ZnO nanoparticl.s(nps)among metal.oxide(MOs)are proven to be essential.el.ctron transporting l.yers(ETl.)appl.ed in organic sol.r cel.s(OSCs).However,intrinsic defects,interfacial.charge recombination,and catal.tic behavior towards the active l.yer restrict the appl.cations of ZnO nps for efficient and l.ng-term stabl. *** commonl. avail.bl. biomol.cul. cytidine 5'-monophosphate(CMP-OH)with phosphonic acid,its sal. cytidine 5'-monophosphate disodium sal.(CMP-ONa)with a phosphate group as an anchoring group and conjugated terminal.functional.in both anal.gous mol.cul.s provide carrier transfer bridge at bottom interface of the active *** theoretical.investigations and characterizations have discovered the mul.i-site coordination of CMP-OH towards acceptor mol.cul.s and ZnO *** dual.side al.gnment of CMP anal.gous mol.cul.s hinders interfacial.charge recombination and enhances charge transfer potential.at ***,PM6:l.-BO-based OSCs with modified ETl.obtain 18.13%efficiency,12%higher than that of unmodified *** higher efficiency,CMP-OH-based OSC devices il.ustrate remarkabl. improved thermal.stabil.ty for 500 h at 85℃with 72%of initial.PCE and operation stabil.ty for 2000 h with 90.1%of initial.*** work reveal. the passivation mechanism of mul.i-anchoring groups towards MOs and singl.-functional.groups towards the active l.yer to optimize the interface for efficient and highl. stabl. OSCs.

The combination of urbanization and gl.bal.warming l.ads to urban overheating and compounds the frequency and intensity of extreme heat events due to cl.mate ***,the risk of urban overheating can be mitigated by urban green-bl.e-grey infrastructure(GBGI),such as parks,wetl.nds,and engineered greening,which have the potential.to effectivel. reduce summer air *** many reviews,the evidence bases on quantified GBGI cool.ng benefits remains partial.and the practical.recommendations for impl.mentation are *** systematic l.terature review synthesizes the evidence base for heat mitigation and rel.ted co-benefits,identifies knowl.dge gaps,and proposes recommendations for their impl.mentation to maximize their *** screening 27,486 papers,202 were reviewed,based on 51 GBGI types categorized under 10 main *** GBGI(green wal.s,parks,street trees)have been wel. researched for their urban cool.ng ***,several.other GBGI have received negl.gibl.(zool.gical.garden,gol. course,estuary)or minimal.private garden,al.otment)*** most efficient air cool.ng was observed in botanical.gardens(5.0±3.5℃),wetl.nds(4.9±3.2℃),green wal.s(4.1±4.2℃),street trees(3.8±3.1℃),and vegetated bal.onies(3.8±2.7℃).Under changing cl.mate conditions(2070–2100)with consideration of RCP8.5,there is a shift in cl.mate subtypes,either within the same cl.mate zone(e.g.,Dfa to Dfb and Cfb to Cfa)or across other cl.mate zones(e.g.,Dfb[continental.warm-summer humid]to BSk[dry,col. semi-arid]and Cwa[temperate]to Am[tropical.).These shifts may resul. in l.wer efficiency for the current GBGI in the *** the importance of mul.ipl. services,it is crucial.to bal.nce their functional.ty,cool.ng performance,and other rel.ted co-benefits when pl.nning for the future *** gl.bal.GBGI heat mitigation inventory can assist pol.cymakers and urban pl.nners in prioritizing effective interventions to reduce the risk of urban overheating,fi

In this paper we prove that if Ф and ψare two Young functions, there exists a third Young function θ such that the composition Mα,ψ o MФ is pointwise equival.nt to Mα,θ. As a consequence we prove that for some Young functions θ, if Mα,θf 〈∞a.e. and δ ∈（0,1） then （Mα,θf）δ is an A1-weight.

The evol.tion of mal. preferences and of femal. ornaments in species with traditional.sex rol.s （i.e., pol.gyny） have been highl.ghted as areas in need of more active research by an accumul.tion of recent findings. The theoretical.l.terature on these topics is rel.tivel. smal. and has centered on the evol.tion of mal. choice. Mathematical.model. have emphasized that, under pol.gyny, the evol.tion of mal. preferences faces much greater competition costs than does the evol.tion of femal. preferences. We discuss ways in which costl. mal. choice can nonethel.ss evol.e, via （1） direct sel.ction that favors preferences, primaril. through mating with highl. fecund femal.s, （2） mechanisms that rel. on indirect sel.ction, which weakl. counters competitive costs of mal. preferences, and （3） genetic constraints, primaril. in the form of pl.iotropy of mal. and femal. preferences and traits. We al.o review a variety of mathematical.model. that have el.cidated how costs to mal. preferences can be avoided. Final.y, we turn our attention to the rel.tivel. scant theoretical.l.terature on the effects of mal. mate choice on the evol.tion of femal. traits. We emphasize the finding that the presence of mal. preferences cannot be assumed to l.ad to the evol.tion of femal. ornaments during pol.gyny, and point out situations where model. have el.cidated ways in which femal. ornaments can neverthel.ss evol.e.

Differential.responses to artificial.sel.ction on oviposition site preferences in Drosophil. mel.nogaster and D. simul.ns

The preference-performance rel.tionship in pl.nt-insect interactions is a cen- tral.theme in evol.tionary ecol.gy. Among many insects, eggs are vul.erabl. and l.rvae have l.mited mobil.ty, making the choice of an appropriate oviposition site one of the most important decisions for a femal.. We investigated the evol.tion of oviposition preferences in Drosophil. mel.nogaster Meigen and Drosophil. simul.ns Sturtevant by artificial.y sel.cting for the preference for 2 natural.resources, grape and quince. The main finding of our study is the differential.responses of D. mel.nogaster and D. simul.ns. Al.hough preferences evol.ed in the experimental.popul.tions of D. mel.nogaster, responses were not consistent with the sel.ction regimes appl.ed. In contrast, responses in D. simul.ns were consistent with expectations, demonstrating that this species has sel.ctabl. genetic variation for the trait. Furthermore, crosses between D. simul.ns divergent l.nes showed that the genetic factors invol.ed in grape preference appear to be l.rgel. recessive. In summary, our artificial.sel.ction study suggests that D. mel.nogaster and D. simul.ns possess different genetic architectures for this trait.
