A novel electrochemical multicomponent cascade reaction of indole-tethered alkenes with CF_(3)SO_(2)Na and n-BuaNI has been developed,which enables the rapid assembly of spiropyrrolidinyl-oxindoles in good *** experimental results and DFT calculations suggest that this reaction proceeds through the oxidation of CF_(3)SO_(2)Na,radical coupling with alkene,spirocyclization,oxidation of sulfinate,iodide substitution,and water *** strategy features mild reaction conditions,easy-to-handle reactants,and good chemical *** finding not only enriches the research contents of indole-tethered alkenes but also provides a green strategy for the construction of spiropyrrolidinyl-oxindoles compared with the existing methodologies.

Tetrahydro-y-carbolines(THyCs)constitute one of the most important subtypes of indole *** addition to being substructures of natural products,these structural motifs and moieties can often be found in pharmaceuticals due to their diverse bioactivities such as antiviral,antibacterial,antifungal,antiparasitic,antitumor,anti-inflammatory,and neuropharmacological *** the pharmacological and biological aspects of these scaffolds,they have considerable synthetic applications for the construction of further bioactive compounds,*** aim of this review is to summarize recent developments in the synthesis of this compound class.

Electroorganic synthesis is an emerging area of high impact research in organic chemistry, which is considered as one of the green and efficient methods and attracts growing research attention. In this review, we summarized comprehensively the recent literature reports on the electrochemical oxidative difunctionalization of unsaturated C—C bonds. The reaction types described in this review included electrochemical intermolecular cyclization, electrochemical intramolecular cyclization, and electrochemical difunctionalization of alkenes/alkynes. This review focuses on the discussion of its synthetic generality for the preparation of functionalized compounds and the related electrochemical oxidative reaction mechanism.

An efficient direct asymmetric aldol reaction with zinc triflate and prolinamides as combined catalysts is reported.A series of chiral prolinamides have been designed and used in the direct aldol reaction resulting in the desired products with excellent yields(up to 94% yield) and high enantioselectivities(up to 96% ee).Water was found to play a significant role in the formation of the aldol products,which suggests a new strategy in the design of new organic catalysts.

Computing Power Network(CPN) is emerging as one of the important research interests in beyond 5G(B5G) or 6G. This paper constructs a CPN based on Federated Learning(FL), where all Multi-access Edge Computing(MEC) servers are linked to a computing power center via wireless links. Through this FL procedure, each MEC server in CPN can independently train the learning models using localized data, thus preserving data privacy. However, it is challenging to motivate MEC servers to participate in the FL process in an efficient way and difficult to ensure energy efficiency for MEC servers. To address these issues, we first introduce an incentive mechanism using the Stackelberg game framework to motivate MEC servers. Afterwards, we formulate a comprehensive algorithm to jointly optimize the communication resource(wireless bandwidth and transmission power) allocations and the computation resource(computation capacity of MEC servers) allocations while ensuring the local accuracy of the training of each MEC server. The numerical data validates that the proposed incentive mechanism and joint optimization algorithm do improve the energy efficiency and performance of the considered CPN.
