The world produces vast quantities of high-dimensional multi-semantic data. However, extracting valuable information fromsuch a largeamount of high-dimensional andmulti-label data is undoubtedly arduous and challenging. Feature selection aims to mitigate the adverse impacts of high dimensionality in multi-label data by eliminating redundant and irrelevant features. The ant colony optimization algorithmhas demonstrated encouraging outcomes in multi-label feature selection, because of its simplicity, efficiency, and similarity to reinforcement learning. Nevertheless, existing methods do not consider crucial correlation information, such as dynamic redundancy and label correlation. To tackle these concerns, the paper proposes a multi-label feature selection technique based on ant colony optimization algorithm (MFACO), focusing on dynamic redundancy and label correlation. Initially, the dynamic redundancy is assessed between the selected feature subset and potential ***, the ant colony optimization algorithmextracts label correlation fromthe label set,which is then combined into the heuristic factor as label weights. Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed strategies can effectively enhance the optimal search ability of ant colony, outperforming the other algorithms involved in the paper. © 2024 The Authors. Surface engineering and Cu valence regulation are essential factors in improving the C_(2)selectivity during the electrochemical reduction of CO_(2).Herein,we present a sea urchin-like CuO/Cu_(2)O catalyst derived from rhombic dodecahedra Cu_(2)O through one-step oxidation/etching method where the mixed Cu^(+)/Cu^(0)states are formed via in situ reduction during *** combined effects of the morphology and the mixed Cu^(+)/Cu^(0)states on C–C coupling are evaluated by the Faradaic efficiency of C_(2)and the C_(2)/C1 ratio obtained in an H-cell.R-Cu^(O)/Cu_(2)O exhibited 49.5%Faradaic efficiency of C_(2)with a C_(2)/C1 ratio of 3.1 at−1.4 V *** hydrogen electrode,which are 1.5 and 3.2 times higher than those of R-Cu_(2)O,*** a flow-cell,68.0%Faradaic efficiency of C_(2)is achieved at a current density of 500 mA·cm^(−2).The formation of the mixed Cu^(+)/Cu^(0)states was confirmed by in situ Raman ***,the sea urchin-like structure provides more active sites and enables faster electron *** a result,the excellent C_(2)production on R-CuO/Cu_(2)O is primarily attributed to the synergistic effects of the sea urchin-like structure and the stable mixed Cu^(+)/Cu^(0)***,this work presents an integrated strategy for developing Cu-based electrocatalysts for C_(2)production through electrochemical CO_(2)reduction.

Carbon emissions associated with buildings are a major source of urban emissions. To put forward the methods and strategies to curb carbon emissions from urban building stock, it is not only necessary to establish a carbon emission calculation method for fine statistical analysis, but also to evaluate carbon emissions of urban planning schemes with applicable indexes. Currently,researches mainly focus on carbon emissions of individual buildings. When expanded to urban building stock, the calculation faces the lack of basic data, inadequate spatial analysis and unspecific carbon reduction indexes. Therefore, this study proposes a bottom-up calculation method for urban building stock, conducts spatial analysis based on carbon balance of urban grids, reveals the coupling mechanism between urban carbon reduction indexes and grid carbon emissions, and systematically establishes a carbon-reduction-oriented urban planning method that comprises calculation, analysis and evaluation, which is applied to Xi'an,China. This study provides a theoretical reference for cities to formulate carbon reduction targets and implement planning strategies by evaluating and predicting carbon emissions from urban building stock.

High voltage is necessary for high energy lithium-ion batteries but difficult to achieve because of the highly deteriorated cyclability of the batteries.A novel strategy is developed to extend cyclability of a high voltage lithium-ion battery,LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_(4)/Graphite(LNMO/Graphite)cell,which emphasizes a rational design of an electrolyte additive that can effectively construct protective interphases on anode and cathode and highly eliminate the effect of hydrogen fluoride(HF).5-Trifluoromethylpyridine-trime thyl lithium borate(LTFMP-TMB),is synthesized,featuring with *** anion TFMPTMB-tends to be enriched on cathode and can be preferentially oxidized yielding TMB and radical TFMP-.Both TMB and radical TFMP can combine HF and thus eliminate the detrimental effect of HF on cathode,while the TMB dragged on cathode thus takes a preferential oxidation and constructs a protective cathode *** the other hand,LTFMP-TMB is preferentially reduced on anode and constructs a protective anode ***,a small amount of LTFMP-TMB(0.2%)in 1.0 M LiPF6in EC/DEC/EMC(3/2/5,wt%)results in a highly improved cyclability of LNMO/Graphite cell,with the capacity retention enhanced from 52%to 80%after 150 cycles at 0.5 C between 3.5 and 4.8 *** as-developed strategy provides a model of designing electrolyte additives for improving cyclability of high voltage batteries.

The Association between GLP-1 Receptor-Based Agonists and the Incidence of Asthma in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and/or Obesity:A Meta-Analysis

Objective Recent studies have indicated potential anti-inflammatory effects of glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists(GLP-1RAs)on asthma,which is often comorbid with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and ***,we conducted a meta-analysis to assess the association between the administration of glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)receptor-based agonists and the incidence of asthma in patients with T2DM and/or *** PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,and *** were systematically searched from inception to July *** controlled trials(RCTs)of GLP-1 receptor-based agonists(GLP-1RA,GLP-1 based dual and triple receptor agonist)with reports of asthma events were *** were computed as risk ratios(RR)using a fixedeffects *** Overall,39 RCTs with a total of 85,755 participants were *** to non-GLP-1 receptor-based agonist users,a trend of reduced risk of asthma was observed in patients with T2DM or obesity using GLP-1 receptor-based agonist treatments,although the difference was not statistically significant[RR=0.91,95%confidence interval(CI):0.68 to 1.24].Further Subgroup analyses indicated that the use of light-molecular-weight GLP-1RAs might be associated with a reduced the risk of asthma when compared with non-users(RR=0.65,95%CI:0.43 to 0.99,P=0.043).We also performed sensitivity analyses for participant characteristics,study design,drug structure,duration of action,and drug ***,no significant associations were *** Compared with non-users,a modest reduction in the incidence of asthma was observed in patients with T2DM or obesity using GLP-1 receptor-based agonist *** investigations are warranted to assess the association between GLP-1 receptor-based agonists and the risk of asthma.

Drug transporters are essential players in the transmembrane transport of a wide variety of clinical *** broad substrate spectra and versatile distribution pattern of these membrane proteins infer their pharmacological and clinical *** our accumulating knowledge on the three-dimensional structure of drug transporters,their oligomerization status has become a topic of intense study due to the possible functional roles carried out by such kind of post-translational modification(PTM).In-depth studies of oligomeric complexes formed among drug transporters as well as their interactions with other regulatory proteins can help us better understand the regulatory mechanisms of these membrane proteins,provide clues for the development of novel drugs,and improve the therapeutic *** this review,we describe different oligomerization forms as well as their structural basis of major drug transporters in the ATP-binding cassette and solute carrier superfamilies,summarize our current knowledge on the influence of oligomerization for protein expression level and transport function of these membrane proteins,and discuss the regulatory mechanisms of ***,we highlight the challenges associated with the current oligomerization studies and propose some thoughts on the pharmaceutical application of this important drug transporter PTM.

Magnesium oxysulfate(MOS)whiskers are commonly synthesized through a dissolution-precipitation mechanism,wherein Mg(OH)_(2)dissolves to form Mg(OH)64−,followed by reactions with SO_(4)^(2−)and H_(2)O to yield MOS ***,the impact of Mg(OH)_(2)precursor properties on the formation process of MOS whiskers has been insufficiently explored,and sector-like and needle-like morphologies were both observed in previous *** this study,we systematically investigated how the properties of Mg(OH)_(2)precursors influenced the crystalline structure and morphology of MOS *** various experimental conditions,MgSO_(4)·5Mg(OH)_(2)·2H_(2)O(152MOS)whiskers were consistently obtained,regardless of Mg(OH)_(2)morphology and *** size of Mg(OH)_(2)emerged as a critical factor in shaping the morphology of 152MOS ***-sized Mg(OH)_(2)(≤106±37 nm)favored the formation of sector-like whiskers,while larger-sized Mg(OH)_(2)(≥206±98 nm)encouraged the development of needle-like *** distinction was attributed to the slower dissolution rate exhibited by larger-sized Mg(OH)_(2),maintaining a smaller number of 152MOS nuclei and promoting the growth of needle-like whiskers instead of the aggregation of 152MOS nuclei into sector-like *** addition,the effects of the molar ratio of Mg^(2+)to SO_(4)^(2−)and hydrothermal temperature were also *** average length and diameter of the needle-like whiskers prepared with Mg(OH)_(2)of 331±145 nm under optimized conditions were 77±32 and 0.39±0.10μm,*** study presented an effective strategy for controlling the morphology of 152MOS whiskers.
