智能供水管网的内联闭式水力发电系统的研发

为更好地监测管道泄漏和控制水压,智能供水管网管理系统(简称“智管网”)正逐步应用于城市供水管网。传统的供水监测仪表和传感器多采用蓄电池供电,由于电池寿命与容量有限,使得在实时监测模式下需要经常更换电池,造成经济与人力的耗费。通过数值模拟研究和实验研发了一种结构简单、安装方便的内联闭式水力发电系统,消耗有限的水头便可为“智管网”感应和监测设备及数据传输装置提供可靠的电力,通过提高站点之间的通信频次来保障实时监控,同时避免频繁地更换电池。此外,该管道水轮机通过管道内的喇叭口与挡块设计来实现双向流发电。介绍了该系统的工作设计原理和仿真实验研究结果,以及实测的内联闭式水力发电运行数据。实验结果表明,该系统能够可靠地运行,可为下一步的研发提供宝贵的理论和应用基础。

An investigation is reported on the characteristics of progressive failure of Hong Kong granite. Uniaxial compression tests are performed on a number of Hong Kong granite specimens with the MTS 815.04 testing *** emission signals are recorded to trace the evolution of damages. parametric studies on the effect of grain size are attempted. The results show that the increase in grain size will reduce the brittleness during failure. In addition, discussion is extended to the grain size effect on the stress thresholds of crack closure, crack initiation and crack damage. The RFpA^2D code is also used to observe the failure characteristics of brittle rocks such as granite. Microscopic tensile failure is dominant in the ultimate failure of all the uniaxially compressed models. The crack initiation threshold is also determined by the numerical approach. The failure of coarse-grained models seems more ductile.

We report the use of ultra-short, pulsed-laser annealed Ti/Au contacts to enhance the performance of multilayer MoS2 field effect transistors （FETs） on flexible plastic substrates without thermal damage. An analysis of the temperature distribution, based on finite difference methods, enabled understanding of the compatibility of our picosecond laser annealing for flexible poly（ethylene naphthalate）（pEN） substrates with low thermal budget （〈 200 ℃）. The reduced contact resistance after laser annealing provided a significant improvement in transistor performance including higher peak field-effect mobility （from 24.84 to 44.84 cm2-V-l.s-1）, increased output resistance （0.42 MΩ at Vgs- Vth = 20 V, a three-fold increase）, a six-fold increase in the self-gain, and decreased sub- threshold swing. Transmission electron microscopy analysis and current-voltage measurements suggested that the reduced contact resistance resulted from the decrease of Schottky barrier width at the MoS2-metal junction. These results demonstrate that selective contact laser annealing is an attractive technology for fabricating low-resistivity metal-semiconductor junctions, providing important implications for the application of high-performance two-dimensional semicon- ductor FETs in flexible electronics.

Nucleic acid amplification and quantification via polymerase chain reaction(pCR)is one of the most sensitive and powerful tools for clinical laboratories,precision medicine,personalized medicine,agricultural science,forensic science and environmental *** multiplex pCR,characterized by low power consumption,compact size and simple operation,is ideal for timely diagnosis at the point-of-care(pOC).Although several fast/ultrafast pCR methods have been proposed,the use of a simple and robust pCR thermal cycler remains challenging for pOC ***,we present an ultrafast photonic pCR method using plasmonic photothermal light-to-heat conversion via photon–electron–phonon *** demonstrate an efficient photonic heat converter using a thin gold(Au)film due to its plasmon-assisted high optical absorption(approximately 65%at 450 nm,the peak wavelength of heat source light-emitting diodes(LEDs)).The plasmon-excited Au film is capable of rapidly heating the surrounding solution to over 150℃ within 3 *** this method,ultrafast thermal cycling(30 cycles;heating and cooling rate of 12.7960.93℃ s^(-1) and 6.660.29℃ s^(-1),respectively)from 55℃(temperature of annealing)to 95℃(temperature of denaturation)is accomplished within 5 *** photonic pCR thermal cycles,we demonstrate here successful nucleic acid(λ-DNA)*** simple,robust and low cost approach to ultrafast pCR using an efficient photonic-based heating procedure could be generally integrated into a variety of devices or procedures,including on-chip thermal lysis and heating for isothermal amplifications.

Green hydrogen is anticipated to play a major role in the decarbonization of the mobility *** chemical storage in CO_(2)-neutral synthetic liquid fuels is advantageous in terms of safety and reliability compared to other hydrogen storage developments,and thus represents a complementary building block to developments in electric and hydrogen mobility for the low-carbon transition in the mobility *** development is especially relevant for transport sectors which will have no alternatives to liquid fuels in the foreseeable *** this paper,three alternative technological routes for the chemical storage of hydrogen in CO_(2)-neutral synthetic liquid fuels are identified and comparatively evaluated in terms of feedstock potential,product potential,demand for renewable electricity and associated costs,efficiency as well as expected market *** all three routes exhibited similar levels of overall efficiencies,electricity-based liquid fuels in Germany are currently limited by the high cost and limited supply of renewable *** contrast,liquid fuels generated from biogenic waste have a constant supply of biogenic feedstock and are largely independent from the supply and cost of renewable electricity.

目的观察帕米膦酸二钠对肺癌骨转移性疼痛的及骨纤维结构的影响。方法南阳医学高等专科学校附属中医院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的109例肺癌骨转移患者,所有患者均伴有不同程度的骨痛症状。采用随机数字表法对入组患者进行分组,即常规组(54例)和试验组(55例)。常规组予以内科综合止痛治疗,试验组在常规组的治疗基础上采用帕米膦酸二钠配合治疗,比较两组患者的骨纤维结构改善情况、疼痛介质变化情况、骨痛缓解情况及预后情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的骨纤维结构相关指标差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);治疗后,试验组的骨钙素、Ⅰ型胶原C端肽、Ⅰ型胶原氨基端前肽均低于常规组(pp>0.05);治疗后,试验组的前列腺素、血清乳酸均低于常规组(pp>0.05);在不同治疗方案下,试验组治疗1~3个周期后的视觉模拟疼痛量表评分均低于常规组(pp>0.05);试验组的肺癌患者生存质量测定量表中,身体状况评分,社交/家庭状况评分,情感状况评分及功能状况评分均高于常规组(p<0.05)。结论帕米膦酸二钠能有效改善肺癌骨转移患者的骨纤维结构,可通过下调疼痛介质水平而缓解骨痛症状,用药安全性良好,对改善患者远期生活质量有积极意义。
