The construction of lateral p-n junctions is very important and challenging in two-dimensional(2D)semiconductor manufacturing *** researches have demonstrated that vertical p-n junction can be prepared simply by vertical stacking of 2D ***,interface pollution and large area scalability are challenges that are difficult to overcome with vertical stacking *** 2D lateral p-n homojunction is an effective strategy to address these *** selective p-type doping of 2D semiconductors is expected to construct lateral p-n *** this work,we have developed a low-energy ion implantation system that reduces the implanted energy to 300 ***-energy implantation can form a shallow implantation depth,which is more suitable for modulating the electrical and optical properties of 2D ***,we utilize low-energy ion implantation to directly dope nitrogen ions into few-layer WS_(2) and successfully realize a precise regulation for WS_(2) with its conductivity type transforming from n-type to bipolar or even p-type ***,the universality of this method is demonstrated by extending it to other 2D semiconductors,including WSe_(2),SnS_(2) and MoS_(2).Based on this method,a lateral WS_(2) p-n homojunction is fabricated,which exhibits significant rectification characteristics.A photodetector based on p-n junction with photovoltaic effect is also prepared,and the open circuit voltage can reach to 0.39 *** work provides an effective way for controllable doping of 2D semiconductors.

Transition metal-nitrogen-carbon(M-n-C)as a promising substitute for the conventional noble metalbased catalyst still suffers from low activity and durability for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)in proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs).To tackle the issue,herein,a new type of sulfur-doped ironnitrogen-hard carbon(S-Fe-n-HC)nanosheets with high activity and durability in acid media were developed by using a newly synthesized precursor of amide-based polymer with Fe ions based on copolymerizing two monomers of 2,5-thiophene dicarboxylic acid(TDA)as S source and 1,8-diaminonaphthalene(DAn)as n source via an amination *** as-synthesized S-Fe-n-HC features highly dispersed atomic Fe nxmoieties embedded into rich thiophene-S doped hard carbon nanosheets filled with highly twisted graphite-like microcrystals,which is distinguished from the majority of M-n-C with soft or graphitic carbon *** unique characteristics endow S-Fe-n-HC with high ORR activity and outstanding durability in 0.5 M H_(2)SO_(4).Its initial half-wave potential is 0.80 V and the corresponding loss is only 21 m V after 30,000 ***,its practical PEMFC performance is a maximum power output of 628.0 mW cm^(-2)and a slight power density loss is 83.0 m W cm^(-2)after 200-cycle practical ***,theoretical calculation shows that the activity of Fe nxmoieties on ORR can be further enhanced by sulfur doping at meta-site near Fen_(4)*** results evidently demonstrate that the dual effect of hard carbon substrate and S doping derived from the precursor platform of amid-polymers can effectively enhance the activity and durability of Fe-n-C catalysts,providing a new guidance for developing advanced M-n-C catalysts for ORR.

Ultraviolet photodetectors(UV PDs)are widely used in civilian,scientific,and military fields due to their high sensitivity and low false alarm *** present a temperature-dependent Lewis acid p-type doping method for transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs),which can effectively be used to extend the optical response *** p-type doping based on surface charge transfer involves the chemical adsorption of the Lewis acid SnCl_(4)as a light absorption layer on the surface of WS_(2),significantly enhancing its UV photodetection *** 365 nm laser irradiation,WS_(2)PDs exhibit response speed of 24 ms/20 ms,responsivity of 660 mA/W,detectivity of 3.3×10^(11)Jones,and external quantum efficiency of 226%.Moreover,we successfully apply this doping method to other TMDs materials(such as MoS_(2),MoSe_(2),and WSe_(2))and fabricate WS_(2) lateral p–n heterojunction PDs.

A stable,efficient,and economical bifunctional electrolytic catalyst would be incredibly beneficial for the development of hydrogen production by electrocatalytic water *** this study,we synthesized a novel MnS–MnO heterogeneous nanocube@n,S-doped carbon(MnS–MnO@nSC).MnS–MnO nanocubes possess rich heterogeneous interfaces and plentiful catalytic active sites to promote electrochemical reactions,while the n,S-doped carbon shell possesses excellent conductivity and catalytic properties and protects the ***–MnO@nSC exhibited excellent electrochemical properties as an effective bifunctional electrocatalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in KOH *** the HER,the overpotential was as low as 124 mV at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)while in the OER,it was only 340 mV at 100 mA·cm^(-2)under the same *** addition,a MnS–MnO@nSC||MnS–MnO@nSC electrolyzer exhibited almost comparable activity and higher steadiness than those exhibited by the state-of-the-art Pt/C||RuO_(2)/C system for full water splitting in KOH solution.

nitrogen(n)addition can significantly affect the amount of soil carbon(C)pools through biological routes,and microbial residues are important components of soil carbon ***,it remains unclear how n addition affects the accumulation of soil microbial residues in meadow *** study analyzed the effects of n addition on microbial residues in a meadow grassland soil,and the key factors affecting the accumulation of microbial residues under n addition were analyzed in combination with soil physicochemical properties and microbial community *** results showed that n addition significantly changed the structure of the microbial communities and the accumulation of microbial residues,mainly manifested by a significant decrease in fungal biomass and the fungal/bacterial ratio(F/B),but had no significant effect on bacterial or total microbial biomass(PLFAs).n addition significantly increased the accumulation of fungal residues(7.45%),but had no significant effect on the accumulation of bacterial residues or total amino sugar(TAS).We found that fungal residues were more affected by soil environmental factors than bacterial *** results of the random forest analysis showed that bacterial biomass under n addition was the most important predictor of soil bacterial residues,whereas total n(Tn),pH and F/B were the most important predictors of soil fungal *** summary,our results indicate that fungal communities and residues accumulation play important roles in regulating the response of grassland soil C to n addition,further enhancing our understanding of the mechanisms of soil carbon pool to n addition.

The development of highly selective,cost-effective,and energy-efficient electrocatalysts is critical for carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)to produce high-value ***,we propose a facile strategy to obtain F,n co-doped carbon-coated iron carbide(Fe3C)nanoparticles by using biomolecule guanine and hexadecafluorophthalocyanine iron as raw ***,this method involves only one-step pyrolysis and does not require any guiding agent or sacrificial *** from the advantageous surface microenvironment adjustments achieved through graphitic n(Gn)and F co-doping,Fe3C@nF-G-1000 demonstrates exceptional efficacy in the electroreduction of CO_(2)to carbon monoxide(CO)with an impressive Faradic efficiency(FEco)up to 98%at the potential of−0.55 V(*** hydrogen electrode(RHE)).Furthermore,it delivers a remarkable current density of up to−43 mA·cm^(−2)and exhibits virtually no current attenuation over a span of 20 h within the flow *** from density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the composite structure of Gn and F co-doped graphitic layer and Fe3C exhibits different electron density distributions from that of iron carbide *** is attributed to the synergistic effect of the composite structure leading to the enrichment of electrons in the graphite layer on the surface,which contributes to the stability of the key reaction intermediate*COOH,thus,resulting in an enhanced catalytic activity and ***,this work introduces a new and promising approach to the design of green and low-cost carbon-coated metal materials for CO_(2)reduction reactions.

2,2,7,7-Tetrakis-(n,n-di-p-methoxyphenylamine)-9,9-spirobifluorene(Spiro-OMeTAD)has been identified as the most widely used and effective hole transporting material(HTM)in perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,the complicated multistep synthesis and low intrinsic hole mobility of Spiro-OMe TAD limit its commercialized ***,developing highly efficient HTMs with less synthetic steps becomes increasingly ***,understanding hot carriers transfer dynamics at the interface of perovskite layer and hole transport layer is crucial for further enhancing PSCs performance towards shockley-Queisser limit,which still lacks full investigation to ***,a new HTM based on tetraphenylethene(WP1)was successfully synthesized by a simple one-step reaction *** was found that WP1-based HTM exhibits more matched energy level,higher hole mobility and conductivity than those of the control Spiro-OMe *** femtosecond transient absorption results reveal that the transfer rate of hot holes in perovskite/WP1 sample is four times higher than that of perovskite/Spiro-OMeTAD,thereby helping enhance the device ***,the efficiency of PSCs is enhanced to 24.04%(WP1)from 22.85%(Spiro-OMeTAD).Moreover,the un-encapsulated device prepared with WP1 exhibits better long-term stability,retaining 87%of its initial PCE value after storing for 72 days under air environment,while the reference device shows76%of its initial *** work indicates that simple tetraphenylethene-based organic small molecule could be a very promising HTM candidate for highly efficient PSCs,and gives some significant insights for understanding intrinsic hot carriers transfer dynamics in device.

Delayed or non-healing of diabetic wounds is a significant complication,often attributed to high glucose-induced M1 macrophage accumulation,impaired angiogenesis,and reactive oxygen species(ROS)*** this,we introduced a strontium polyphenol network microneedle patch(SrC-MPns@Mn-PP)for percutaneous drug *** patch,formulated with polymer poly(γ-glutamic acid)(γ-PGA)and epsilon-poly-l-lysine(ε-PLL),incorporates strontium polyphenol networks(SrC-MPns).The release of chlorogenic acid(CGA)from SrC-MPns not only neutralizes ROS,but strontium ions also foster ***,SrC-MPns@Mn-PP can ameliorate the diabetic wound microenvironment and expedite healing.

Developing the alternative supported noble metal catalysts with low cost,high catalytic efficiency,and good resistance toward carbon dioxide and water vapor is critically demanded for the oxidative removal of volatile organic compounds （VOCs）.In this work,we prepared the mesoporous chromia-supported bimetallic Co and ni single-atom （Co1ni1/meso-Cr2O3） and bimetallic Co and ni nanoparticle (ConPninP/mesoCr2O3) catalysts adopting the one-pot polyvinyl pyrrolidone （PVP）-and polyvinyl alcohol （PVA）-protecting approaches,*** results indicate that the Co1ni1/meso-Cr2O3catalyst exhibited the best catalytic activity for n-hexane (C6H14) combustion (T50%and T90%were 239 and 263℃ at a space velocity of 40,000 mL g-1h-1;apparent activation energy and specific reaction rate at 260℃ were 54.7 kJ mol-1and 4.3×10-7mol g-1cats-1,respectively),which was associated with its higher (Cr5++Cr6+) amount,large n-hexane adsorption capacity,and good lattice oxygen mobility that could enhance the deep oxidation of n-hexane,in which ni1was beneficial for the enhancements in surface lattice oxygen mobility and low-temperature reducibility,while Co1preferred to generate higher contents of the high-valence states of chromium and surface oxygen species as well as adsorption and activation of n-hexane.n-Hexane combustion takes place via the Mars van Krevelen（MvK） mechanism,and its reaction pathways are as follows:n-hexane→olefins or 3-hexyl hydroperoxide→3-hexanone,2-hexanone or 2,5-dimethyltetrahydrofuran→2-methyloxirane or 2-ethyl-oxetane→acrylic acid→COx→CO2and H2O.
