节瘤拟杆菌是羊腐蹄病的主要致病因子,它能产生细胞外蛋白酶。本文所报道的是其中的一种蛋白酶(40 kDa)基因的亚克隆、在大肠杆菌中的高效表达以及 N-末端多肽序列。用Sphl+Scal 酶切原克隆(插入片段约为15kb),鸟枪法克隆于 pTZ18R 载体,用免疫学方法筛选其亚克隆文库,并用 SDS/聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测其表达。然后纯化其亚克隆 DNA 片段,用Sau3AI 消化,克隆于 pKK_(?)启动子选择载体,进行启动子的分离和分析。用分光光度计方法定量测定 CAT(氯霉素乙酰转移酶)活性,从而确定其启动子的强弱。

Given the perennial incidence of thermal discomfort, health issues, as well as energy costs associated with naturally ventilated classrooms in Yola, the study aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of classroom designs for natural ventilation comfort by examining the effects of six architectural design variables—size and position of openings, form of buildings, orientation of buildings, site planning, topography, and physical features, on the ventilation coefficients of 61 classrooms selected from nine stratified clusters in Yola, Adamawa State, Nigeria. Data were analyzed using percentages, ratios, means as well as standard deviation, and then sorted in groups using tables. The study revealed that the form and orientation of the classroom-buildings, as well as topography, site planning and other physical features, have no significant effect on ventilation coefficient. In addition, a new mean ventilation coefficient was obtained in ten classrooms against an earlier claim that ventilation coefficient cannot exceed a fixed average regardless of the ratio of wall opening to floor area.

The reality of global warming must have been settled by now while the incidence of same has in very recent times adopted unprecedented dimensions. The global community continues to look for ways to combat the impact of climate change and technology is looked upon to deliver the innovations that would ensure a better tomorrow today. Rapid advancement of Information Technology (IT), is now transforming the way we create and interact with the built environment with the notion of Intelligent Buildings (IBs) underscoring its main features. However, these IBs utilize systems that require energy, and fossil fuels are currently the world’s primary energy sources;they can also irreparably harm the environment, exacerbating climate change. What then is the true essence of IBs? This paper, through review of existing literature, attempts to explore some issues associated with the conceptualization of IBs, highlighting how they are similar with other notional options that deliver the same benefits but without the needed IT systems or the energy required in running them. It also discusses the need to focus on less energy demanding and management approaches at design or occupancy of buildings as a way to reduce the demand and thus consumption of fossil fuels across the world.

Stir casting was used to produce AA6061/15%TiC （mass fraction） aluminum matrix composites （AMCs）. An empirical relationship was developed to predict the effect of stir casting parameters on the ultimate tensile strength （UTS） of AA6061/TiC AMCs. A central composite rotatable design consisting of four factors and five levels was used to minimize the number of experiments, i.e., castings. The factors considered were stirring speed, stirring time, blade angle and casting temperature. The effect of those factors on the UTS of AA6061/TiC AMCs was derived using the developed empirical relationship and elucidated using microstructural characterization. Each factor significantly influenced the UTS. The variation in the UTS was attributed to porosity content, cluster formation, segregation of TiC particles at the grain boundaries and homogenous distribution in the aluminum matrix.

Presently,customer retention is essential for reducing customer churn in telecommunication *** churn prediction(CCP)is important to predict the possibility of customer retention in the quality of *** risks of customer churn also get essential,the rise of machine learning(ML)models can be employed to investigate the characteristics of customer ***,deep learning(DL)models help in prediction of the customer behavior based characteristic *** the DL models necessitate hyperparameter modelling and effort,the process is difficult for research communities and business *** this view,this study designs an optimal deep canonically correlated autoencoder based prediction(ODCCAEP)model for competitive customer dependent application *** addition,the O-DCCAEP method purposes for determining the churning nature of the *** O-DCCAEP technique encompasses preprocessing,classification,and hyperparameter ***,the DCCAE model is employed to classify the churners or ***,the hyperparameter optimization of the DCCAE technique occurs utilizing the deer hunting optimization algorithm(DHOA).The experimental evaluation of the O-DCCAEP technique is carried out against an own dataset and the outcomes highlighted the betterment of the presented O-DCCAEP approach on existing approaches.

In this paper,we propose a novel secure image communication system that integrates quantum key distribution and hyperchaotic encryption techniques to ensure enhanced security for both key distribution and plaintext ***,we leverage the B92 Quantum Key Distribution(QKD)protocol to secure the distribution of encryption keys,which are further processed through Galois Field(GF(28))operations for increased *** encrypted plaintext is secured using a newly developed Hyper 3D Logistic Map(H3LM),a chaotic system that generates complex and unpredictable sequences,thereby ensuring strong confusion and diffusion in the encryption *** hybrid approach offers a robust defense against quantum and classical cryptographic attacks,combining the advantages of quantum-level key distribution with the unpredictability of hyperchaos-based *** proposed method demonstrates high sensitivity to key changes and resilience to noise,compression,and cropping attacks,ensuring both secure key transmission and robust image encryption.

Background:The Livelihood Empowerment against Poverty(LEAP)programme in Ghana as part of its beneficiary programme,identifies the poor/indigents for exemptions from premium payments in the National Health Insurance Scheme(NHIS).This paper sought to understand community perceptions of enrolling the poor in the NHIS through LEAP in order to inform ***:The study adopted a descriptive cross-sectional study design by using a qualitative *** study was conducted in three geographical regions of Ghana:Greater Accra,Brong-Ahafo and Northern region representing the three ecological zones of Ghana between October 2017 and February *** study population included community members,health workers,NHIS staff and social welfare officers/social development ***-one in-depth interviews and 23 Focus Group Discussions were conducted across the three *** were analysed thematically and verbatim quotes from participants were used to support the views of ***:The study shows that participants were aware of the existence of LEAP and its *** was,however,a general belief that the process of LEAP had been politicized and therefore favours only people who were sympathizers of the ruling government as they got enrolled into the *** held the view that the process of selecting beneficiaries lacked transparency,thus,they were not satisfied with the selection ***,the study shows the ability of the community to identify the *** study reports varying concepts of poverty and its identification across the three ecological zones of ***:There is a general perception of politicization and lack of transparency of the selection of the poor into the NHIS through the LEAP programme in ***-based approaches in the selection of the indigent are recommended to safeguard the NHIS-LEAP beneficiary process.

The Bloch NMR as an analytical tool was able to address the fundamental features in the learning of spintronics. Beside confirming past assertions on the Rashba spin-orbit interaction, thermal motion of hole and electron spin and features of the quantum well, it was also able to explain the condition necessary for Rashba splitting within the quantum well. When the Rashba energy is 43 meV, it modified the Ehrenfest’s theorem to hold for an external magnetic field. The confinement potential which is the strength of the Rashba spin-orbit interaction was shown to be controlled magnetically.
