The metal-organic framework(MOF)derived Ni–Co–C–N composite alloys(NiCCZ)were“embedded”inside the carbon cloth(CC)strands as opposed to the popular idea of growing them upward to realize ultrastable energy storage and conversion *** NiCCZ was then oxygen functionalized,facilitating the next step of stoichiometric sulfur anion diffusion during hydrothermal sulfurization,generating a flower-like metal hydroxysulfide structure(NiCCZOS)with strong partial implantation inside *** obtained NiCCZOS shows an excellent capacity when tested as a supercapacitor electrode in a three-electrode ***,when paired with the biomass-derived nitrogen-rich activated carbon,the asymmetric supercapacitor device shows almost 100%capacity retention even after 45,000 charge–discharge cycles with remarkable energy density(59.4 Wh kg^(-1)/263.8μWh cm^(–2))owing to a uniquely designed ***,the same electrode performed as an excellent bifunctional water-splitting electrocatalyst with an overpotential of 271 mV for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and 168.4 mV for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)at 10 mA cm−2 current density along with 30 h of unhinged chronopotentiometric stability performance for both HER and ***,a unique metal chalcogenide composite electrode/substrate configuration has been proposed as a highly stable electrode material for flexible energy storage and conversion applications.

中小企业在全球经济体中扮演着重要角色,占世界企业总数的96%,对发展经济和解决就业起着关键性作用。在越南,中小企业占企业总数的97%,所使用的劳动力数量超过越南劳动年龄人口总数的50%。越南中小企业贡献了 47%的GDP和40%的国家预算,是现今支撑越南经济发展的一个重要因素。鉴于中小企业在经济发展中所起的重要作用,各国政府对中小企业的发展给予了高度重视,并且从各个方面提供了必要的扶持和帮助。很多发展中国家也很早就为中小企业的发展提供了帮助,并取得了一定成功。根据发展中国家的经验,各国政府需从以下两方面扶持中小企业:财务和非财务。中小企业虽然具有一定的优势,例如容易创业、灵活性强、更易发挥传统产品的优势等等。但是,他们也受到很多限制,例如规模小、管理水平不足、员工素质低、技术落后、更难借进投资资本等等。因此,中小企业在发展时非常需要来自国家层面的帮助和扶持。对此,越南政府已经制定了扶持越南中小企业的相关规定(56/2009/ND-CP),并提出了一系列政策措施,例如财务扶持、土地扶持、技术转换扶持、扩大市场扶持、信息支持以及人力发展扶持等。一家企业的营运资本主要来源于自有资金和借款。由于中小企业借款时会遇到许多困难,或很难获得带有优惠的借款,所以中小企业主要依靠的是自有资金。自有资金中很重要的一个部分是最后利润,只有获得最后利润,才能增加中小企业的营运资本。可当企业获得利润后必须交税,所以站在企业利益角度来看,减少企业的税务压力是扶持企业发展的重要措施之一。现今世界很多国家也已经或者正在建立完善的税务系统用以扶持中小企业的发展。目前,越南政府对中小企业在税务政策方面提供的帮助仅是短期措施,尚缺少长期政策。因此越南中小企业在发展中遇到了很多阻碍。2013年,在世界银行(WB)经营环境排名中,越南在189个国家中位列第99;税务方面,越南的排名下降了 11位,从第138/183名落到第149/189名。越南企业需要将三分之一的月工作时间(相当于每年872个小时),用于遵守税务政策方面,这个问题对中小企业影响最大。因此完善越南的税务政策以扶持和帮助企业尤其是中小企业的发展是越南现在面临的重要问题。

Along with the concept, the method of assessing the vulnerability is becoming more and more diversified in many directions and fields. In general, these methods can be classified into two groups：（i） direct-qualitative （survey methods, integrated map ...） and （ii） indirectly-quantitative （method index）. The set of indicator plays a very important role in the successful application to any method and brings reliable results. Each basin or area with different natural geography, economics and society and so on, requires a different set of indicator. However, assessing any river basin in Vietnam needs the basic indicator. This study will establish the basic indicator for the construction of flood vulnerability index in Vietnam.

Objective:To investigate the antitumor effect of maesopsin 4-O-β-glucoside(TAT2) isolated from the leaves of Artocarpus tonkinensis(***) *** ***:The antitumor activity of TAT2 was evaluated in Lewis lung carcinoma(LLC) tumor-bearing ***/c mice had tumors induced by implantation with 2× 10~6 LLC cells into the subcutaneous right posterior ***-bearing mice were treated orally with a range of doses of TAT2 and a standard drug,*** were observed for tumor growth and mortality *** was collected to determine hematological and biochemical *** TAT2 was isolated from an ethanolic extract of *** *** structure was determined by MS and NMR spectroscopy,and identified as *** compound did not show acute toxicity at the highest dose tested(2 OIK) mg/kg body weight).TAT2 exhibited antitumor activity by decreasing tumor growth,increasing the survival rale,and ameliorating some hematological and biochemical parameters at doses of 100 and 200 mg/kg body weight(P<0.05).Conclusions:These results indicate that TAT2 possesses clear antitumor *** to its bioavailability and low toxicity,and the fact that it could be isolated in a large scale from *** leaves,the compound shows promise as a potential anticancer drug.

The Genetic Relationship of Vietnamese Pigs in Central Highlands Assessed by Cytochrome b

To estimate the genetic relationship of Vietnamese pigs in Central Highlands, we compared cytochrome b sequences of Vietnamese wild boars and Vietnamese domestic pigs with other Asian and European wild boars. The results showed that there were two wild boar populations locating in Vietnam Central Highlands including wild boars of group I and wild boars of group II. The Vietnamese wild boars of group II and domestic pigs were genetically close to Asian A1 and Asian A2 wild boar groups, whereas the Vietnamese wild boars of group I were genetically distinct from Asian A1, Asian A2 wild boar groups. The phylogenetic tree demonstrated that the Vietnamese wild boars of group I were clustered in one clade which was distinct from Asian wild boars and Europe wild boars. In addition, the Vietnamese wild boars of group I were estimated to have diverged from European wild boars at 421500 YBP, indicating that Vietnamese wild boar of group I could be isolated from other Asian wild boars. The single nucleotide polymorphism analysis showed that three Asian haplotypes were contributed in Vietnamese wild boars including A3 (TATG) haplotype in Vietnamese wild boar of group I and A1 (CATA) haplotype and A2 (CATG) haplotype in Vietnamese wild boars of group II. The A1 haplotype and A2 haplotype were also distributed in Vietnamese domestic pigs. Thus, there is a high possibility that Vietnam Central Highlands is a principal source for research on genetic diversity in Asian wild boar and domestic pig populations.

Biotic and abiotic factors control aboveground biomass(AGB)and the structure of forest *** study analyses the variation of AGB and stand structure of evergreen broadleaved forests among six ecoregions of Vietnam.A data set of 1731-ha plots from 52 locations in undisturbed old-growth forests was *** results indicate that basal area and AGB are closely correlated with annual precipitation,but not with annual temperature,evaporation or hours of *** area and AGB are positively correlated with trees>30 cm *** areas surveyed(52.6%)in these old-growth forests had AGB of 100–200 Mg ha^-1;5.2%had AGB of 400–500 Mg ha^-1,and 0.6%had AGB of>800 Mg ha^-*** percent of the areas surveyed had stand densities of 300–600 ***^-1,and 64%had basal areas of 20–40 m^2 ha^-*** is an important factor influencing the AGB of old-growth,evergreen broadleaved forests in *** causing the loss of large-diameter trees(e.g.,>100 cm DBH)affects AGB but may not seriously affect stand density.

Changes of Food Expenditure and Food Consumption of People Living in Ba Vi District, Hanoi, Vietnam from 1999 to 2013

Background: During the nutrition transition period which began in the early 1990s in Vietnam, dietary intake had been changed significantly because of changes in lifestyle and living standard. Objectives: This paper aims to describe the trend for food expenditure and the frequency of meat consumption in households in Ba Vi district, Hanoi, Vietnam from 1999 to 2013. Methods: This is a longitudinal study conducted in Ba Vi district, Hanoi. Semi-annual, face-to face interviews were conducted by well-trained interviewers with 11,922 households to collect data of the household’s income, spending for food and meat consumption. Chi-square test for trend was performed to evaluate the changes of food expenditure over the years. P-value under 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: There were ten times increase in household’s mean income and five times increase in mean food expenditure from 1999 to 2013. The percentage of household food expenditure per total family expenditure was really high (55% in 2013). The percentage of rice expenditure per total food expenditure decreased dramatically from 59.9% in 1999 to 33.1% in 2013 while spending for other animal-based, high-protein food was an upward trend, particularly meat (10.7% in 1999 to 24.2% in 2013). The percentage of rice expenditure in well-off households was lower than poor households (55% vs. 61.8% in 1999 and 31.4% vs. 36.5% in 2013). However, the percentage of spending for meat in well-off households were much higher than that of poor households (>10%). Conclusion: Our finding indicated that mean income and food expenditure, particularly meat intake, of households had increased dramatically from 1999 to 2013. The increase of meat intake requires reallocation and direction of Vietnam public health funding and strategy.
