Thyroid horm.nes play essential roles in sperm.togenesis,but their effects on infertile m.les rem.in poorly *** study aim.d to evaluate the im.act of com.ining carbim.zole(CBZ)with vitam.n E(ve)on testicular injury induced by experim.ntal hyperthyroidism.in adult albino rats,focusing on oxidative,inflam.atory,and apoptotic *** this experim.ntal study,64 adult m.le albino Wistar rats were divide. into eight groups:Group I(control-untreated),Group II(CBZ-control),Group III(ve-control),Group IV(CBZ+ve-control),Group V(levothyroxine-induced testicular injury),Group VI(levothyroxine+CBZ-treated),Group VII(levothyroxine+ve-treated),and Group VIII(levothyroxine+CBZ+ve-treated).The study was conducted in the Faculty of m.dicine,Suez Canal University(Ism.ilia,Egypt).After cervical de.apitation,both testes and epididym.s were exam.ned histopathologically and *** differences were observed am.ng groups concerning m.londialde.yde.m.A),glutathione(GSH),superoxide.dism.tase(SOD),and catalase(CAT;all Pm.rase chain reaction analysis showed significant differences in tum.r necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),Bcl-2-associated X protein(BAX),B-cell lym.hom. 2 protein(Bcl2),p53,Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9,and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)m.NA levels(all Pde.effects,affecting sem.niferous tubules and ***,the Group VIII showed im.roved sperm.togenesis and a de.rease in testicular side.*** addition of ve to the treatm.nt of hyperthyroid rats with CBZ reduced testicular side.effects and sem.niferous tubular affection when potentially im.roving *** research is neede. to elucidate the unde.lying m.chanism. fully.

The diversity of data sources resulted in seeking effective m.nipulation and *** challenge that arises from.the increasing dim.nsionality has a negative effect on the com.utation perform.nce,efficiency,and stability of *** of the m.st successful optim.zation algorithm. is Particle Swarm.Optim.zation(PSO)which has proved its effectiveness in exploring the highest influencing features in the search space based on its fast convergence and the ability to utilize a sm.ll set of param.ters in the search *** research proposes an effective enhancem.nt of PSO that tackles the challenge of random.ess search which directly enhances PSO *** the other hand,this research proposes a generic intelligent fram.work for early prediction of orde.s de.ay and elim.nate orde.s backlogs which could be conside.ed as an efficient potential solution for raising the supply chain *** proposed adapted algorithm.has been applied to a supply chain dataset which m.nim.zed the features set from.twenty-one features to ten significant *** confirm.the proposed algorithm.results,the updated data has been exam.ned by eight of the well-known classification algorithm. which reached a m.nim.m.accuracy percentage equal to 94.3%for random.forest and a m.xim.m.of 99.0 for Naïve ***,the proposed algorithm.adaptation has been com.ared with other proposed adaptations of PSO from.the literature over different *** proposed PSO adaptation reached a higher accuracy com.ared with the literature ranging from.97.8 to 99.36 which also proved the advancem.nt of the current research.

AIm.To study com.lete dose-de.ende.t effects of obestatin on lipolytic and glucose transport activities in hum.n adipocyte preparations highly responsive to *** Adipocytes were prepared by liberase digestion from.subcutaneous abdom.nal adipose tissue obtained from.overweight subjects unde.going plastic surgery. The inde. of lipolytic activity was the glycerol released in the incubation m.dium. while glucose transport was assessed by [~3H]-2-de.xyglucose uptake *** When tested from.0.1 nm.l/L to 1 μm.l/L, obestatin did not stim.late glycerol release; it did not inhibit the lipolytic effect of isoprenaline and did not alter the insulin antilipolytic effect. Obestatin hardly activated glucose transport at 1 μm.l/L only. m.reover, the obestatin stim.lation effect was clearly lower than the threefold increase induced by insulin 100 nm.l/*** Low doses of obestatin cannot directly influence lipolysis and glucose uptake in hum.n fat cells.

Barium.titanate nanocrystallites were synthesized by a hydrotherm.l technique from.barium.chloride.and tetrabutyl titanate. Single-crystalline cubic perovskite Ba TiO_3 consisting of spherical particles with diam.ters ranging from.10 to 30 nm.was easily achieved by this route. In orde. to study the influence of the synthesis process on the m.rphology and the optical properties, barium.titanate was also prepared by a solid-state reaction. In this case, only the tetragonal phase which crystallizes above 900 was observed. High-tem.erature X-ray diffraction m.asurem.nts were perform.d to investigate the crystallization tem.eratures as well as the particle sizes via the Scherrer form.la. The lattice vibrations were evide.ced by infrared spectroscopy. Eu^(3+)was used as a structural probe, and the lum.nescence properties recorde. from.Ba TiO_3 :Eu^(3+)and elaborated by a solid-state reaction and hydrotherm.l process were com.ared. The reddish em.ssion of the europium.is increased by the nanom.tric particles.

Objective: To de.elop and internally validate a nom.gram.to predict recurrence-free survival (RFS) including the tim. to radical cystectom. (RC) and perioperative blood transfusion (PBT) as potential ***: Patients who unde.went open RC and ileal conduit between January 1996 to de.em.er 2016 were split into de.eloping (n=948) and validating (n=237) cohorts. The tim. to radical cystectom. (TTC) was de.ined as the interval between the onset of sym.tom. and RC. The regression coefficients of the inde.ende.t predictors obtained by Cox regression were used to construct the nom.gram. Discrim.nation, validation, and clinical usefulness in the validation cohort were assessed by the area unde. the curve, the calibration plot, and de.ision curve ***: In the de.eloping dataset, the 1-, 5-, and 10-year RFS were 83.0%, 47.2%, and 44.4%, respectively. On m.ltivariate analysis, inde.ende.t predictors were TTC (hazards ratio [HR] 1.07, 95% confide.ce interval [CI] 1.05-1.08, pm.re units: HR 1.72, 95% CI 1.29-2.29, pm.us cell carcinom. (HR 0.60, 95% CI 0.45-0.81, p=0.001), pT3-T4 (HR 1.77, 95% CI 1.41-2.22, pm.h node.status (HR 1.53, 95% CI 1.21-1.95, pm.hovascular invasion (HR 1.28, 95% CI 1.01-1.62, p=0.044). The areas unde. the curve in the validation dataset were 79.3%, 69.6%, and 76.2%, for 1-, 5-, and 10-year RFS, respectively. Calibration plots showed conside.able corresponde.ce between predicted and actual survival probabilities. The de.ision curve.analysis revealed a better net benefit of the ***: A nom.gram.with good discrim.nation, validation, and clinical utility was constructed utilizing TTC and PBT in addition to standard pathological criteria.

Cadm.um.sulfide.Cd S） thin film. have been prepared by a sim.le technique such as chem.cal bath de.osition（CBD）. A set of sam.les Cd S were de.osited on glass substrates by varying the bath tem.erature from.55 to 75 °C at fixed de.osition tim.（25 m.n） in orde. to investigate the effect of de.osition tem.erature on Cd S film. physical properties. The de.erm.nation of growth activation energy suggests that at low tem.erature Cd S film.growth is governed by the release of Cd^（2＋） ions in the solution. The structural characterization indicated that the Cd S film. structure is cubic or hexagonal with preferential orientation along the direction（111） or（002）, respectively. The optical characterization indicated that the film. have.a fairly high transparency, which varies between55% and 80% in the visible range of the optical spectrum. the refractive inde. varies from.1.85 to 2.5 and the optical gap value of which can reach 2.2 e V. It can be suggested that these properties m.ke these film. perfectly suitable for their use as window film.in thin film. based solar cells.
