To mitigate the water pollution problem by photocatalytic degradation of typical antibiotics of tetracycline(TC),we prepared defective Bi_(2)Sn_(2)O_7(BSO)quantum dots(QDs)with a full spectral response due to Bi metal deposition,using a one-pot hydrothermal method,labeled as Bi@*** optimized Bi@BSOOV showed 73.4% removal of TC in 1 h under irradiation with a 50 W LED lamp in the wavelength band in the visible-near-infrared(vis-NIR)light,a rate that is substantially greater than that of pure BSO(14.7%).The synergistic interaction of Bi metal and oxygen vacancies(OVs)is crucial to boosting photocatalytic *** near-infrared region of the photo-response is extended by the surface plasmon resonance(SPR)effect of Bi metal,enhancing the photocatalytic performance and dramatically raising the efficiency of solar energy *** addition to inducing defect levels in BSO,the OVs also activate the surface adsorbed O_(2) to promote the production of·O_(2)^(-)and ^(1)O_(2).DFT calculations reveal that Bi metal and OVs can mutually tune the charge transfer *** the one hand,Bi metal can act as both a charge transfer bridge and an electron donor to assist charge *** the other hand,OVs-induced defect levels allow electrons that leap to the conduction band(CB)to first leap from the valence band(VB)to the defect levels,notably improving interfacial charge separation and *** concept of design executed in this study for altering the catalyst by introducing both OVs and Bi metal can provide a rational design idea and potential insight for improving the photocatalytic activity for environmental applications.

In the process of infecting plants, plant parasitic nematodes release a series of proteins that play an essential role in the successful infection and pathogenesis of plant cells and tissues through stylets or body walls. In this study,based on transcriptome data, a chorismate mutase gene of Radopholus similis(RsCM) was identified and cloned,which is a single copy gene specifically expressed in the oesophageal gland and highly expressed in juveniles and females. Transient expression of RsCM in tobacco leaves showed that it was localised in the cytoplasm and nucleus of tobacco leaf cells, which inhibited the pattern-triggered immunity(PTI) induced by flg22, including callose deposition and defence gene expression, and cell death induced by immune elicitors BAX, but could not inhibit cell death induced by immune elicitors Gpa2/RBP-1. The RNA interference(RNAi) transgenic tomato of RsCM obviously inhibited the infection, pathogenicity, and reproduction of R. similis. However, the resistance of the overexpression transgenic tomato of RsCM to R. similis infection was significantly reduced, and the expression levels of two salicylic acid(SA) pathway genes(PR1 and PR5) in roots infected by the nematode were significantly down-regulated,which indicated that RsCM might be involved in the inhibition of SA pathway. The results of this study demonstrate that RsCM suppresses the host immune system and might be a new target for the control of R. similis, which also provides new data for the function and mechanism of CM genes of migratory parasitic plant nematodes.

针对油田污水污染物成分复杂、污染性强不适合膜法脱盐的特点,提出用机械蒸汽压缩蒸发(MVC)技术对油田污水进行脱盐处理的技术方案。建立了基于MVC的油田污水脱盐系统的工艺流程设计计算模型,系统分析了降膜蒸发器传热温差、油田污水温度和蒸发温度的影响。结果表明:传热温差是影响系统装置规模和运行电耗的控制因素,减小传热温差可以明显降低压缩机比电耗,付出的代价是系统比传热面积的增大;MVC系统的热力完善度高,无废热排放,油田污水温度越高,系统比传热面积减小;在其他条件允许的条件下,提高系统的运行温度有利于改善系统的性能。

Grain boundaries(GBs)play a crucial role on the structural stability and mechanical properties of Cu and its *** this work,molecular dynamics(MD)simulations are employed to study the effects of Fe solutes on the formation energy,excess volume,dislocations and melting behaviors of GBs in CuFe *** is illustrated that Fe solute affects the structural stability of Cu GBs substantially,the formation energy of GBs is reduced,but the thickness and melting point of GBs are increased,that is,the structural stability of Cu GBs is significantly improved owing to the Fe solutes.A strong scaling law exists between the formation energy,excess volume,thickness and melting point of ***,Fe solid solute plays an important role in the characteristics of GBs in bi-crystal Cu.

Insects play important roles in the maintenance of ecosystem functioning and the provision of livelihoods for millions of ***,compared with terrestrial vertebrates and angiosperms,such as the giant panda,crested ibis,and the metasequoia,insect conservation has not attracted enough attention,and a basic understanding of the geographical biodiversity patterns for major components of insects in China is ***,we investigated the geographical distribution of insect biodiversity across multiple dimensions(taxonomic,genetic,and phylogenetic diversity)based on the spatial distribution and molecular DNA sequencing data of *** analysis included 18 orders,360 families,5,275 genera,and 14,115 species of *** results revealed that Southwestern and Southeastern China harbored higher insect biodiversity and numerous older lineages,representing a museum,whereas regions located in Northwestern China harbored lower insect biodiversity and younger lineages,serving as an evolutionary *** also observed that mean annual temperature and precipitation had significantly positive effects,whereas altitude had significantly negative effects on insect biodiversity in most ***,cultivated vegetation harbored the highest insect taxonomic and phylogenetic diversity,and needleleaf and broadleaf mixed forests harbored the highest insect genetic *** results indicated that human activities may positively contribute to insect spatial diversity on a regional *** study fills a knowledge gap in insect spatial diversity in *** findings could help guide national-level conservation plans and the post-2020 biodiversity conservation framework.

针对油田污水污染物成分复杂、污染性强不适合膜法脱盐的特点和淡水消耗与余热资源共存的实际,提出用热力蒸汽压缩(thermal vapor compression,TVC)蒸发技术对油田污水进行集中脱盐处理的技术方案。建立了基于TVC的油田污水脱盐系统的工艺流程设计计算模型,系统分析了蒸发温度等主要运行参数的影响。结果表明:系统造水比随蒸发温度的降低而增大,降低蒸发温度有助于减少主蒸汽消耗,但所付出的代价是总传热面积和污水泵流量的增大;TVC系统的热力学完善度相对较低,与多效蒸发系统联合使用是改善系统性能的基本途径之一。尽管如此,对于油田生产来说,当存在合适的余热资源时,简单的单效TVC系统仍不失为合理的技术方案。

Objective:Neutrophils are one of the most predominant infiltrating leukocytes in lung cancer tissues and are associated with lung cancer *** neutrophils promote lung cancer progression,however,has not been ***:Kaplan–Meier plotter online analysis and tissue immunohistochemistry were used to determine the relationship between neutrophils and overall survival in lung cancer *** effect of neutrophils on lung cancer was determined using the Transwell migration assay,a proliferation assay,and a murine tumor *** knockdown was used to determine poly ADPribose polymerase(PARP)-1 function in lung cancer-educated *** blot analysis and gelatin zymography were used to demonstrate the correlation between PARP-1 and matrix metallopeptidase 9(MMP-9).Immunoprecipitation coupled to mass spectrometry(IP/MS)was used to identify the proteins interacting with ***-immunoprecipitation(Co-IP)was used to confirm that PARP-1 interacts with arachidonate 5-lipooxygenase(ALOX5).Neutrophil PARP-1 blockage by AG14361 rescued neutrophil-promoted lung cancer ***:An increased number of infiltrating neutrophils was negatively associated with overall survival in lung cancer patients(P<0.001).Neutrophil activation promoted lung cancer cell invasion,migration,and proliferation in vitro,and murine lung cancer growth in ***,PARP-1 was shown to be involved in lung cancer cell-induced neutrophil activation to increase MMP-9 expression through interacting and stabilizing ALOX5 by post-translational protein modification(PARylation).Blocking PARP-1 by gene knockdown or AG14361 significantly decreased ALOX5 expression and MMP-9 production,and eliminated neutrophil-mediated lung cancer cell invasion and in vivo tumor ***:We identified a novel mechanism by which PARP-1 mediates lung cancer cell-induced neutrophil activation and PARylates ALOX5 to regulate MMP-9 expression,which exacerbates lung cancer

Lightweight thin-walled structures with lattice infill are widely desired in satellite for their high stiffness-to-weight ratio and superior buckling strength resulting fromthe sandwich *** structures can be fabricated bymetallic additive manufacturing technique,such as selective laser melting(SLM).However,the maximum dimensions of actual structures are usually in a sub-meter scale,which results in restrictions on their appliance in aerospace and other *** this work,a meter-scale thin-walled structure with lattice infill is designed for the fuel tank supporting component of the satellite by integrating a self-supporting lattice into the thickness optimization of the *** designed structure is fabricated by SLM of AlSi10Mg and cold metal transfer welding ***-static mechanical tests and vibration tests are both conducted to verify the mechanical strength of the designed large-scale lattice thin-walled *** experimental results indicate that themeter-scale thin-walled structure with lattice infill could meet the dimension and lightweight requirements of most spacecrafts.

【目的】探究笼养、大棚平养和茶园散养3种饲养方式对旧院黑鸡蛋品质的影响,并分析消费者更青睐散养蛋的原因。【方法】将600只1日龄旧院黑鸡雏鸡按笼养、平养、散养3种饲养方式随机均分成3组,饲喂至40周龄时每天下午定时捡蛋,并分组标记。比较3种饲养方式下的蛋重、蛋形指数、新鲜度、蛋壳强度等蛋品质和粗蛋白、脂肪、氨基酸等营养组分差异。【结果】笼养组的蛋重、蛋黄重、含水率显著高于平养组和散养组(P<0.05);平养组SRC值最高为87.23;散养组在蛋壳颜色、蛋黄色泽、哈氏单位、脂肪、卵磷脂及鲜味氨基酸含量上显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),胆固醇含量显著低于其他两组(P<0.05)。【结论】不同饲养条件下的蛋重、新鲜度、氨基酸等蛋品质指标存在显著差异:平养条件下的鸡蛋氨基酸营养价值最好,茶园散养的鸡蛋在新鲜度、胆固醇、卵磷脂含量及食品风味上更优。
