OBJECTIVE: To identify genotype of eight strains of Orientia tsutsugamushi (O. tsutsugamushi) isolated from nan peng Lie Islands in China and establish tsutsugamushi disease nature foci for this region. METHODS: The nested polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) were used. Three primers were selected from the DNA sequence of the gene encoding type-specific 56-kDa protein of the Karp strain. The positive products were digested by Hine II and Pst I, meanwhile profiles specific to each strain were analyzed. RESULTS: Three genotypes of O. tsutsugamushi including Karp, Kato and a new strain existed on nan peng Lie Islands. CONCLUSION: nan peng Lie Islands is tsutsugamushi disease nature foci.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate natural foci of tsutsugamushi disease whose incidence has increased in the nan peng Lie Islands in China, an area where this disease has not been previously recorded. METHODS: We recorded the natural foci and isolated Orientia tsutsugamushi (O. tsutsugamushi) organism. We also studied prevention measures. RESULTS: These islands had the natural foci of a south subtropical zone. The main host and vector were Rattus norvegicus and Leptotrombidium deliens (L. deliens), respectively. The seasonal quantity trends of Rattus norvegicus and Leptotrombidium deliens were consistent with the incidence of human infection. Thirty-five strains of O. tsutsugamushi were isolated from Rattus norvegicus and L. deliense. The identification of 7 strains showed that most strains were Karp. Seroepidemiology showed a high prevalence of antibody against O. tsatsugamushi among local people. After prevention measures were used, the incidence was decreased. CONCLUSION: This was the first successful confirmation that the nan peng Lie Islands were natural foci of tsutsugamushi disease.

结直肠癌炎症微环境及中药治疗的研究进展

结直肠癌是常见的胃肠道肿瘤,发病过程常伴随着炎症反应。炎症的持续为肿瘤生长提供适宜环境,免疫细胞、炎性因子、基质细胞和细胞外基质等组成炎症微环境,导致免疫应答与免疫抑制失衡,肿瘤细胞无限增殖,细胞凋亡被抑制,新生血管增加。炎性通路相关的STAT3和NF-κB信号分子,炎性因子TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6,这些关键分子相互作用,与肿瘤的侵袭和转移密切相关。靶向介导炎症的关键细胞和因子成为肿瘤新的治疗策略。中药具有多组分多靶点的特征,多种临床常用中药复方的分子机制表现为调节微环境炎性因子水平,抑制促肿瘤的信号通路转导,缓解肠黏膜炎性损伤,改善机体免疫功能。本研究通过对炎症微环境及中药抗癌机制的分析,以期为结直肠癌中药治疗思路提供参考。

刘丽坤教授是山西省名中医,国家中医药管理局全国第二批优秀中医临床人才,第六批全国名中医药专家学术经验传承指导老师,国家临床重点专科负责人,国家中医药管理局重点专科/学科负责人,从事中医药防治恶性肿瘤疾病相关研究近40年。刘教授熟读经典,善用经方治疗各种恶性肿瘤及相关并发症,药简力专,疗效显著。妇科恶性肿瘤是女性常见的恶性疾病,可发生于女性生殖系统的各个器官,且发病时临床症状大多不太明显,故确诊时多属晚期。刘教授认为,湿、热、瘀、毒等病理产物易致气滞血瘀、气血亏虚、湿热毒结,从而导致妇科恶性肿瘤及其相关并发症的发生与发展,又因湿为阴邪,其性重浊,易袭阴位,因此为最主要的致病因素。刘教授认为妇科恶性肿瘤的病位在下焦,与肝、肾关系密切,久病易及脾。刘师秉承中医“八法”中的“和法”,遵张介宾(字景岳)“和方之制,是和其不和也”的治疗原则,兼顾调和脾胃运化,屡获奇效。在此列举刘教授选用和法代表方即小柴胡汤,以辛开苦降,补虚泻实,燮理阴阳,调和枢机,以及黄芪桂枝五物汤益气温阳,健脾益胃,和血通痹为基本方治疗妇科肿瘤的验案三则,以期为广大同仁治疗妇科恶性肿瘤及其并发症提供临床诊疗思路。

Creep aging behavior and performance of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys under different parameters in retrogression aging treatment

A study was conducted to better understand how different parameters, namely, regression aging time and regression aging temperature, affect the creep aging properties, i.e., the creep deformation and performance of Al-Zn-MgCu alloy during regressive reaging. The corresponding creep strain and mechanical properties of samples were studied by conducting creep tests and uniaxial tensile tests. The electrical conductivity was measured using an eddy-current conductivity meter. The microstructures were observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM). With the increase in regression aging time, the steady creep strain first increased and then decreased, and reached the maximum at 45 *** steady creep strain increased with the increase in regression aging temperature, and reached the maximum at 200 ℃.The level of steady creep strain was determined by precipitation and dislocation recovery. Creep aging strengthens 7B50-RRA treated with regression aging time at 190 ℃ for 10 min, and the difference in the mechanical properties of alloy becomes smaller. The diffusion of solute atoms reduces the scattering of electrons, leading to a significant improvement in electrical conductivity and stress corrosion cracking(SCC) resistance after creep aging. The findings of this study could help in the application of creep aging forming(CAF) technology in Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy under RRA treatment.

In the current situation where the practical application of silicon anode materials encounters great challenges,silicon oxide(SiO_(x),0≤x≤2)has attracted the attention of researchers due to its relatively small volume expansion,stable cycling performance,and low cost,which is possible to realize commercial applications earlier than silicon ***,it remains a challenge to prepare SiO_(x)materials with long-term stable cycling performance and high Coulombic efficiency using low-cost *** this work,SiO_(x)anode material with high Coulombic efficiency and good long-term cycling stability was prepared at a low cost by hydrolysis of siloxane and in situ polymerization of phenolic *** hydrolysis of siloxane was further regulated by different silane coupling agents to regulate the size and microstructure of prepared SiO_(x)materials,which displayed the substantially improved electrochemical *** excellent electrochemical performance of SiO_(x)prepared by regulated hydrolysis of siloxane with silane coupling agents is attributed to the effect of silane coupling agent on size and microstructure of SiO_(x),revealing that the strategy of modulating the hydrolysis of siloxane by silane coupling agent is a potential method to prepare high-performance SiO_(x)materials.
