Background The aim of this study was to review current delivery room(DR)resuscitation intensity in Chinese tertiary neonatal intensive care units and to investigate the association between DR resuscitation intensity and short-term outcomes in preterm infants born at 24+0_31+6 weeks gestation age(GA).Methods This was a retrospective cross-sectional *** source population was infants born at 24+0_31+6 weeks'GA who were enrolled in the Chinese Neonatal Network 2019 *** infants were categorized into five groups:(1)regular care;(2)oxygen supplementation and/or continuous positive airway pressure(O2/CPAP);(3)mask ventilation;(4)endotracheal intubation;and(5)cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).The association between DR resuscitation and shortterm outcomes was evaluated by inverse propensity score-weighted logistic *** Of 7939 infants included in this cohort,2419(30.5%)received regular care,1994(25.1%)received O,/CPAP,1436(18.1%)received mask ventilation,1769(22.3%)received endotracheal intubation,and 321(4.0%)received CPR in the *** maternal age and maternal hypertension correlated with a higher need for resuscitation,and antenatal steroid use tended to be associated with a lower need for resuscitation(P<0.001).Severe brain impairment increased significantly with increasing amounts of resuscitation in DR after adjusting for perinatal *** strategies vary widely between centers,with over 50%of preterm infants in eight centers requiring higher intensity *** Increased intensity of DR interventions was associated with increased mortality and morbidities in very preterm infants in *** is wide variation in resuscitative approaches across delivery centers,and ongoing quality improvement to standardize resuscitation practices is needed.

蒸发皿蒸发量(E_(pan))是衡量大气蒸发需求的重要指标。基于物理模型对西双版纳热带植物园中热带雨林综合气象观测场(XTBG气象站)的气象资料进行分析,有助于提高我们对西双版纳热带雨林区域水文循环状况的认识。本文利用1959-2021年的观测资料,研究了E_(pan)的长期变化趋势,并进行了趋势检验、周期性评价和突变分析等相关分析。基于1979-2008年D20 E_(pan)数据和相关气象资料,利用Penman-Monteith和PenPan模型对E_(pan)进行模拟,采用偏微分归因法分析了影响E_(pan)的主导因素。研究结果表明,E_(pan)具有明显的周期变化,19 a为第一主周期。而且,西双版纳地区存在明显的‘蒸发悖论’现象。E_(pan)在1959-2008年和2009-2018年均呈下降趋势,其中1959-2008年下降幅度达到显著水平,为-3.404 mm·a^(-2)。通过对比分析,认为PenPan模型更适合用于模拟西双版纳地区的E_(pan)。为了确定影响E_(pan)的主要气象因子,选取了D20蒸发皿完整监测时期的数据(1979-2008)进行归因计算。太阳净辐射和饱和蒸汽压差的减小趋势可以有效抵消气温上升对E_(pan)的促进作用。因此,净辐射和饱和蒸汽压差的变化是西双版纳‘蒸发悖论’现象的主要触发因素。

To combat the crisis of today's synthetic polymers arising from unsustainable production and disposal,it is essential for the synthetic polymer community to reshape the current polymer industry with sustainable *** an emerging class of sustainable polymers,the development of chemically depolymerizable polymers(CDPs),which can undergo closed-loop depolymerization/repolymerization cycles to reproduce virgin polymers without the loss of properties from recovered monomers,offers an ideal solution to preserve finite natural resources,provides a feasible solution to the end-of-life issue of polymer waste,and thereby establishes a circular materials ***,two grand key challenges have been encountered in the establishment of practically useful CDPs:how to balance polymerization and depolymerization ability and how to unify conflicted depolymerizability and physical ***,this critical review article presents our vision for summarizing feasible strategies to overcome the above two significant challenges and the design principles for constructing an ideal CDP by highlighting selected major progress made in this rapidly expanding field.

Background Pesticide use contributes to national food security. The dissipation pathways and degradation mecha-nisms of pesticides have been widely studied and pesticide residues have remained a focus of public concern. How-ever, studies on the migration and transformation behaviors of pesticide residues in real-world greenhouse soils are insufficient. Therefore, in this study, we collected greenhouse soil from Shouguang, Shandong Province, and investi-gated the photodegradation and leaching of 17 common pesticides, which leave residues in the soil and are the most frequently used pesticides in Shouguang. The environmental behavior of pesticides in greenhouse soils will provide new information on pesticide residues in the real environment and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of pesticide pollution in greenhouse *** The photodegradation of trifloxystrobin followed a first-order kinetic equation, whereas those of emamec-tin benzoate, chlorantraniliprole, buprofezin, difenoconazole, pyraclostrobin, boscalid, tebuconazole, isoprothiolane, metalaxyl, and oxadixyl followed second-order kinetics. The half-lives of 17 pesticides under light and dark conditions ranged from 2.5–104(mean: 36.2) and 2.6–110(mean: 31.4) days, respectively. The half-lives of emamectin benzoate, pyraclostrobin, and metalaxyl in the light were 86.6%, 68.5%, and 94.5% of their half-lives in the dark, respectively. Chlorantraniliprole, metalaxyl, nitenpyram, diethofencarb, acetamiprid, carbendazim, and oxadixyl were leached to ≥ 90% in aqueous solution.
