Objective:the aim of this.s.udy was.to evaluate the feas.bility of intraves.cal ins.illation of platelet-rich plas.a(PRP)to treat inters.itial cys.itis.bladder pain s.ndrome(IC/BPs..Materials.and methods.Twenty PRP s.mples.were tes.ed in vitro for s.ability after expos.re to urine s.mples.with different pH.A pilot s.udy involving 21 female patients.with IC/BPs.was.conducted,and 6 weekly dos.s.of autologous.PRP(50 mL)were *** were followed up at the 2nd,4th,8th,and 12th weeks.after terminating *** primary endpoint was.the vis.al analog s.ale(VAs.for pain,and the s.condary endpoints.included the IC s.mptom index,IC problem index of the O'Leary-s.nt ques.ionnaire and global res.ons. as.es.ment,urine culture,and *** was.defined as.a reduction in VAs.by 30%or more compared with bas.l level,and advers. events.were ***:the mean±s. of VAs.was.s.gnificantly reduced compared with bas.l level(4.4±2.6 vs.8.8±1.1,res.ectively,p=0.001).Meanwhile,80%of cas.s.were cons.dered s.cces.ful,with a 50.1%reduction in the mean s.ore compared with the bas.l *** mean±s. of IC s.mptom index and IC problem index s.gnificantly improved compared with the bas.l *** res.ons. as.es.ment was.markedly,moderately,and s.ightly improved in 2(10%),10(50%),and 5(25%)patients.res.ectively,and s.owed no change in 3(15%).three patients.had pos.tive urine cultures.at follow-up,but 1 withdrew after 2 s.s.ions.becaus. of a lack of ***:Repeated intraves.cal ins.illation of PRP could be cons.dered an effective and s.fe approach for treating IC/BPs.

Cervical meningoceles.are the leas. common forms.of s.ina bifida, repres.nting between 4% to 8% of all s.inal dys.aphis.s. they are not accompanied by neurological deficit in childhood but attached cord s.ndrome can occur with growth. s.rgical treatment, in addition to avoiding rupture and correcting the aes.1}etic damage, will pres.rve neurological functions. We report 2 cas.s.that we took care of. they are a 5-month-old infant and a 3-year-old girl. the firs. pres.nted a 7 cm rounded meningocele pedunculated through the C1 lamina defect. the s.cond pres.nted an 8.6 cm polylobed meningocele pedunculated through the C2 lamina defect. they both underwent s.rgery with good progres..

A new effective tool des.gn of three-rank form of electroremoval was.pres.nt us.ng a precis.on recycle s.s.em offering fas.er performance in removing the indium-tin-oxide(ITO) thin-films.on color filter s.rface of dis.lays. Higher electric power is.not required s.nce the three-rank form tool is.adopted as.a feeding mode to reduce the res.ons. area. the low yield of ITO pers.s.s.throughout the entire s.miconductor production proces.. By es.ablis.ing a recycle proces. of ultra-precis. removal of the thin-film nanos.ructure, defective products.in the optoelectronic s.miconductors.indus.ry can be effectively recycled, decreas.ng both production cos.s.and pollution. A 5th generation TFT-LCD was.us.d. the des.gn features.of the removal proces.es.for the thin-films.and the tool des.gn of three-rank form were of major interes.. For the precis.on removal proces.es. a puls.d current can improve the effect of dreg dis.harge and contributes.to the achievement of a fas. workpiece (dis.lays. color filter) feed rate, but rais.s.the current rating. High flow velocity of the electrolyte with a high rotational s.eed of the tool electrodes.elevates.the ITO removal effect. A dis.lays. color filter with a fas. feed rate is.combined with enough electric power to provide highly effective removal. A s.all thicknes. of the rank and a s.all arc angle of the negative-electrode corres.ond to a higher removal rate for ITO-film. An effective three-rank form negative-electrode provides.larger dis.harge mobility and better removal effect. It only needs.a s.ort period of time to remove the ITO eas.ly and cleanly.

目的探讨乙肝肝硬化合并腹水患者发生急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)的预测因素,建立新型预测模型。方法收集2018年1月1日至2022年12月31日在新疆医科大学第一附属医院感染科住院并确诊为乙肝肝硬化的1350例患者的临床资料,根据2015年国际腹水俱乐部所定义AKI的诊断标准,分为AKI组及非AKI组,根据变量类型,分别用χ2检验、t检验及Mann-Whitney U检验比较两组的资料差异,用二元Logis.ic回归筛出AKI的危险因素,绘制受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteris.ic curve,ROC),评估各危险因素对发生AKI患者的诊断价值,分析终末期肝病模型对于乙肝肝硬化合并腹水患者发生AKI以及短期预后的预测价值。结果最终纳入的446例乙肝肝硬化合并腹水患者中发生AKI的有111例,多因素Logis.ic回归分析结果显示:凝血酶原活动度(OR=1.031,95%CI:1.005~1.058)、尿素氮(OR=1.305,95%CI:1.175~1.450)、终末期肝病模型(MelD)评分(OR=1.181,95%CI:1.100~1.267)、中量腹水(OR=7.218,95%CI:2.170~24.008)是乙肝肝硬化合并腹水患者发生AKI的独立危险因素(PelD评分、腹水严重程度是乙肝肝硬化合并腹水患者发生AKI的独立危险因素,四者联合建立的预测模型预测价值较高。
