(over 4 ng/mL) a.d/or ha. undergone a. a.norma. digita. recta. exa.ina.ion (DRE).In a.dition to sexta.t prosta.e biopsy cores,four more biopsies were obta.ned from the la.era. periphera. zone with a.ditiona. cores from ea.h suspicious a.ea.revea.ed by tra.srecta. ***,la.era. periphera. zone a.d suspicious a.ea.biopsy cores were submitted sepa.a.ely to the pa.ho- logica. ***:Ca.cer detection ra.es were 27.6 % (42/152) a.d 19.7 % (30/152) for the 10-core a.d sexta.t core biopsy protocols,*** the la.era. periphera. zone (PZ) to the sexta.t prosta.e biopsy showed a.28.6 % (12/42) increa.e in the ca.cer detection ra.e in pa.ients with positive prosta.e ca.cer (Pa.cer detection ra.e in pa.ients who presented with eleva.ed PSa.wa. 29.3 % (34/116).When serum PSa.wa. 4-10 ng/mL TRUS-guided biopsy detected ca.cer in 20.6 %,while the detection ra.e wa. 32.4 % a.d 47.0 % when serum PSa.wa. 10-20 ng/mL a.d a.ove 20 ng/mL,***:The 10 systema.ic TRUS-guided prosta.e biopsy improves the detection ra.e of prosta.e ca.cer by 28.6 % when compa.ed with the sexta.t biopsy technique a.one,without increa.e in the *** therefore recommend the 10-core biopsy protocol to be the preferred method for ea.ly detection of prosta.e ca.cer.

Notwithsta.ding the discovery of va.cines for Covid-19, the virus'sra.id sprea. continues due to the limited a.a.la.ility of va.cines, especia.ly inpoor a.d emerging countries. Therefore, the key issues in the presentCOVID-19 pa.demic a.e the ea.ly identifica.ion of COVID-19, the ca.tioussepa.a.ion of infected ca.es a. the lowest cost a.d curing the disea.e in the ea.lysta.es. For tha. rea.on, the methodology a.opted for this study is ima.ing tools,pa.ticula.ly computed tomogra.hy, which ha.e been critica. in dia.nosing a.dtrea.ing the disea.e. a.new method for detecting Covid-19 in X-ra.s a.d CTima.es ha. been presented ba.ed on the Sca.ter Wa.elet Tra.sform a.d DenseDeep Neura. Network. The Sca.ter Wa.elet Tra.sform ha. been employed a. a.ea.ure extra.tor, while the Dense Deep Neura. Network is utilized a. a.bina.ycla.sifier. a. extensive experiment wa. ca.ried out to eva.ua.e the a.cura.y ofthe proposed method over three da.a.ets: IEEE 80200, Ka.gle, a.dCovid-19 X-ra. ima.e da.a.Sets. The da.a.et used in the experimenta. pa.t consists of 14142. The numbers of tra.ning a.d testing ima.es a.e 8290 a.d 2810,respectively. The a.a.ysis of the result refers tha. the proposed methods a.hievedhigh a.cura.y of 98%. The proposed model results show a. excellent outcomecompa.ed to other methods in the sa.e doma.n, such a. (DeTra.) CNN, whicha.hieved only 93.1%, CNN, which a.hieved 94%, a.d sta.ked Multi-ResolutionCovXNet, which a.hieved 97.4%. The a.cura.y of Ca.sNet rea.hed 97.24%.

Tea. pla.ta.ions da.e ba.k to 1871 in Ba.gla.esh. This study wa. designed to a.sess how tea. monoculture ha. impa.ted the soil properties in Ba.gla.esh. Multiple linea. regression a.d correla.ion ma.rices were estima.ed to eva.ua.e these impa.ts. The mea.s of soil physicochemica. properties were compa.ed a.ross va.ious a.tributes of the pla.ta.ions. Older pla.ta.ions a.cumula.ed more orga.ic ca.bon in the soils tha. the younger pla.ta.ions. Excessive remova. of litter from the forest floor resulted in reduced levels of N, P, K, a.d other nutrients in the soils. Since bulk density wa. continuously decrea.ing deeper into the soil, the penetra.ion of minera. nutrients into the soil wa. low. Furthermore, moisture content in the topsoil wa. significa.tly lower tha. tha. in the bottom la.ers due to the exposed a.d dry condition of the forest floor under tea. pla.ta.ions. For improving depleted tea. pla.ta.ion soils, tea. could be pla.ted with other tree species ra.her tha. just in monocultures. In a.dition, the forest floor could be enriched with leguminous herbs a.d shrubs to improve soil hea.th in these pla.ta.ions.

本研究旨在分析实施全面质量管理原则对在也门工作的国际和当地人道主义组织绩效的影响。此外,这项研究的目的是确认采用程度(TQM)维度,认识到在也门工作的国际和地方人道主义组织非政府组织的统筹协调表现。为收集研究假设的宗旨的数据进行问卷调查,这项研究包括也门国际和地方人道主义组织非政府组织的最高管理层。研究人员收到了总分布调查问卷的约(90.0%),调查问卷总数为(120)份。该研究表明,也门的国际和地方人道主义组织非政府组织感兴趣的是(TQM)方面,这些组织在不同的积极程度上采用了这些方面的大部分。该研究还得出结论,也门的国际和地方人道主义组织非政府组织对统筹协调的表现感兴趣,使各组织在统筹协调、工作人员、客户和社会的同意下努力发展和改进这一业绩。研究证明,在也门的国际和地方人道主义组织中,TQM的规模和组织绩效之间存在着统计意义。研究还总结了最重要的建议,例如提高对TQM维度的认识,让员工参与关于质量的决策,努力改进和重新设计买卖指示中的管理流程(流程再造),为客户提供更好的优质服务,应该存在有助于提供服务质量的灵活的管理系统,也提高对统筹协调性能的认识。

Pa.kinson’s Disea.e(PD).In a.dition,to improve the performa.ce of cla.sifica.ion,fea.ure selection methods ha.e been extensively used in ma.y *** pa.er a.ms to propose a.comprehensive a.proa.h to enha.ce the prediction of PD using severa. ma.hine lea.ning methods with different fea.ure selection methods such a. filter-ba.ed a.d *** da.a.et includes 240 recodes with 46 a.oustic fea.ures extra.ted from3 voice recording replica.ions for 80 *** experimenta. results showed improvements when wra.per-ba.ed fea.ures selection method wa. used with K-NN cla.sifier with a.cura.y of 88.33%.The best obta.ned results were compa.ed with other studies a.d it wa. found tha. this study provides compa.a.le a.d superior results.

However, potentia. problems rema.n, including priva.y brea.hes, imba.a.ces in pa.ment, a.d inequita.le *** shortcomings let devices relucta.tly contribute releva.t da.a.to, or even refuse to pa.ticipa.e in FL. Therefore, in the a.plica.ion of FL, a. importa.t but a.so cha.lenging issue is to motiva.e a. ma.y pa.ticipa.ts a. possible to provide high-qua.ity da.a.to FL. In this pa.er, we propose a. incentive mecha.ism for FL ba.ed on the continuous zero-determina.t(CZD) stra.egies from the perspective of ga.e theory. We first model the intera.tion between the server a.d the devices during the FL process a. a.continuous itera.ive ga.e. We then a.ply the CZD stra.egies for two pla.ers a.d then multiple pla.ers to optimize the socia. welfa.e of FL, for which we prove tha. the server ca. keep socia. welfa.e a. a.high a.d sta.le level. Subsequently, we design a. incentive mecha.ism ba.ed on the CZD stra.egies to a.tra.t devices to contribute a.l of their high-a.cura.y da.a.to ***, we perform simula.ions to demonstra.e tha. our proposed CZD-ba.ed incentive mecha.ism ca. indeed genera.e high a.d sta.le socia. welfa.e in FL.
