Valleytronic materials can provide new degrees of freedom to future electronic *** this work,the concepts of the ferrovalley metal(FVM)and valley gapless semiconductor(VGS)are proposed,which can be achieved in valleytronic bilayer systems by electric field *** valleytronic bilayer systems,the interaction between out-of-plane ferroelectricity and A-type antiferromagnetism can induce layer-polarized anomalous valley Hall(LP-AVH)*** K and−K valleys of FVM are both metallic,and electron and hole carriers simultaneously *** the extreme case,the FVM can become VGS by analogizing spin gapless semiconductor(SGS).Moreover,it is proposed that the valley splitting enhancement and valley polarization reversal can be achieved by electric field engineering in valleytronic bilayer *** the bilayer RuBr_(2)as an example,our proposal is confirmed by the first-principle *** FVM and VGS can be achieved in bilayer RuBr_(2)by applying electric *** appropriate electric field range,increasing electric field can enhance valley splitting,and the valley polarization can be reversed by flipping electric field *** effectively tune valley properties by electric field in bilayer systems,the parent monolayer should possess out-of-plane magnetization,and have large valley *** results shed light on the possible role of electric field in tuning valleytronic bilayer systems,and provide a way to design the ferrovalley-related material by electric field.

Objective: Lack of effective therapies remains a problem in the treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC), especially in patients with advanced tumors. OSCC development is driven by multiple aberrancies within the cell cycle pathway, including amplification of cyclin D1 and loss of p16. Hence, cell cycle inhibitors of the CDK4/6-cyclin D axis are appealing targets for OSCC treatment. Here, we determined the potency of palbociclib and identified genetic features that are associated with the response of palbociclib in ***: The effect of palbociclib was evaluated in a panel of well-characterized OSCC cell lines by cell proliferation assays and further confirmed by in vivo evaluation in xenograft models. PIK3CA-mutant isogenic cell lines were used to investigate the effect of PIK3CA mutation towards palbociclib ***: We demonstrated that 80% of OSCC cell lines are sensitive to palbociclib at sub-micromolar ***, palbociclib was effective in controlling tumor growth in mice. We identified that palbociclib-resistant cells harbored mutations in PIK3CA. Using isogenic cell lines, we showed that PIK3CA mutant cells are less responsive to palbociclib as compared to wild-type cells with concurrent upregulation of CDK2 and cyclin E1 protein levels. We further demonstrated that the combination of a PI3 K/mTOR inhibitor(PF-04691502) and palbociclib completely controlled tumor growth in ***: This study demonstrated the potency of palbociclib in OSCC models and provides a rationale for the inclusion of PIK3CA testing in the clinical evaluation of CDK4/6 inhibitors and suggests combination approaches for further clinical studies.

Objective To investigate the in vivo immunomodulatory and anti-tumor mechanisms of the combined treatment of novel Four-Herb formula(4HF)and doxorubicin in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods Murine-derived triple-negative mammary carcinoma cell line,4T1 cells,was cultured and inoculated into mouse mammary ***-six mice were randomly assigned into 6 groups(n=11 in ench):naive,control,LD 4HF(low dose 4HF),HD 4HF(high dose 4HF),LD 4HF+D(low dose and doxorubicin),and D(doxorubicin).Apart from the naive group,each mouse received subcutaneous inoculation with 5×10^(5)4T1 cells resuspended in 100µL of normal saline in the mammary fat *** from the day of tumor cell inoculation,tumors were grown for 6 *** LD and HD groups received daily oral gavage of 658 and 2,630 mg/kg 4HF,*** LD 4HF+D group received daily oral gavage of 658 mg/kg 4HF and weekly intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin(5 mg/kg).The D group received weekly intraperitoneal injections of doxorubicin(5 mg/kg).The treatment naive mice received daily oral gavage of 0.2 mL double distilled water and 0.1 mL normal saline via intraperitoneal injection once a *** control group received daily oral gavage of 0.2 mL double-distilled *** treatment period was 30 *** the end of treatment,mice organs were harvested to analyze immunological activities via immunophenotyping,gene and multiplex analysis,histological staining,and gut microbiota *** Mice treated with the combination of 4HF and doxorubicin resulted in significantly reduced tumor and spleen burdens(P<0.05),altered the hypoxia and overall immune lymphocyte landscape,and manipulated gut microbiota to favor the anti-tumor immunological ***,immunosuppressive genes,cytokines,and chemokines such as C-C motif chemokine 2 and interleukin-10 of tumors were significantly downregulated(P<0.05).4HF-doxorubicin combination treatment demonstrated synergetic activities and was most effective

Performance analysis of a photovoltaic/thermal system with lunar regolith-based thermal storage for the lunar base

Powering a moon base,especially keeping it warm during the long lunar night,is a big *** paper introduces a photovoltaic/thermal(PV/T)system incorporating regolith thermal storage to solve the challenge of power and heat provision for the lunar base *** vacuum of space around the moon helps this system by reducing heat *** the moon's daytime,the system not only generates electricity but also captures *** stored heat in the regolith is then used at night,reducing the amount of equipment we need to send from *** spectrally selective PV/T panels are designed to absorb a wide range of sunlight(0.3–2.5μm)while minimizing heat loss in the infrared range(3–30μm).Simulation results of the hybrid solar energy system indicate the average value of the overall efficiency is 45.9%,which relatively elevates 56.1%compared to the PV *** launch mass of the proposed PV/T system is only 8.4%of a traditional photovoltaic-lithium battery system with the same amount of energy *** the total specific energy of the proposed system is 7.3 kWh kg^(-1),while that of the photovoltaic-lithium battery system is about 0.3 kWh kg^(-1).In summary,this study proposes an alternative combined heat and electricity supply system for the lunar base,which can greatly reduce the launch mass and free up load for other scientific research equipment.

今传古琴曲《秋风词》,其曲词多被认为是李白诗作,然曲词前半确为李白《三五七言》,后半部分,最早可追溯到宋罗烨《醉翁谈录》己集卷一《烟粉欢合》中《意娘与李生相思歌》一诗,乃是删写该诗最后八句而成。古琴曲《湘妃怨》的曲词,也是出于对《意娘与李生相思歌》中“君在湘江头,儿在湘江尾”两句的附会,在该诗的整体基础上进行增删而成。古琴音乐创制在历代典籍中寻找曲词文本的传统,《湘妃怨》与《古秋风》自身音乐属性的相似,琴乐良好的大众传播基础,导致了所谓“李白《秋风词》”的产生和广泛误传,并在当代通过发达的出版业,在一般作者、读者以及非古代文学专业方向学者中造成了不良的影响。

Noise robustness of an operational modal-based structural damage-detection scheme using impact-synchronous modal analysis

Data-driven damage-detection schemes are usually unsupervised machine-learning models in practice,as these do not require any ***-based features are commonly used in these schemes but often require several other parameters to accurately correlate with damage,as they may not globally represent the model,making them less sensitive to *** data,such as frequency response functions(FRFs)and principal component analysis(PCA)reduced FRFs(PCA-FRFs),inherits the dynamic characteristics of the structure,and it changes when damage occurs,thus showing sensitivity to ***,noise from the environment or external sources such as wind,operating machines,or the in-service system itself,can reduce the modal data's sensitivity to damage if not handled properly,which affects damage-detection *** study proposes a noise-robust operational modal-based structural damage-detection scheme that uses impact-synchronous modal analysis(ISMA)to generate clean,static-like FRFs for damage *** allows modal data collection without requiring shutdown conditions,and its denoising feature aids in generating clean,static-like FRFs for damage *** results showed that the FRFs obtained through ISMA under noise conditions have frequency response assurance criterion(FRAC)and cross signature assurance criterion(CSAC)scores greater than 0.9 when compared with FRFs obtained through experimental modal analysis(EMA)under static conditions;this validates the denoising feature of *** the denoised FRFs are reduced to PCA-FRFs and used in an unsupervised learning-based damage-detection scheme,zero false alarms occur.

目的利用网络药理学方法研究桑椹抗肝纤维化的主要活性成分、靶点和通路,分析其抗肝纤维化作用机制,并通过动物实验验证。方法从中药系统药理学数据库和分析平台(TCMSP)中获取桑椹的主要活性成分及相对应的作用靶点;在OMIM数据库和GeneCards数据库中进行与炎症相关的疾病靶点预测,得到炎症相关基因靶点;使用Cytoscape 3.7.2软件构建桑椹与炎症相关疾病的成分-靶点-通路网络图;使用String数据库及Cytoscape 3.7.2软件构建蛋白-蛋白相互作用(PPI)网络,并进行基因本体(GO)功能富集分析和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路富集分析。将50只昆明种小鼠随机分为正常组,模型组和桑椹总黄酮低、中、高剂量(75、150、300 mg·kg^(-1))组。采用四氯化碳诱导小鼠肝纤维化模型,给予桑椹总黄酮干预,检测小鼠血清生化指标和炎症指标,观察肝组织病理学变化,免疫组化法检测肝组织中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)的蛋白表达。结果桑椹抗炎有关的主要活性成分有花青素、槲皮素、桑色素和β-胡萝卜素,抗炎的潜在靶点有80个,PPI网络主要包括白细胞介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、蛋白激酶B(AKT)1、白蛋白(ALB)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGFA)、MMP9等核心靶点。涉及到的通路主要有流体剪切应力与动脉粥样硬化、癌症通路、脂质与动脉粥样硬化和Janus激酶(JAK)-信号传导及转录激活蛋白(STAT)通路等。动物实验结果显示,与正常组相比,模型组小鼠血清中丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)水平及肝组织中炎症指标IL-6、TNF-α含量以及MMP9蛋白表达均显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,桑椹总黄酮各剂量组血清中ALT、AST水平显著降低,肝组织中IL-6和TNF-α含量及MMP9蛋白表达显著降低(P<0.05),肝损伤的病变程度减轻。结论桑椹通过花青素、槲皮素等活性成分作用于IL-6、TNF-α、MMP9等靶点发挥抗肝纤维化作用,主要与磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)/AKT、JAK-STAT等信号通路有关,其保肝机制可能与减轻炎症反应、下调MMP9蛋白表达有关。
