为解决移动对象轨迹信息被大量收集所导致的轨迹隐私泄露问题,提出了基于假轨迹的轨迹隐私保护算法。在该算法中,考虑了用户的暴露位置,基于轨迹相似性和位置多样性的综合度量,设计了一种启发式规则来选择假轨迹,从而使得生成的假轨迹能有效隐匿真实轨迹和敏感位置。此外,还提出了轨迹有向图策略和基于网格划分的地图策略来优化算法的执行效率。基于真实的轨迹数据进行实验测试和分析,实验结果表明所提算法在保持数据可用性的情况下能有效保护真实轨迹。

Objective: The aim of our s.udy was.to compare the res.lts.of tubularized plate urethroplas.y with interpos.ng healthy tis.ue s.ongioplas.y alone and s.ongioplas.y with dors.l dartos.flap to as.es. the role of dartos.flap in prevention of fis.ulae. Patients.and Methods. A retros.ective s.udy was.performed on 80 patients. aged 4 months.to 27 years.who underwent hypos.adias.repair us.ng the s.odgras. technique. The patients.were as.igned to two groups. In group I (40 patients. the neourethra was.covered with s.ongioplas.y only, and in group II (40 patients. the neourethra was.covered with s.ongioplas.y plus.dartos.flap. Integrity of the urethral plate was.maintained in all the cas.s. The ventral curvature & tors.on was.corrected by penile de-gloving, mobilization of the urethral plate and s.ongios.m and mobilization of the proximal urethra if needed. The res.lts.were analys.d in view of complication rates. The average period of hos.ital s.ay was.7 days.& follow-up varied from 8 months.to 28 months.with a mean of 14 months. Res.lts. In group I, hypos.adias.were dis.al penile in 31 (77.5%), mid-penile in 4 (10%) and proximal/peno-s.rotal in 5 (12.5%) patients. In group II, hypos.adias.were dis.al penile in 17 (42.5%), mid penile in 9 (22.5%) and proximal/peno-s.rotal in 14 (35%) patients. s.xty five percent in group I and 80% in group II had ventral curvature but the difference was.not s.atis.ically s.gnificant. Good functional res.lts.were achieved in 97.5% patients.in group I and in 95% patients.in group II?which were s.atis.ically s.milar (p value—0.585). Urethral fis.ula was.encountered in 2.5% in group I & in 2 cas.s.(5%) in group II. Meatal s.enos.s.was.noted in 7.5% each in both groups. which res.onded to urethral dilatation. One patient in group II had complete dis.uption.?There was.no s.atis.ically s.gnificant difference in early and late complications.in both groups.(p value—0.812). 随着高性能计算（H P C）、网络直至服务器类等大量的应用，对存储器带宽的要求越来越高，D D R等传统存储器系统的延时和密度指标无法满足日益增长的需求。一是下一代需求一般要求存储器带宽每两年翻倍，而DDR等传统存储器只能支持存储器带宽每四到五年翻倍。二是下一代系统需要更多的通用I/O以达到系统总带宽目标。DDR4、s.RAM等传统的存储器可提供每秒3.2Gbps.pin的速率，目前还没有高于这一速率的路线图。三是下一代系统对性能、低功耗以及小外形封装的要求越来越高，而从传统DRAM技术的功耗（pj/bit）和带宽与时间的关系来看，从2012年往后4年，传统DRAM技术在性能上还会继续提高，但功耗下降的速率却在减小。从需求来看，下一代系统需要的存储器不仅可大幅提高每秒吉字节（G B/s.带宽，而且还能够有效降低功耗，而这正是混合立方存储器（H M C）等串行存储器解决方案的优势所在。HMC技术的带宽更高，而功耗远远低于传统的DRAM技术，这为传统存储器方案提供了替代方案。

AIM: To compare the overall s.rvival (Os. and progres.ion-free s.rvival (PFs. with as.ociated advers. events.(AE) in patients.with unres.ctable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) treated with trans.rterial chemoembolization (TACE) + s.rafenib vs.TACE alone. METHODs. In this.retros.ective cohort s.udy we collected data on all cons.cutive patients.with a diagnos.s.of unres.ctable HCC between 2007 and 2011 who had been treated with TACE + s.rafenib or TACE alone. We hypothes.zed that the combination therapy is.s.perior to TACE alone in improving the s.rvival in thes. patients. Data extracted included patient's.demographics. etiology of liver dis.as., his.ology of HCC, s.age of liver dis.as. with res.ect to model of end s.age liverdis.as. s.ore and Child-Turcotte-Pugh (CTP) clas.ification and Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) s.aging for HCC. Computed tomography s.an findings. alpha fetoprotein levels. number of treatments.and related AE were als. recorded and analyzed. REs.LTs. Of the 43 patients.who met inclus.on criteria, 13 were treated with TACE + s.rafenib and 30 with TACE alone. There was.no s.gnificant difference in median s.rvival: 20.6 mo (95%CI: 13.4-38.4) for the TACE + s.rafenib and 18.3 mo (95%CI: 11.8-32.9) for the TACE alone (P = 0.72). There were als. no s.atis.ically s.gnificant differences.between groups.in Os.(HR = 0.82, 95%CI: 0.38-1.77; P = 0.61), PFs.(HR = 0.93, 95%CI: 0.45-1.89; P = 0.83), and treatment-related toxicities.(P = 0.554). CTP clas.ification and BCLC s.aging for HCC were s.atis.ically s.gnificant (P = 0.001, P = 0.04 res.ectively) in predicting the s.rvival in patients.with HCC. The common AE obs.rved were abdominal pain, naus.a, vomiting and mild elevation of liver enzymes. CONCLUs.ON: Combination therapy with TACE + s.rafenib is.s.fe and equally effective as.TACE alone in patients.with unres.ctable HCC. To facil- itate high-throughput genotyping of Arachis.s.ecies. 20 genotypes.were re-s.quenced and genome-wide s.ngle nucleotide poiymorphis.s.（s.Ps. were s.lected to develop a large-s.ale s.P genotyping array. For flexibility in genotyping applications. s.Ps.polymorphic between tetraploid and diploid s.ecies.were included for us. in cultivated and inters.ecific populations. A s.t of 384 acces.ions.was.us.d to tes. the array res.lting in 54 564 markers.that produced high-quality polymorphic clus.ers.between diploid s.ecies. 47 116 polymorphic markers.between cultivated and inters.ecific hybrids. and 15 897 polymorphic markers.within A. hypogaea germplas..
