The title compound, 4-hexyl-1-（4-nitrophenyl）-1-H-1,2,3-triazole （CI4HIsN402）, was synthesized using one-pot strategy via click reaction and the structure was characterized mainly by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, NmR, FT-IR and mS. C14H18N4O2 was crystallized from an EtOH/EtOAc solution in triclinic system, space group PI, with a = 5.3679（3）, b = 7.5499（5）, c = 17.5534（11） A, a = 92.360（4）, β = 90.359（4）, γ = 98.864（4）°, V （A3） = 702.24（8）, Z = 2, crystal size （mm） = 0.42 × 0.26 × 0.18, Rint = 0.096. Packing diagram indicates that there is dimeric interaction between two units via N（3）...H（6）. The crystal structure of the title compound （1） is stabifized by intermolecular interactions. In addition, X-ray analys!s also reveals C-H…π and π-π interactions in the molecule. Theoretical investigations were performed by using Gaussian 09 software at the B3LYP/6, 31G （d,p）level of density,finctional theory （DFT）.to compare the theoretical results with the experimental and to probe structural properties. The molecular electrostatic potential （mEP） mapped over the entire stabilized geometry of the molecule indicated their chemical reactivities. Furthermore, frontier molecular orbital （electronic properties） was computed at the same level of DFT as used. forenergy minima structure.

Diet is a major modulator of animal resilience and its three pillars: host?s immune response, gut microbiota, and intestinal barrier. In the present study, we endeavour to delineate a challenging condition aimed to degrade these pillars and elucidate its impact on broiler performance and nutrient digestibility. To attain this objective, we opted to use guar gum(GG) as a source of galactomannan. A series of three in vivo experiments were conducted employing conventional or semi-purified diets, supplemented with or without GG during the grower phase(14-28 d). Our findings demonstrate a substantial decline in animal performance metrics such as body weight(reduced by 29%, P mentation of a semi-purified diet with incremental doses of GG resulted in a linear reduction(P matter and apparent metabolisable energy. Additionally, a marked reduction in ileal endogenous losses, as well as apparent and standardised digestibility of all amino acids with varying proportions(P mpanied by disrupted gut integrity assessed by fluorescein isothiocyanate-dextran(FITC-d)(P mmatory status characterised by elevated levels of acute-phase proteins,namely orosomucoid and serum amyloid A in the sera(P = 0.03), and increased m RNA expression levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, Inos, and K203 genes in the ileum, along with a decrease in Ig A levels in the gut lumen(P microbial ecology and activity were characterised by reduced diversity and richness(Shannon index, P = 0.005) in the presence of GG. On October 7,2021,a magnitude 5.9 earthquake struck the Harnai(Baluchistan)region of Pakistan,causing several fatalities and injuries within the epicentral ***-order tectonic deformation in this region is caused by the convergence of the Indian Plate with respect to the Eurasian *** Katwaz Block hinders the motion of the Indian Plate,resulting in the formation of strike-slip *** this study,the P-wave first-motion polarity technique was used to determine the mainshock faulting *** scanning of the polarity solutions was applied to determine the most suitable focal mechanism solution among the available solutions generated by the FOCmEC(focal mechanism)*** nodal planes correspond to different faulting styles(i.e.,thrust and strike-slip faulting).A nodal plane oriented in the NW-SE direction corresponded to a strike-slip mechanism,which was considered to be the fault ***,this earthquake was associated with the Harnai-Karahi strike-slip fault zone owing to the fault strike and direction of *** apparent stress drop,fault length,and moment magnitude of the Harnai earthquake were 35.4 bar,6.1 km,and 5.9,respectively.A lower b-value for the Gutenberg-Richter law was observed prior to the ***α-than b-values(α>b)indicate that this earthquake was governed by large events as opposed to small-magnitude *** Harnai sequence had a decay exponent close to unity,lasted for 145 days,and produced few *** study will help the future hazard mitigation in the region.

In this paper, the influence of an exponential volume fraction law on the vibration frequencies of thin functionally graded cylindrical shells is studied. material properties in the shell thickness direction are graded in accordance with the exponential law. Expressions for the strain-displacement and curvature-displacement relationships are taken from Love＇s thin shell theory. The Rayleigh-Ritz approach is used to derive the shell eigenfrequency equation. Axial modal dependence is assumed in the characteristic beam functions. Natural frequencies of the shells are observed to be dependent on the constituent volume fractions. The results are compared with those available in the literature for the validity of the present methodology.
