A game measurement model considering the attacker’s knowledge background is proposed based on the Bayesian game theory aiming at striking a balance between the protection of sensitive information and the quality of service.We quantified the sensitive level of information according to the user’s personalized sensitive information protection needs.Based on the probability distribution of sensitive level and attacker’s knowledge background type,the strategy combination of service provider and attacker was analyzed,and a game-based sensitive information protection model was constructed.Through the combination of strategies under Bayesian equilibrium,the information entropy was used to measure the leakage of sensitive information.Furthermore,in the paper the influence of the sensitive level of information and the attacker’s knowledge background on the strategy of both sides of the game was considered comprehensively.Further on,the leakage of the user’s sensitive information was measured.Finally,the feasibility of the model was described by experiments.

朱熹“祝告先圣”的礼仪实践,为理解儒者的精神生命提供了一个很好的“文本”。要诠释这一“文本”的深层意涵,应呈现其结构要素,聚焦于揭示礼仪实践中的意义经验。“祝告先圣”这一礼仪行为,涉及朱熹的三个基本信念:祭祀、祈祷与先圣。朱熹相信,祭祀是与祭祀对象的真实“感通”,祈祷是安顿自身情感并“悔过迁善”的精神活动,先圣则是道学事业的神圣“原型”。“祝告先圣”是朱熹遭遇“先圣之灵”的当下时刻,会在对自身的反省和观照中实现生命的超越和转化,具有深刻的精神性意涵。朱熹“先圣祝文”中充满敬畏、谦卑和懊悔的语词,正是这种精神活动的外化表达。因而,对朱熹来说,先圣作为“道”的象征,成为“神圣”介入其生活的基本方式。从思想与生活交织互动的角度对这一“文本”的分析,可以为如何更深入探究儒家传统的精神特质及其落实,提供视角上的有益启发。

Human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)testing is the only way to find people living with HIV(PLWH).Early diagnosis and early treatment of HIV can extend the life of PLWH and reduce the subsequent transmission of HIV.Therefore,HIV testing plays a crucial role in public health.The global scale of HIV testing has expanded significantly over the past 10 years.Of the estimated 37 million people with HIV worldwide,approximately 79%knew their HIV status in 2018,compared with 12%in 2005.By 2018,68.9%of PLWH in China had received a diagnosis.[1]This number is far from the target of 90%of PLWH knowing their HIV status,which is advocated in the implementation plan for containing the spread of HIV/acquired immuno-deficiency syndrome(AIDS)(2019–2022).[2]Expanding HIV testing has become an essential and challenging issue for China’s current HIV/AIDS prevention and control.

BACKGROUND Acute intermittent porphyria(AIP)is a rare autosomal dominant porphyrin metabolic disease caused by a mutation in the hydroxymethylbilane synthase(HMBS)gene.This study aimed to explore the clinical manifestations of a patient with AIP,to identify a novel HMBS gene mutation in the proband and some of her family members,and to confirm the pathogenicity of the variant.CASE SUMMARY A 22-year-old Chinese woman developed severe abdominal pain,lumbago,sinus tachycardia,epileptic seizure,hypertension,and weakness in lower limbs in March,2018.Biochemical examinations indicated hypohepatia and hyponatremia.Her last menstrual period was 45 d prior to admission,and she was unaware of the pregnancy,which was confirmed by a pregnancy test after admission.Sunlight exposure of her urine sample for 1 h turned it from yellow to wine red.Urinary porphyrin test result was positive.Based on these clinical manifestations,AIP was diagnosed.After increasing her daily glucose intake(250–300 g/d),abdominal pain was partially relieved.Three days after hospitalization,spontaneous vaginal bleeding occurred,which was confirmed as spontaneous abortion;thereafter,her clinical symptoms completely resolved.Genetic testing revealed a novel heterozygous splicing variant of the HMBS gene in exon 10(c.648_651+1delCCAGG)in the proband and four other family members.The pathogenicity of the variant was verified through bioinformatic methods and a minigene assay.CONCLUSION We identified a novel HMBS gene mutation in a Chinese patient with AIP and confirmed its pathogenicity.

Effect of droplet superficial velocity on mixing efficiency in a microchannel

In this study, droplet characteristics including droplet length and formation time, and mixing efficiency in droplets were investigated via the volume of fluid(VOF) method coupled with a user defined scalar(UDS) model. A cross-shaped junction with a square cross-section was designed and used for droplet formation. An initial arrangement which differed from that of a conventional operation was adopted. Results show that when the droplet superficial velocity is constant, the exchange between the dispersed phase velocity and the continuous phase velocity has a marginal effect on the droplet formation time.However, the exchange has a great effect on droplet length. These findings provide a valuable guide for future operation of droplet formation. In addition, the results show that the mixing efficiency in the droplet forming stage can be classified into time-dominated and length-dominated regimes according to the droplet superficial velocity. When a droplet flows in a microchannel,a higher droplet superficial velocity increases mixing efficiency due to the faster inner circulation and shorter droplet length.

Development and validation of a predictive model for endocervical curettage in patients referred for colposcopy:A multicenter retrospective diagnostic study in China

Objective:This study aimed to develop a nomogram that can predict occult high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions or worse(HSIL+)and determine the need for endocervical curettage(ECC)in patients referred for colposcopy.Methods:This retrospective multicenter study included 4,149 patients who were referred to any one of six tertiary hospitals in China for colposcopy between January 2020 and November 2021 because of abnormal screening results.ECC data were extracted from the medical records.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to identify factors that could predict HSIL+on ECC.Patients were randomly assigned to a training set or to an internal validation set for performance and comparability testing.The model was externally validated and tested in patients from two additional hospitals.The nomogram was assessed in terms of discrimination and calibration and subjected to decision curve analysis.Results:HSIL+was found on ECC in 38.8%(n=388)of cases.Our predictive nomogram included age group,cytology,human papillomavirus(HPV)status,visibility of the cervix and colposcopic impression.The nomogram had good overall discrimination,which was internally validated[area under the receiver-operator characteristic(AUC),0.839;95%confidence interval(95%CI),0.773-0.904].In terms of external validation,the AUC was 0.843(95%CI,0.773-0.912)for the consecutive sample and 0.843(95%CI,0.783-0.902)for the comparative sample.Calibration analysis suggested good consistency between predicted and observed probabilities.Decision curve analysis suggested this nomogram would be clinically useful with almost the entire range of threshold probabilities.Conclusions:This internally and externally validated nomogram can be easily applied and incorporates multiple clinically relevant variables that can be used to identify patients with occult HSIL+who need ECC.

The authors analyze a piezoelectric energy harvester as an electro-mechanically coupled system. The energy harvester consists of a piezoelectric bimorph with a concentrated mass attached at one end, called the harvesting structure, an electric circuit for energy storage, and a rectifier that converts the AC output of the harvesting structure into a DC input for the storage circuit. The piezoelectric bimorph is assumed to be driven into flexural vibration by an ambient acoustic source to convert the mechanical energies into electric energies. The analysis indicates that the performance of this harvester, measured by the power density, is characterized by three important non-dimensional parameters, i.e., the non-dimensional inductance of the storage circuit, the non-dimensional aspect ratio （length/thickness） and the non-dimensional end mass of the harvesting structure. The numerical results show that：（1） the power density can be optimized by varying the non-dimensional inductance for each fixed non-dimensional aspect ratio with a fixed non-dimensional end mass; and （2） for a fixed non-dimensional inductance, the power density is maximized if the non-dimensional aspect ratio and the non-dimensional end mass are so chosen that the harvesting structure, consisting of both the piezoelectric bimorph and the end mass attached, resonates at the frequency of the ambient acoustic source.

Silicon carbide waste as a source of mixture materials for cement mortar

This paper presents an investigation of the feasibility of recycling silicon carbide waste （SCW） as a source of mixture materials in the production of cement mortar. Mortars with SCW were prepared by replacing different amounts of cement with SCW, and the properties of the resulting mortars, such as the fluidity, strength and shrinkage, were studied in this work. Thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimet;＇y and scanning electron microscopy were employed to understand the reasons for the property changes of the mortars. The results indicate that SCW decreases the initial and l-h fluidity of fresh mortar but improves the loss of fluidity. The mortar with SCW exhibits a lower strength at 3 d and7 d but a higher strength at 28 d and 56 d compared to the control. The shrinkage rate of cement mortar with SCW shows an obvious decrease as the replacement ratio increases. In addition, the content of calcium hydroxide in hardened paste also shows that SCW has some impact on the hydration of the cement-SCW system. The microstructures of the hardened paste also show evidence for a later strength change of mortar containing SCW. This work provides a strategic reference for possibly applying SCW as a mixture material in the production of cement mortar.
