品,尾矿中Rb_(2)O品位为0.045%,实现了矿石中铷资源的充分回收和伴生钽铌资源的有效回收。

According to the selection principle of grain refiners and calculation of planar disregistries, CeO2 and TiB2 particles were selected as the grain refiners of pure nickel. The change of grain size and refining effects of different refiners under the same melting conditions were investigated. The results show that the grain size of pure nickel gradually reduces with increasing the amount of grain refiners. And with increasing the amount of CeO2 up to 0.7 wt%, the grain size of pure nickel decreases from 323.0 to 53.5 lm. In addition, when the amount of TiB2is0.7 wt%, the grain size is reduced to 41.3 lm.
