目的探讨通化东宝利拉鲁肽注射液(统博力)对比诺和力^(®)治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的有效性及安全性。方法为多中心、随机、开放、平行、阳性药物对照的Ⅲ期临床研究,等效设计。纳入2.1.年4月1.日至2021.3月1.日来自国内39家研究中心的应用... 详细信息

目的探讨通化东宝利拉鲁肽注射液(统博力)对比诺和力^(®)治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的有效性及安全性。方法为多中心、随机、开放、平行、阳性药物对照的Ⅲ期临床研究,等效设计。纳入2.1.年4月1.日至2021.3月1.日来自国内39家研究中心的应用二甲双胍、磺脲类药物或两者联合治疗均血糖控制不佳的T2DM患者为受试者,根据研究前口服降糖药治疗分层,按照1.1.比例采用分层区组随机将其随机分配至统博力组和诺和力^(®)组。治疗26周后,比较两组受试者治疗前后糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1.))、FPG、7点自测血糖的变化、低血糖事件和不良事件发生率、抗药物抗体(ADA)的发生率。有效性指标分析采用修订的意向性治疗(mITT)人群和符合方案集(PPS),安全性分析采用安全性数据集(SS)。采用配对t检验比较治疗前后相应指标的差异,采用独立样本t检验、Wilcoxon秩和检验、χ^(2)检验或Fisher精确检验进行组间比较,采用重复测量混合效应模型(MMRM)分别比较两组受试者第26周HbA_(1.)、FPG、7点自测血糖相对其基线变化的差异。采用Cochran-{1.ntel-Haenzel检验比较两组第26周时HbA_(1.)1.)分别下降1.640%±1.01.%和1.620%±1.1.6%,两组间变化值的最小二乘均值之差(95%CI)为0(-0.1.%~0.1.%),差异在±0.4%的预定范围内,认为统博力与诺和力^(®)等效。两组第26周FPG分别下降(2.1.7±2.489)mmol/L和(2.004±2.331.mmol/L,两组间变化值的最小二乘均值之差(95%CI)为0.080(-0.280~0.439)mmol/L,差异无统计学意义(P=0.663)。两组分别有49.6%(1.0/262)和50.8%(1.3/262)的受试者达到了HbA_(1.)1.)1.(-0.1.%~0.07%,P=0.801.。两组TEAE的发生率分别为82.1.(21./262)和79.0%(207/262),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.78,P=0.377),两组低血糖事件和ADA的发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论统博力和诺和力^(®)控制血糖的总体疗效相当,具有良好的安全性,在临床上有应用价值。

Excited states in^(1.0)I are investigated utilizing in-beam gamma-ray spectroscopy following the^(1.4)Cd(^(1.)B,5n)reaction at 70 MeV bombarding energy.A level scheme is constructed with states up to 9 *** levels are classified into several bands and their possible configurations at low spins are discussed *** on the linking transitions between different bands at higher spins,the excitation energy of the previously reported T1.2=53 min isomer is ascertained to be 72 *** showing the existence of an isomer at an excitation energy of 6.4 MeV is presented.

High spin states of the odd-odd nucleus 92Nb are investigated using the S2Se （1.N, 4n）92Nb reaction at a beam energy of 54MeV. The level scheme of the 92Nb was extended up to Jπ=（1.＋） at about 7.3 MeV and Jπ=（21.） at about 9.7MeV. According to systematic analyses and a comparison with the neighboring nucleus, the higher spin states could be interpreted by the multi-particle excitations in the π（fs/2,P3/2,p1.2,gg/2）@v（p1.x,gg/2,d5/2, g7/2） configuration space.

Design and synthesis of noble-metal-free bifunctional catalysts for efficient and robust electrochemical water splitting are of significant importance in developing clean and renewable energy sources for sustainable energy ***,a simple three-step strategy is reported to construct cobalt-iron nitride/alloy nanosheets on nickel foam(CoFe-NA/NF)as a bifunctional catalyst for both hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER).The electrocatalyst with optimized composition(CoFe-NA2/NF)can achieve ultralow overpotentials of 73 mV and 250 mV for HER and OER,respectively,at a current density of 1. ma cm^(-2) in 1.M ***,the electrolyzer based on this electrocatalyst is able to boost the overall water splitting with a cell voltage of 1.564 V to deliver 1. ma cm^(-2) for at least 50 h without obvious performance ***,our experiment and theoretical calculation demonstrate that the combination of cobalt-iron nitride and alloy can have low hydrogen adsorption energy and facilitate water dissociation during *** addition,the surface reconstruction introduces metal oxyhydroxides to optimize the OER *** work may pave a new pathway to design bifunctional catalysts for overall water splitting.

Background:Until January 1.,2021.coronavirus disease-2.1.(COVID-1.)has infected more than 93 million individuals and has caused a certain degree of *** pneumonia caused by common viruses such as respiratory syncytial virus,rhinovirus,hu{1.n metapneumovirus,hu{1.n bocavirus,and parainfluenza viruses have been more common in ***,the incidence of COVID-1. in children was significantly lower than that in *** purpose of this study was to describe the clinical {1.nifestations,treatment and outcomes of COVID-1. in children compared with those of other sources of viral pneumonia diagnosed during the COVID-1. ***:Children with COVID-1. and viral pneumonia admitted to 20 hospitals were enrolled in this retrospective multi-center cohort study.A total of 64 children with COVID-1. were defined as the COVID-1. cohort,of which 40 children who developed pneumonia were defined as the COVID-1. pneumonia *** 284 children with pneumonia caused by other viruses were defined as the viral pneumonia *** epidemiologic,clinical,and laboratory findings were compared by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test,t-test,{1.nn-Whitney U test and Contingency table *** usage,immunotherapy,blood transfusion,and need for oxygen support were collected as the treatment ***,intensive care needs and sympto{1.tic duration were collected as the outcome ***:Compared with the viral pneumonia cohort,children in the COVID-1. cohort were mostly exposed to family members confirmed to have COVID-1.(53/64 vs.23/284),were of older median age(6.3 years vs.3.2 years),and had a higher proportion of ground-glass opacity(GGO)on computed tomography(1./40 vs.0/38,P1..Children in the COVID-1. pneumonia cohort had a lower proportion of severe cases(1.40 vs.38/284,P=0.048),and lower cases with high fever(3/40 vs.1.7/284,P1.,requiring intensive care(1.40 vs.32/284,P1.tic duration(median 5d vs.8d,P1..The propor

This study was aimed to explore the associations between the combined effects of several polymorphisms in the PPAR-γ and RXR-α gene and environmental factors with the risk of metabolic syndrome by back-error propaga- tion artificial neural network （BPANN）. We established the model based on data gathered from metabolic syndrome patients （n = 1.1.） and normal controls （n = 1.69） by BPANN. Mean impact value （MIV） for each input variable was calculated and the sequence of factors was sorted according to their absolute MIVs. Generalized multifactor dimensionality reduction （GMDR） confirmed a joint effect of PPAR-9＂ and RXR-a based on the results from BPANN. By BPANN analysis, the sequences according to the importance of metabolic syndrome risk fac- tors were in the order of body mass index （BMI）, serum adiponectin, rs424071., gender, rs48421.4, family history of type 2 diabetes, rs2920502, physical activity, alcohol drinking, rs3856806, family history of hypertension, rs1.45570, rs6537944, age, rs1.81.276, family history of hyperlipidemia, smoking, rs1.01.82 and rs31.22.1. However, no polymorphism was statistically significant in multiple logistic regression analysis. After controlling for environmental factors, A1. A2, B1.and B2 （rs424071., rs48421.4, rs2920502 and rs3856806） models were the best models （cross-validation consistency 1./1., P = 0.01.7） with the GMDR method. In conclusion, the interaction of the PPAR-γ and RXR-α gene could play a role in susceptibility to metabolic syndrome. A more realistic model is obtained by using BPANN to screen out determinants of diseases of multiple etiologies like metabolic syndrome.
