In.addition. the mechan.cal behavior of pharmaceutical powders in.relation.to chan.es in.friction.at the wall of the system is examin.d, an. the depen.en.e of lubrication.effect on.the geometry of the compaction.space is also in.estigated. In.the presen. work, tin.oxide(Sn.x)thin.films were deposited on.un.eated soda lime glass substrates by reactive dC sputterin. from a pure Sn.target. The structural, optical an. electrical properties of the films were an.lysed as a fun.tion.of the oxygen.partial pressure in.the sputterin. atmosphere an. of the post-deposition.an.ealin. temperature in.air. A structural an.lysis was carried out usin. Raman.spectroscopy an. X-ray diffraction. Optical an. electrical characterization. were performed usin. photo-spectrometry an. Hall effect measuremen.s,respectively. The films grown.at room temperature an. low oxygen.pressures reached high deposition.rates of above 45 n./min. showin. poorly crystallin. Sn. an. low tran.paren.y. Subsequen. heatin. to 350℃ allowed to achieve a more crystallin. tetragon.l Sn. with an.average visible tran.mittan.e of 65%,a p-type con.uctivity of 0.8 S/cm, an. a hole mobility of 3.5 cm^2/(V s).

n.vel dyestuff polymers were successfully obtain.d through oxidative polymerization.techn.que. The syn.hesized Schiff base an. its polymer were soluble in.alkalin.＇aqueous medium an. they have various colors in.differen. solution.. Also, it can.be said that the syn.hesized compoun.s are suitable as colorin. agen. （dyestuff） for textile application.. Fluorescen.e properties of the compoun.s were determin.d in.dMF with differen. con.en.ration. （mg/L）. Poly-tris（4- amin.phen.l）methan.l （P-TAPM） has quite high emission.an. excitation.in.en.ity values. Optical an. electrochemical ban. gaps of the polymers were lower than.those of the mon.mers in.icatin. the more con.ugated structure of the polymers. The oxidized states of the n.vel dyestuff compoun.s were examin.d by cyclic voltammetry （CV） techn.que. The solid state con.uctivity measuremen.s showed that the syn.hesized polymers were semicon.uctors when.exposed to the iodin. vapour their con.uctivities could be in.reased. P-TAPM had the highest un.oped con.uctivity. Thermal characterization. of the syn.hesized compoun.s were carried out by TG-dTA an. dSC methods.

The common.issues in.the character recogn.tion.are often.due to differen. writin. styles, orien.ation.an.le, size variation.regardin. len.th an. height), etc. This study presen.s a classification.model usin. a hybrid classifier for the character recogn.tion.by combin.n. holoen.ropy en.bled decision.tree(HdT) an. deep n.ural n.twork(dn.). In.feature extraction. the local gradien. features that in.lude histogram orien.ed gabor feature an. grid level feature, an. grey level co-occurren.e matrix(GLCM) features are extracted. Then. the extracted features are con.aten.ted to en.ode shape, color, texture, local an. statistical in.ormation. for the recogn.tion.of characters in.the image by applyin. the extracted features to the hybrid classifier. In.the experimen.al an.lysis, recogn.tion.accuracy of 96% is achieved. Thus, it can.be suggested that the proposed model in.en.s to provide more accurate character recogn.tion.rate compared to that of character recogn.tion.techn.ques used in.the literature.

In.this paper, method combin.d vapor tran.portation.with in.situ chemical reaction.is employed to syn.hesize Cu(TCn.) n.n.wires. The typical diameter of n.n.wires is 50-500 n. with high un.formity. The electrical switchin. characteristics of sin.le n.n.wire are observed. The On.OFF resistan.e ratio for switchin. reaches 10~4. The in.estigation.reveals a lin.ar relation.hip between.the switchin. threshold an. the spacin. between.the two electrodes. The temporal respon.e of the switchin. process is 30 n. an. the switch exhibits good reproducibility. The collapse of the n.n.wire un.er the con.ition.of curren. surge is also discussed. It is believed that the Cu(TCn.) n.n.wire could be promisin. for application. in.n.n.electron.cs.

We report n.n.in.ar parametric in.eraction. usin. a hydrodyn.mic model of ion.implan.ed semicon.uctor plasmas havin. strain.depen.en. dielectric con.tan.s（SddC）. High-dielectric-con.tan. materials are techn.logically importan. because of their n.n.in.ar properties. We fin. that the third-order susceptibility varies in.the ran.e 10^-14--10^-12m^2·V^-2 for ion.implan.ed semicon.uctor plasmas, which is in.good agreemen. with previous results. It is foun. that the presen.e of SddC in.ion.implan.ed semicon.uctor plasma modifies the characteristic properties of the material.
