目的比较经放化疗后病情稳定的非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)病人于动态对比增强CT(DCE-CT)上的肿瘤强化方式与PET/CT测得的肿瘤代谢。方法治疗后,根据实性肿瘤疗效评价标准经DCE-CT证实的病情稳定的病人共65例,应用PET/CT评估这些病人的75个NSCLC肿瘤。分别测量注射对比剂后30、60、90、120s和5min后肿瘤的相对强化比率(rEr)。根据PET/CT最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)将肿瘤的代谢反应分为两类:完全代谢反应(Cr)(SUVmaxr)(SUVmax≥2.5)。结果应用rEr60的最佳阈值43.7%预测肿瘤Nr的敏感度和特异度分别为95.7%和64.2%,阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为82.1%和95.0%。校正肿瘤的大小后,rEr60至少为43.7%的肿瘤内Nr的优势比为70.85(95%CI:7.95～630.91;PrECIST判断病情已稳定,DCE-CT仍可预测残余肿瘤的高代谢状态。要点①DCE-CT可提供有关非小细胞肺癌的有用的代谢信息。②尽管治疗后NSCLC病灶大体呈稳定状态,但其仍具有不同的代谢状态。③DCE-CT上肿瘤的强化方式与PET所示肿瘤的代谢状态有关。④DCE-CT有助于评估治疗后处于稳定状态的NSCLC的高代谢状态。

The characteristics of supercontinuum produced by high-intensity femtosecond pulses were investigated under different interaction lengths, various pump intensities, different pump wavelengths at the fundamental 800 nm and its second-harmonic 400 nm. High transfer-efficiency supercontinuum with flat-top in liquid media was produced. As the main nonlinear mechanisms, the effects of self-phase modulation (SPm) and four-photon parametric emission were also investigated.

mild cognitive impairment(mCI)is a precursor to Alzheim.r.s *** is imperative to develop a proper treatment for this neurological disease in the aging *** observational study investigated the effects of acupuncture therapy on mCI *** healthy individuals and eleven mCI patients were recruited for this ***-and deoxy-hemoglobin signals in the prefrontal cortex during working-mem.r. tasks were monitored using functional near-infrared *** acupuncture treatment,working-mem.r. experiments were conducted for healthy control(HC)and mCI groups(mCI-0),followed by 24 sessions of acupuncture for the mCI *** acupuncture sessions were initially carried out for 6 weeks(two sessions per week),after which experiments were performed again on the mCI group(mCI-1).This was followed by another set of acupuncture sessions that also lasted for 6 weeks,after which the experiments were repeated on the mCI group(mCI-2).Statistical analyses of the signals and classifications based on activation maps as well as temporal features were *** highest classification accuracies obtained using binary connectivity maps were 85.7%HC ***-0,69.5%HC ***-1,and 61.69%HC *** classification accuracies using the temporal features mean from 5 seconds to 28 seconds and maximum(i.e,max(5:28 seconds))values were 60.6%HC ***-0,56.9%HC ***-1,and 56.4%HC *** results reveal that there was a change in the temporal characteristics of the hemodynamic response of mCI patients due to *** was reflected by a reduction in the classification accuracy after the therapy,indicating that the patients’brain responses im.r.ved and became comparable to those of healthy subjects.A similar trend was reflected in the classification using the image *** results indicate that acupuncture can be used for the treatment of mCI patients.

It is crucial to maintaining the viability of biofabricated human-sized tissues to ensure their successful survival and function after *** is a purine nucleoside that has the function to suppress cellular metabolism and has been previously proposed as a method to prolong cell viability under *** this study,we optimized the dose concentration of adenosine for incorporation into bioprinted constructs to preserve long-term cell viability in *** results showed that muscle cells(C2C12)containing 6,7,or 8 mm adenosine maintained high cell viability for 20 days under hypoxic conditions(0.1%O2),whereas cells without adenosine treatment showed 100%cell death after 11 *** 20 days under hypoxic conditions,muscle cells treated with adenosine proliferated and differentiated when transferred to normoxic *** these adenosine concentrations,6 mm was picked as the optimized adenosine concentration for further investigations due to its most effective results on im.r.ving cell *** bioprinted muscle constructs containing adenosine(6 mm)maintained high cell viability for 11 days under hypoxic conditions,while the control constructs without adenosine had no live *** in vivo validation,the bioprinted constructs with adenosine implanted under the dorsal subcutaneous space in mice,showed the enhanced formation of muscle tissue with minimal central necrosis and apoptosis,when compared to the constructs without *** positive in vitro and in vivo results demonstrate that the use of adenosine is an effective approach to preventing the challenge of hypoxia-induced necrosis in bioprinted tissues for clinical translation.

The Bi-2223/Ag tapes were prepared with spray-died powders, which are of different particle sizes and phase assemblages by varying the annealing time in pure oxygen. Longer time annealing degraded the reactivity of precursor powder, which in turn resulted in an incomplete conversion from precursors to Bi-2223, porosity core and misaligned grains in fully processed tapes. The best Jc in short pressed samples varied from 29.7 to 47kA/cm2 for the tapes made from different powders.

We report for the first time highly conductive poly（3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene）： poly（4-styrenesulfonate）（PEDOT：PSS）/graphene composites fabricated by in situ polym.r.zation and their applications in a thermoelectric device and a platinum （Pt）-free dye-sensitized solar cell （DSSC） as energy harvesting systems. Graphene was dispersed in a solution of poly（4-styrenesulfonate）（PSS） and polym.r.zation was directly carried out by addition of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene （EDOT） monom.r.to the dispersion. The content of the graphene was varied and optimized to give the highest electrical conductivity. The composite solution was ready to use without any reduction process because reduced graphene oxide was used. The fabricated film had a conductivity of 637 ***-1, corresponding to an enhancement of 41%, after the introduction of 3 wt.% graphene without any further complicated reduction processes of graphene being required. The highly conductive composite films were employed in an organic thermoelectric device, and the device showed a power factor of 45.7 μW·m^-1K^-2 which is 93% higher than a device based on pristine PEDOT：PSS. In addition, the highly conductive composite films were used in Pt-free DSSCs, showing an energy conversion efficiency of 5.4%, which is 21% higher than that of a DSSC based on PEDOT：PSS.

Oxidative coupling of methane(OCm) was conducted over LaAlO3X catalysts that were prepared by a coprecipitation method using different co-precipitation pH values(X = 6–10). The aim is to investigate the effect of p H values on the catalytic activity of La AlO3 catalysts in this reaction. The results showed that the co-precipitation pH value affected greatly on the formation of chemical species of precipitate precursors in the co-precipitation step, leading to different phases of the finally obtained LaAlO3 *** the co-precipitation pH value increased up to 8, the lanthanum.r.lated phases such as La2 O3 and La(OH)3 were gradually formed as by-products, preventing the formation of LaAlO3 perovskite crystalline structure and facilitating the formation of oxygen vacancies on catalyst surface. However, at pH value of9 or higher, the lanthanum content in the precipitate precursor was increased greatly. Not LaAlO3 perovskite but lanthanum.r.lated phases were developed as main phases, reducing their catalytic activities in this reaction. Among LaAlO3 catalysts, the one prepared at pH = 8 showed the highest C2 yield due to its well-developed oxygen vacancies and electrophilic lattice oxygen. Therefore, the co-precipitation pH value strongly affected the LaAlO3 catalyst activity in OCm.r.action. A precious pH control should be required to prepare various perovskite catalysts for the OCm.

ZnO thin films were grown on Si （100） substrates by pulsed laser deposition using a ZnO *** substrate temperature was varied in the range of room temperature to 800 ℃,and the oxygen partial pressure of 0.1333 Pa （1 m Torr） to 1333 Pa （10 Torr）.The properties of the resulting films were investigated by photoluminescence （PL）,grazing incidence X-ray diffraction （GIXrD）,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）,and field emission scanning electron microscopy （FESEm）.Based on the ultraviolet （UV,～380 nm） to visible emission ratio in the PL spectrum,the optimum growth conditions were determined to be 600 ℃ and 133.3 Pa （1 Torr）,*** oxygen 1s peak in the XPS spectrum was decomposed into two *** peak at lower binding energy increased in intensity with the oxygen partial pressure from 0.1333 Pa （1 m Torr） to 133.3 Pa （1 Torr） while the other peak *** GIXrD curve at the optimum condition showed strong two peaks （002） and （103）.A strong correlation between the （103） peak intensity and the UV emission intensity was found.
