A multi-relaxation-time discrete Boltzmann model(DBM) with split collision is proposed for both subsonic and supersonic compressible reacting flows, where chemical reactions take place among various components. The physical model is based on a unified set of discrete Boltzmann equations that describes the evolution of each chemical species with adjustable acceleration, specific heat ratio, and prandtl number. On the right-hand side of discrete Boltzmann equations, the collision,force, and reaction terms denote the change rates of distribution functions due to self-and crosscollisions, external forces, and chemical reactions, respectively. The source terms can be calculated in three ways, among which the matrix inversion method possesses the highest physical accuracy and computational efficiency. Through Chapman-Enskog analysis, it is proved that the DBM is consistent with the reactive Navier-Stokes equations, Fick's law and the Stefan-Maxwell diffusion equation in the hydrodynamic limit. Compared with the one-step-relaxation model, the split collision model offers a detailed and precise description of hydrodynamic, thermodynamic, and chemical nonequilibrium effects. Finally, the model is validated by six benchmarks, including multicomponent diffusion, mixture in the force field, Kelvin-Helmholtz instability, flame at constant pressure, opposing chemical reaction, and steady detonation.

Combination immunotherapy has shown promising potential for enhancing the objective response rate compared to immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)***,combination therapy with multi-drugs is limited by the different properties of the agents and inconsistent synergistic targeted ***,based on a universal triterpene template and the anticancer active agent ursolic acid(UA),a cytomembrane-coated biomimetic delivery nanoplatform(Ur@M)prepared by the selfassembly of a pD-L1 targeted CrISpr/Cas9 system and UA was designed for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)***@M showed enhanced tumor accumulation in vivo with homologous tumor targeting,and CrISpr in the nanosystem exhibited potent gene-editing efficiency of 76.53% in vitro and 62.42% in vivo with no off-target *** activated the natural immune system through the TLr-2-MyD88-TrAF6 pathway,which synergistically enhanced the proliferation of natural killer cells and dendritic cells and realized excellent immune cytotoxic T cell infiltration by combining with the ICB of *** strategy of work along both lines based on innate immune and adaptive immunity displayed a significant effect in tumor ***,the UA-templated strategy“killed three birds with one stone”by establishing a self-assembly nanosystem,inducing tumor cell death,and promoting synergistic immunostimulation for HCC treatment.

reinforcement learning(rL) interacts with the environment to solve sequential decision-making problems via a trial-and-error approach. Errors are always undesirable in real-world applications, even though rL excels at playing complex video games that permit several trial-and-error attempts. To improve sample efficiency and thus reduce errors, model-based reinforcement learning(MBrL) is believed to be a promising direction, as it constructs environment models in which trial-and-errors can occur without incurring actual costs. In this survey, we investigate MBrL with a particular focus on the recent advancements in deep rL. There is a generalization error between the learned model of a non-tabular environment and the actual environment. Consequently, it is crucial to analyze the disparity between policy training in the environment model and that in the actual environment, guiding algorithm design for improved model learning, model utilization, and policy training. In addition, we discuss the recent developments of model-based techniques in other forms of rL, such as offline rL, goal-conditioned rL, multi-agent rL, and meta-rL. Furthermore,we discuss the applicability and benefits of MBrL for real-world tasks. Finally, this survey concludes with a discussion of the promising future development prospects for MBrL. We believe that MBrL has great unrealized potential and benefits in real-world applications, and we hope this survey will encourage additional research on MBrL.

The inflammasome is a multiprotein complex involved in innate immunity that mediates the inflammatory response leading to pyroptosis,which is a lytic,inflammatory form of cell *** is accumulating evidence that nucleotide-binding domain and leucine-rich repeat pyrin domain containing 3(NLrp3)inflammasome-mediated microglial pyroptosis and NLrp1 inflammasome-mediated neuronal pyroptosis in the brain are closely associated with the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s *** this review,we summarize the possible pathogenic mechanisms of Alzheimer’s disease,focusing on *** also describe the structures of NLrp3 and NLrp1 and the role their activation plays in Alzheimer’s ***,we examine the neuroprotective activity of small-molecule inhibitors,endogenous inhibitor proteins,microrNAs,and natural bioactive molecules that target NLrp3 and NLrp1,based on the rationale that inhibiting NLrp3 and NLrp1 inflammasome-mediated pyroptosis can be an effective therapeutic strategy for Alzheimer’s disease.

AIM: To determine the frequencies of HGV and TTV infections in blood donors in hangzhou. METHODS: rT-nested pCr for HGV rNA detection and semi-nested pCr for TTV DNA detection in the sera from 203 blood donors, and nucleotide sequence analysis were performed. rESULTS: Thirty-two (15.8%) and 30 (14.8%) of the 203 serum samples were positive for HGV rNA and TTV DNA, respectively. And 5 (2.5%) of the 203 serum samples were detectable for both HGV rNA and TTV DNA. Homology of the nucleotide sequences of HGV rT-nested pCr products and TTV semi-nested pCr products from 3 serum samples compared with the reported HGV and TTV sequences was 89.36%, 87.94%, 88.65% and 63.51%, 65.77% and 67.12%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The infection rates of HGV and/or TTV in blood donors are relatively high, and to establish HGV and TTV examinations to screen blood donors is needed for transfusion security. The genomic heterogeneity of TTV or HGV is present in the isolates from different areas.

The shape of unperturbed polymer chains was studied using the Monte Carlo technique on a tetrahedral lattice. The asphericity A, the ratios / and / were calculated for different Values of polymer chain length n, conformational energy epsilon (epsilon greater than or equal to 0) and temperature T. The asphericity A decreases with the increase of chain length and tends to reach its limiting value rapidly with the decrease of gamma (gamma = epsilon/k(B)T). For large n, A is about 0.525 +/- 0.005, the ratios / and / are about 2.7 and 12.0, respectively, and are almost independent of gamma, but for short chains, they depend on gamma.

Aim:N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors(NMDAr)are heteromeric complexes pri-marily assembled from Nr1 and Nr2 *** normal conditions,Nr2 sub-units assemble into homodimers in the endoplasmic reticulum(Er).Thesehomodimers remain in the Er until they coassemble with Nr1 dimers and aretrafficked to the cell ***,it still remains unclear whether functionalhomomeric NMDAr exist in physiological or pathological ***:We transfected GFp-Nr2A alone into HEK293 cells,treated the cells with pKCactivator 12-myristate-13 acetate(pMA),and then detected surface Nr2A sub-units with a live cell immunostaining *** also used a series of Nr2Amutants with a partial deletion of its C-terminus to identify the regions that areinvolved in the pMA-mediated surface expression of Nr2A ***:Nr2A subunits were expressed on the cell membrane after incubation with pMA(200 nmol/L,30 min),although no functional NMDA channels were detected afterpMA-induced membrane *** with an Er marker alsorevealed that Nr2A subunits were exported from the Er after pMA ***,the deletion of amino acids between 1149-1347 or 1354-1464 ofNr2A inhibited pMA-induced surface expression ofNr2A ***:First,our data suggests that pMA treatment can induce the surface expression ofhomomeric Nr2A ***,this process is probably mediated bythe Nr2A C-terminal region between positions 1149 and 1464.
