This paper describes how to produce a wearable dry electrode at a reasonable cost and how to use it for the monitoring of biopotentials in *** textiles in wearable technologies have made a great advancement in the health care management and living standards of *** was manufactured using the low-cost single-step process,laser ablation of polyimide,a commercial *** dispersions were made using solvent isopropyl alcohol which has low boiling point,nontoxicity,and environmental *** successive coating of the graphene dispersion on the cotton fabric to make it conductive,the sheet resistance of the resulting fabric dropped to 3% of its initial *** laser-induced graphene(LIG)cotton dry electrodes thus manufactured are comparable to Ag/AgCl wet electrodes in terms of the skin-to-electrode impedance,measuring between 78.0 and 7.2 kΩ for the frequency between 40 Hz and 1 *** LIG cotton electrode displayed a signal-to-noise ratio of 20.17 *** to its comfort,simplicity,and good performance over a longer period of time,the textile electrode appears suited for medical applications.

The performance of solid solution aging treatment on aluminum matrix composites prepared by powder metallurgy and reinforced with 6061 aluminum alloy powder as matrix;meanwhile, nano silicon carbide particles(nm Si Cp), submicron silicon carbide particles(1 μm Si Cp) and Ti particles were studied. The Al/Si Cp composite powder was prepared by high-energy ball milling, and then cold-pressed, sintered, hotextruded, and then heat-treated with different solution temperatures and aging times for the extruded composites. Optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS), X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and extrusion testing were used to analyze and test the microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum matrix composites. The results show that after the multi-stage solid solution at 530 ℃×2 h+535 ℃×2 h+540 ℃×2 h, the particles are mainly equiaxed grains and uniformly distributed. There is no reinforcement agglomeration, and the surface is dense and the insoluble phase is basically dissolved. In the matrix, the strengthening effect is good, and the hardness and compressive strength are 179.43 HV and 680.42 mPa, respectively. Under this solution process, when the aluminum matrix composites are aged at 170 ℃ for 10 h, the hardness and compressive strength can reach their peaks and increase to 195.82 HV and 721.48 mPa, respectively.

Customized 3D-printed structural parts are widely used in surgical *** satisfy the mechanical properties and kinematic functions of these structural parts,a topology optimization technique is adopted to obtain the optimal structural layout while meeting the constraints and ***,topology optimization currently faces some practical challenges that must be addressed,such as ensuring that structures do not have significant defects when converted to additive manufacturing *** address this problem,we designed a 3D hierarchical fully convolutional network(FCN)to predict the precise position of the defective *** on the prediction results,an effective repair strategy is adopted to repair the defective structure.A series of experiments is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of our *** to the 2D fully convolutional network and the rule-based detection method,our approach can accurately capture most defect structures and achieve 89.88%precision and 95.59%***,we investigate the impact of different ways to increase the receptive field of our model,as well as the trade-off between different defect-repairing *** results of the experiment demonstrate that the hierarchical structure,which increases the receptive field,can substantially improve the defect detection *** the best of our knowledge,this paper is the first to investigate 3D defect prediction and repair for topology optimization in conjunction with deep learning algorithms,providing practical tools and new perspectives for the subsequent development of topology optimization techniques.

The human pose paradigm is estimated using a transformer-based multi-branch multidimensional directed the three-dimensional(3D)method that takes into account self-occlusion,badly posedness,and a lack of depth data in the per-frame 3D posture estimation from two-dimensional(2D)mapping to 3D ***,by examining the relationship between the movements of different bones in the human body,four virtual skeletons are proposed to enhance the cyclic constraints of limb ***,multiple parameters describing the skeleton are fused and projected into a high-dimensional *** a multi-branch network,motion features between bones and overall motion features are extracted to mitigate the drift error in the estimation ***,the estimated relative depth is projected into 3D space,and the error is calculated against real 3D data,forming a loss function along with the relative depth *** article adopts the average joint pixel error as the primary performance *** to the benchmark approach,the estimation findings indicate an increase in average precision of 1.8 mm within the Human3.6m sample.

Ti_(3)AlC_(2) (TAC) has great potential for use as an ablation material in aerospace applications due to its great oxidation/ablation resistance, but its high-temperature strength and thermal shock resistance still have much room for simultaneous improvement under fast temperature variation conditions. Herein, we used Ti_(3)AlC_(2) and WC powders as raw materials and successfully fabricated textured (Ti,W)_(3)AlC_(2) ceramic with small amounts of TiC and Al_(2)O_(3), and room temperature mechanical properties such as flexural strength (1146±46.9 mPa), fracture toughness (11.78±0.44 mPa·m^(1/2)), and hardness (5.81±0.11 GPa) at 5 wt% WC addition were achieved. The high-temperature strength of the ceramic was significantly improved, and better thermal shock resistance from 298 to 1173 K was simultaneously acquired together with the regulation of the elastic modulus, thermal conductivity, and thermal expansion coefficient, providing (Ti,W)_(3)AlC_(2) with more possibilities for fast-temperature variation applications. Strengthening and toughening mechanisms were proposed. Scanning transmission electron microscopy high-angle annular dark-field imaging (STEm-HADDF) showed that W randomly replaced the Ti1 and Ti2 sites of Ti_(3)AlC_(2), providing a good reference for establishing crystal models, and further density functional theory (DFT) calculations based on these models indicated a higher fracture energy of (Ti,W)_(3)AlC_(2) along different crystal planes, providing superior resistance to transgranular fracture;a lower mismatch degree of (Ti,W)_(3)AlC_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) resulted in stronger interface bonding, resulting in greater resistance to intergranular fracture as well as more balanced stress distributions at different interfaces.

Achievement of lithium(Li)metal anode with thin thickness(e.g.,≤30µm)is highly desirable for rechargeable high energy density ***,the fabrication and application of such thin Li metal foil electrode remain challenging due to the poor mechanical processibility and inferior electrochemical performance of metallic ***,mechanico-chemical synthesis of robust ultrathin Li/Li_(3)P(LLP)composite foils(~15µm)is demonstrated by employing repeated mechanical rolling/stacking operations using red P and metallic Li as raw *** in-situ formed Li+-conductive Li_(3)P nanoparticles in metallic Li matrix and their tight bonding strengthen the mechanical durability and enable the successful fabrication of free-standing ultrathin Li metal composite ***,it also reduces the electrochemical Li nucleation barrier and homogenizes Li plating/stripping *** matching to high-voltage LiCoO_(2),the full cell with a low negative/positive(N/P)capacity ratio of~1.5 offers a high energy density of~522 W·h·kg^(-1) at 0.5 C based on the mass of cathode and *** into account its facile manufacturing,potentially low cost,and good electrochemical performance,we believe that such an ultrathin composite Li metal foil design with nanoparticle-dispersion-strengthened mechanism may boost the development of high energy density Li metal batteries.

Electrical tree degradation is one of the main causes of insulation failure in high-frequency transformers. Electrical tree degradation is studied on pure epoxy resin (EP) and mgO/EP composites at frequencies ranging from 50 Hz to 130 kHz. The results show that the tree initiation voltage of EP decreases, while the growth rate and the expansion coefficient increase with frequency. moreover, the bubble phenomenon at high frequencies in EP composites is discussed. Combined with trap distribution characteristics within the material, the intrinsic mechanism of epoxy composites to inhibit the growth of the electrical tree at different frequencies is discussed. It can be concluded that more deep traps and blocking effect are introduced by doping nano-mgO into EP bulks, which can improve the electrical tree resistance performance of EP composites in a wide frequency range.
