The prevalence of obesity has increased and is a health concern *** to the concerns regarding synthetic anti-obesity treatments,nowadays natural products become a *** studies proved that there is a potential to use marine algae as anti-obesity ***,in this study,the lipid inhibitory effect of crude polysaccharide of amyloglucosidase-assisted hydrolysate from Sargassum thunbergii(STAC)and its fucoidan fractions(STAFs)on 3T3-L1 cells and high-fat diet(HFD)-induced obese mice were *** to the results,the STAF3,showed the highest xylose content and exhibited significant inhibitory effects on lipid accumulation by downregulating adipogenic and lipogenic proteins in 3T3-L1 ***,oral supplementation with STAC significantly declined gain in body weight and fat weight,and serum lipid contents in an HFD-induced obesity mouse *** and chemical characterizations demonstrated that puritied STAF3 has consistent surface morphology and small particle size,with similar structural characteristics as commercial ***,these results indicate that STAC and purified STAF3 from Sargassum thunbergia is a potent source to develop as ananti-obesity agents or functional food products to counter obesity.

Imbalance of Circulating Follicular Regulatory and Follicular Helper T Cell Subpopulations Is Associated with Disease Progression and Serum CYFRA 21-1 Levels in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

We propose an ansatz without adjustable parameters for the calculation of a dynamical structure *** ansatz combines the quasi-particle Green’s function,especially the contribution from the renormalization factor,and the exchange-correlation kernel from time-dependent density functional theory together,verified for typical metals and semiconductors from a plasmon excitation regime to the Compton scattering *** has the capability to reconcile both small-angle and large-angle inelastic x-ray scattering(IXS)signals with muchimproved accuracy,which can be used as the theoretical base model,in inversely inferring electronic structures of condensed matter from IXS experimental signals *** may also be used to diagnose thermal parameters,such as temperature and density,of dense plasmas in x-ray Thomson scattering experiments.

Laser‑Induced and moF‑Derived Metal Oxide/Carbon Composite for Synergistically Improved Ethanol Sensing at Room temperature

Advancements in sensor technology have significantly enhanced atmospheric ***,metal oxide and carbon(mo_(x)/C)hybrids have gained attention for their exceptional sensitivity and room-temperature sensing ***,previous methods of synthesizing mo_(x)/C composites suffer from problems,including inhomogeneity,aggregation,and challenges in ***,we introduce a refined method that employs a metal–organic framework(moF)as a precursor combined with direct laser *** inherent structure of moFs ensures a uniform distribution of metal ions and organic linkers,yielding homogeneous mo_(x)/C *** laser processing facilitates precise micropatterning(mo_(x)/C *** optimized moF-derived mo_(x)/C sensor rapidly detected ethanol gas even at room temperature(105 and 18 s for response and recovery,respectively),with a broad range of sensing performance from 170 to 3,400 ppm and a high response value of up to 3,500%.Additionally,this sensor exhibited enhanced stability and thermal resilience compared to previous moF-based *** research opens up promising avenues for practical applications in moF-derived sensing devices.
