Introduction:Acrodermatitis continua of Hallopeau(ACH)is an uncommon chronic cutaneous *** to date,its treatment is still difficult and frustrating although various topical and systemic agents alone or in different combinations have been tried with variable ***,we report two cases of ACH successfully treated with calcipotriol/betamethasone *** presentation:Two cases of ACH were characterized by thumb involvement alone and showed an excellent response to calcipotriol/betamethasone ointment(1 g:calcipotriol 50µg and betamethasone 0.5 mg).Discussion:Treatment of ACH is challenging for *** systemic therapies and topical drugs have been applied,however,no universally effective treatment regimen has yet been established for long-lasting *** of calcipotriol and betamethasone is more effective in treating psoriasis than the individual components alone,and the current 2 cases with ACH were reported to be treated successfully by the calcipotriol/betamethasone ***:Topical calcipotriol/betamethasone compound is an optional agent for the treatment of ACH with a novel effect.

In response to the problems of excessive greenhouse-gas and particulate emissions and the low traction efficiency of conventional diesel tractors in the field,a purely electric wheel-side drive tractor was studied,including an electric motor drive system,a battery ballast system,and an electro–hydraulic suspension *** paper develops a dynamics model of an electric tractor-ploughing unit under complex soil conditions,leading to the proposal of an active control method for drive wheel torque and a joint control method for the traction force of the suspension system and the front-and rear-axle loads of a ***,the tractor is prototyped and assembled,and ploughing tests are carried *** ploughing results show that the active torque-distribution control method proposed in this study reduces the tractor slip by 14.83%and increases the traction efficiency by 10.28%compared with the average torquedistribution *** with the conventional traction control mode,the joint control method for traction and ballast proposed in this paper results in a 3.7%increase in traction efficiency,a 15.05%decrease in slip,and a 4.9%reduction in total drive motor energy *** study will help to improve the operation quality and traction efficiency of electric tractors in complex soil conditions.

FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT)is an important factor for integrating flowering signals through the photoperiod pathway,which significantly promotes *** chrysanthemum varieties are short-day plants,sensitive to the photoperiod,which limits their ornamental and annual production *** this study,we aim to analyze the nutrients and flowering-related genes of chrysanthemums with different photoperiod types and to clone and verify the function of the flowering-related gene *** found that the formation of floral buds requires the accumulation of starch while consuming soluble sugars and the expression patterns of flowering-related genes GIGANTEA(GI),CONSTANS(CO),and FT in ***‘Zilian’and ***‘Zihongtuogui’had a certain synchronization during floral buds differentiation according to our quantitative validation,and the expression levels of CmGI,CmCO and CmFT in ***‘Zihongtuogui’were higher than those in ***.‘Zilian’in the later stage of *** was cloned from photosensitive ***‘Zihongtuogui’and polypeptide alignment and phylogenetic analysis showed that CmFT was clustered in FT-like *** further functional verification,we obtained two Arabidopsis transgenic *** results showed that CmFT transgenic ft mutant lines can significantly accelerate flowering in ***,we can initially confirm that CmFT plays an important role in promoting flowering,which may be the key reason for the photosensitivity of ***‘Zihongtuogui’.Overall,the results of this study are of great importance in revealing the flowering mechanism of different photoperiod types of chrysanthemums.

In this work,a conventional HfO_(2) gate dielectric layer is replaced with a 3-nm ferroelectric(Fe) HZO layer in the gate stacks of advanced fin field-effect transistors(FinFETs).Fe-induced characteristics,e.g.,negative drain induced barrier lowering(N-DIBL) and negative differential resistance(NDR),are clearly observed for both p-and n-type HZO-based *** characteristics are attributed to the enhanced ferroelectricity of the 3-nm hafnium zirconium oxide(HZO) film,caused by Al doping from the TiAlC capping *** mechanism is verified for capacitors with structures similar to the *** to the enhanced ferroelectricity and N-DIBL phenomenon,the drain current(I_(DS))of the HZO-FinFETs is greater than that of HfO_(2)-FinFETs and obtained at a lower operating ***,circuits based on HZO-FinFET achieve higher performance than those based on HfO_(2)-FinFET at a low voltage drain(V_(DD)),which indicates the application feasibility of the HZO-FinFETs in the ultralow power integrated circuits.

Fermented chili products are popular traditional fermented foods around the world. However， differences in microbial communities in fermented chilies from different regions and how they affect the flavor compounds in chili fermentation have not been reported. In this study， the dynamics of flavor compounds and microbial communities in fermented chilies from Sichuan， Guizhou， and Hunan were systematically investigated by macro-genome sequencing， solid phase microextraction-gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS)， electronic nose， and electronic tongue techniques. Simultaneously， the microbial metabolic mechanisms and the relationship between flavor compounds and microbiome were unraveled through staged and simulated fermentation analysis. The results showed that 53 chemical odorants， including alcohols， esters， aldehydes， and acids， were identified as chemical markers to differentiate the regional samples. Twelve microbial species， including Staphylococcus xylosus， Unclassified staphylococcus species， Weissella confusus， Lactococcus cremoris， Lactococcus garvieae， Lactiplantibacillus sakei， Pediciococcus propionicigenes， Pediciococcus idahonensis， Pediciococcus aciditolerans， Nocardioides antri， Debaryomyces hansenii， and Colletotrichum scovillei， were identified as microbial markers to differentiate the regional samples. Correlation analysis showed that Lactobacillaceae was associated with fruity， floral， spicy， and fatty aromas. The electronic nose and tongue analysis results showed that 9 flavor and 8 taste indicators significantly differed between regional samples (P < 0.05). Additionally， flavor compounds and microbial diversity were robust under initial selection stress and showed higher diversity under metabolome-microbiome interactions. Importantly， simulated fermentation confirmed that metabolome-microbiome interactions drove the shift in microbial structure， metabolism， and flavor in regionally fermented chilies. Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a systemic autoimmune disease that is primarily manifested as synovitis and polyarticular opacity and typically leads to serious joint damage and irreversible disability,thus adversely affecting locomotion ability and life ***,good prognosis heavily relies on the early diagnosis and effective therapeutic monitoring of *** fluorescent probes play vital roles in the detection and imaging of biomarkers for disease diagnosis and in vivo ***,we review the fluorescent probes developed for the detection and imaging of RA biomarkers,namely reactive oxygen/nitrogen species(hypochlorous acid,peroxynitrite,hydroxyl radical,nitroxyl),pH,and cysteine,and address the related challenges and prospects to inspire the design of novel fluorescent probes and the improvement of their performance in RA studies.

Maize(Zea mays L.)-soybean(Glycine max ***.)relay intercropping provides a way to enhance land ***,the late-planted soybean suffers from shading by the *** maize harvest,how the recovery growth influences the leaf and nodule traits remains unclear.A three-year field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of genotypes,i.e.,supernodulating(nts1007),Nandou 12(ND12),and Guixia 3(GX3),and crop configurations,i.e.,the interspecific row spacing of 45(I45),60(I60),75 cm(I75),and sole soybean(SS),on soybean recovery growth and N *** results showed that intercropping reduced the soybean total leaf area(LA)by reducing both the leaf number(LN)and unit leaflet area(LUA),and it reduced the nodule dry weight(NW)by reducing both the nodule number(NN)and nodule diameter(ND)compared with the *** correlation and principal component analysis(PCA)indicated a co-variability of the leaf and nodule traits in response to the genotype and crop configuration *** the recovery growth stages,the compensatory growth promoted soybean growth to reduce the gaps of leaf and nodule traits between intercropping and *** relative growth rates of ureide(RGR_U)and nitrogen(RGR_N)accumulation were higher in intercropping than in *** achieved more significant sucrose and starch contents compared with ***12 and GX3 showed more robust compensatory growth than nts1007 in *** the recovery growth of relay intercropping soybean improved biomass and nitrogen accumulation,ND12 gained a more significant partial land equivalent ratio(pLER)than *** I60 treatment achieved more robust compensation effects on biomass and N accumulation than the other ***,I60 showed a higher nodule sucrose content and greater shoot ureide and N accumulation than ***,intercropping ND12 with maize using an interspecific row spacing of 60 cm was optimal for both yield advantage and N accumulation.

We demonstrate an all-polarization-maintaining(APM)fiber mode-locked laser based on nonlinear polarization evolution(NPE).A well-designed Sagnac fiber loop is employed to establish the nonlinear polarization evolution process in a polarization beam splitter(PBS)figure-8 fiber *** loss curves are calculated to verify the saturable absorption characteristic of this NPE-based APM ***,we simulate the pulse propagation process in the cavity to demonstrate the pulse mode-locked ***,we also design a realizable compact scheme to further reduce noise disturbances,achieving a 101-fs mode-locked pulse train with a 0.3-mrad integrated phase noise and a 0.006%integrated relative intensity noise(RIN).This figure-8 fiber laser provides a new scheme for compacting low-noise compact APM fiber lasers based on the NPE mode-locked mechanism.
