Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)are two disease conditions for which obesity is a risk factor.^(1)Due to the close relationship between the three pathologies,researchers frequently use the same mouse models to identify the underlying processes of obesity,NAFLD,and *** instance,leptin(Lep)-null(ob/ob)and leptin receptor(Lepr)-deficient(db/db)mice spontaneously develop NAFLD and show different phenotypes of extreme obesity and diabetes,respectively.

Objective:To evaluate the antitumor,cytotoxic and antioxidant activities of methanolic leaf extract of Indigofera cassioides(MEIC) against transplantable tumors and human cancer cell ***:MEIC was investigated for its short term cytotoxicity on EAC and DLA cells by trypan blue dye exclusion method and in vitro cytotoxicity on HeLa,HEp-2,HEpG-2,MCF-7, HT-29,Vero and NIH 3T3 cells by MTT *** vivo antitumor activity was studied on EAC and DLA tumor bearing *** was assessed by monitoring the mean survival time,effect on hematological parameters,antioxidant enzyme levels and solid tumor ***:MEIC exhibit potent in vitro cytotoxicity against all the tested cancer cell lines,but it was found to be safe on normal *** extract significantly(P<0.001) increase the mean survival time and also have a protective effect on the hemopoietic system at the tested dose levels(200 and 400 mg/kg). The extract prevented lipid peroxidation and restored the antioxidant enzymes catalase, superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase and glutathione-s-transferase in the liver of tumor control *** also significandy(P<0.01) reduce the solid tumor ***:The results strongly support that MEIC shows potent antitumor and cytotoxic effects against EAC,DLA and human cancer cell *** extract prevents lipid peroxidation and promotes the enzymatic antioxidant defense system in tumor bearing animals which might be due to activities like scavenging of free radicals by the phytochemicals in MEIC.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Moringa oleifera leaf extract on semen quality parameters in Teressa goat ***:A total of 25 semen samples from six bucks were selected for the *** of 150×10^(6) were incubated in 0,300,500 and 700μg of leaf extract as groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,*** stored semen samples were analysed for motility,viability,total sperm abnormalities,plasma membrane,acrosomal and nuclear integrities,seminal plasma intracellular enzymes[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)]and total antioxidant capacity(TAC)and spermatozoa malondialdehyde(MDA)and cholesterol efflux in comparison with the control group(groupⅠ)for up to 72 ***:Moringa oleifera leaf extract(500μg/150×10^(6) spermatozoa)-treated semen had significantly higher motility,viability,plasma membrane,acrosomal and nuclear integrities,and TAC(P<0.05),and had significantly lower total sperm abnormalities,AST,ALT,LDH,MDA production and cholesterol efflux compared to those in other Moringa oleifera leaf extract treated(300 or 700μg/150×10^(6) spermatozoa)and control groups at different hours of liquid storage(P<0.05).Semen quality parameters and TAC showed an increasing trend and total sperm abnormalities,MDA production,leakage of intra-cellular enzymes and cholesterol efflux showed a decreasing trend from group Ⅰto group Ⅲand then an opposite trend from group Ⅲ to group Ⅳ at different hours of liquid ***:Moringa oleifera leaf extract 500μg/150×10^(6) spermatozoa can be used for liquid semen preservation in Teressa goat at Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT)is crucial for maximizing the energy output of photovoltaic(PV)systems by continuously adjusting the operating point of the panels to track the point of maximum power production under changing environmental *** work proposes the design of an MPPT system for solar PV installations using the Differential Grey Wolf Optimizer(DGWO).It dynamically adjusts the parameters of the MPPT controller,specifically the duty cycle of the SEPIC converter,to efficiently track the Maximum Power Point(MPP).The proposed system aims to enhance the energy harvesting capability of solar PV systems by optimizing their performance under varying solar irradiance,temperature and shading *** results demonstrate the effectiveness of the DGWO-based MPPT system in maximizing the power output of solar PV installations compared to conventional MPPT *** research contributes to the development of advanced MPPT techniques for improving the efficiency and reliability of solar energy systems.

With the wider growth of web-based documents,the necessity of automatic document clustering and text summarization is ***,document summarization that is extracting the essential task with appropriate information,removal of unnecessary data and providing the data in a cohesive and coherent manner is determined to be a most confronting *** this research,a novel intelligent model for document clustering is designed with graph model and Fuzzy based association rule generation(gFAR).Initially,the graph model is used to map the relationship among the data(multi-source)followed by the establishment of document clustering with the generation of association rule using the fuzzy *** method shows benefit in redundancy elimination by mapping the relevant document using graph model and reduces the time consumption and improves the accuracy using the association rule generation with *** framework is provided in an interpretable way for document *** iteratively reduces the error rate during relationship mapping among the data(clusters)with the assistance of weighted document ***,this model represents the significance of data features with class *** is also helpful in measuring the significance of the features during the data clustering *** simulation is done with MATLAB 2016b environment and evaluated with the empirical standards like Relative Risk Patterns(RRP),ROUGE score,and Discrimination Information Measure(DMI)***,DailyMail and DUC 2004 dataset is used to extract the empirical *** proposed gFAR model gives better trade-off while compared with various prevailing approaches.

Photocatalytic degradation was considered as a best strategy for the removal of antibiotic drug pollutants from *** photocatalyst of ABC (Ag_(2)CO_(3)/BiOBr/CdS) composite synthesized by hydrothermal and precipitation *** ABC composite used to investigate the degradation activity of tetracycline (TC) under visible light *** physicochemical characterization methods (*** electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),high resolution-transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM),ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV),photoluminescence (PL) and time resolved photoluminescence (TRPL) clearly indicate that the composite has been construct successfully that enhances the widened visible light absorption,induces charge transfer and separation efficiency of electron–hole *** photocatalytic activity of all samples was examined through photodegradation of tetracycline in aqueous *** photocatalytic degradation rate of ABC catalyst could eliminate 98.79% of TC in 70 min,which is about 1.5 times that of Ag_(2)CO_(3),1.28 times that of BiOBr and 1.1 times that of BC catalyst,*** role of operation parameters like,TC concentration,catalyst dosage and initial pH on TC degradation activity were *** experiment was demonstrated that·OH and O_(2)·-were played a key role during the photocatalysis process that was evidently proved in electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) *** addition,the catalyst showed good activity perceived in reusability and stability test due to the synergistic effect between its *** mechanism of degradation of TC in ABC composite was proposed based on the detailed *** current study will give an efficient and recyclable photocatalyst for antibiotic aqueous pollutant removal.

Objective:To assess the effect of taurine on post-thaw semen quality parameters,sperm kinematics,antioxidant and oxidative stress profiles and sperm cholesterol efflux in mithun(Bos frontalis).Methods:A total of 50 ejaculates(n=25 samples)were selected based on biophysical *** sample was split into four equal aliquots after dilution with the Tris-citrate-glycerol ***Ⅰ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣcontained 0 mM(the control),25 mM,50 mM and 100 mM of taurine,***-thawed samples were analysed for motility parameters(progressive forward and in bovine cervical mucus penetration test),kinetic and velocity parameters by computer-assisted sperm analyzer,viability,sperm and nuclear abnormalities,acrosome integrity,plasma membrane and nuclear integrities,sperm enzymatic leakage and biochemical(sperm cholesterol and oxidative stress)***:The extender containing 50 mM taurine led to a significant enhancement in viability,acrosomal integrity,plasma membrane integrity,motility(progressive and in cervical mucus),and sperm cholesterol content and notably reduced sperm morphological and nuclear abnormalities,and leakage of intracellular enzymes compared to other taurine treated and untreated control groups(P<0.05).Moreover,in addition to significant improvement in kinetic and velocity profiles,50 mM taurine protected the integrity of acrosome and biochemical membranes than in the untreated control and other taurine treated *** of 50 mM taurine held a clear advantage over the control or 25 mM or 100 mM taurine in cryopreservation of mithun ***:Taurine(50 mM)supplementation in semen extender can be effectively utilized to reduce oxidative stress and improve post-thaw semen quality in mithun.

Blast injuries are common among the military service members and *** of the devastating effects of blast wave induced TBI is either temporary or permanent hearing *** hearing loss using minocycline is restricted by optimal drug concentration,route of administration,and its ***,therapeutic approach using novel therapeutic delivery method is in great *** the different delivery methods,nanotechnology-based drug delivery is desirable,which can achieve longer systemic circulation,pass through some biological barriers and specifically targets desired *** current study aimed to examine therapeutic effect of minocycline and its nanoparticle formulation in moderate blast induced hearing loss rat model through central auditory *** *** nanoparticle at reduced dose and frequency than regularly administered toxic *** moderate blast exposure,rats had hearing impairment as determined by ABR at 7-and 30-days post *** chronic condition,free minocycline also showed the significant reduction in ABR *** central auditory system,it is found in this study that minocycline nanoparticles ameliorate excitation in inferior colliculus;and astrocytes and microglia activation after the blast exposure is reduced by minocycline nanoparticles *** study demonstrated that in moderate blast induced hearing loss,minocycline and its nanoparticle formulation exhibited the optimal therapeutic effect on the recovery of the ABR impairment and a protective effect through central auditory *** conclusion,targeted and non-targeted nanoparticle formulation have therapeutic effect on blast induced hearing loss.
