Objective:To identify members of genera of rickettsia and *** ***:Rapid and duplex and nested PcR methods have been established by designing primers based on the conserved regions of heat shock protein GroEL gene.345 mouse viscera samples including liver,spleen and kidney,96 Xenopsylla cheopis and 32 chiggers collected from Hongta areas of Yuxi city,Yunnan province were tested by the new PcR ***:The result of the study showed that the new PcR methods could identify most members of genera -Rickettsia and Orientia simultaneously with 100%specificity and its sensitivity could test one copy per *** results of detection prevalence of rickettsioses in mouse,flea and mites DNA samples showed that the total rickettsia infection rate in mouse was 34.78%(120/345).The total infection rates in ***,O.t Karp and *** of mouse samples were 28.12%(97/345),19.71%(68/345) and O. 29%(1/345) ***-infection rates in *** and 0.t Karp of mouse samples were 13.33%(46/ 345).O.t Karp type has been the main epidemic strain in these ***:We concluded that this PcR method could be used to detect multi-genera rickettsia *** evidences provided in this and previous studies strongly support that Hongta areas of Yuxi city are a natural focus for typhus and scrub typhus with the common occurrence of their confection.

capsular contracture is a prevalent and severe complication that affects the post-operative outcomes of patients who receive silicone breast *** present,prosthesis replacement is the major treatment for capsular contracture after both breast augmentation procedures and breast reconstruction following breast cancer ***,the mecha-nism(s)underlying breast capsular contracture remains *** study aimed to identify the biological features of breast capsular contracture and reveal the potential underlying mechanism using RNA *** tissues from 12 female patients(15 breast capsules)were divided into low capsular contracture(Lcc)and high capsular contracture(Hcc)groups based on the Baker ***,41 lipid metabolism-related genes were identified through enrichment analysis,and three of these genes were identified as candidate genes by SVm-RFE and LASSO *** then compared the proportions of the 22 types of im-mune cells between the Lcc and Hcc groups using a cIBERSORT analysis and explored the cor-relation between the candidate hub features and immune ***,PRKAR2B was positively correlated with the differentially clustered immune cells,which were m1 macro-phages and follicular helper T cells(area under the ROc=0.786).In addition,the expression of PRKAR2B at the mRNA or protein level was lower in the Hcc group than in the Lcc *** molecular mechanisms were identified based on the expression levels in the high and low PRKAR2B *** findings indicate that PRKAR2B is a novel diagnostic biomarker for breast capsular contracture and might also influence the grade and progression of capsularcontracture.

In this paper,promising but simple schemes are investigated to enhance the micro-bunching of relativistic electron beams for coherent harmonic generation(cHG)by using phase merging *** contrast to the standard cHG scheme,two specially designed dispersion sections(DSs)are adopted with the DS-modulator–DS *** phase space of the e beam is appropriately coupled in the first DS,and the electrons within one seed wavelength can merge to the same phase with a matched second ***-bunching of the e beam can thus be enhanced by a large margin with much higher-harmonic *** e beams from laser wakefield accelerators(LWFAs)as an example,start-to-end simulations are performed to show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed schemes with several *** beam current can be optimized to several tens to hundreds of kiloamperes,and the radiation power reaches hundreds of megawatts in the extreme ultraviolet regime within a 3.5 m-long *** proposed schemes offer new opportunities for future compact free-electron lasers driven by LWFAs and provides prospects for truly compact and widely applicable systems.

Stigma color is a critical agronomic trait in watermelon that plays an important role in ***,there are few reports on the regulation of stigma color in *** this study,a genetic analysis of the F2 population derived from ZXG1553(P1,with orange stigma)and W1-17(P2,with yellow stigma)indicated that stigma color is a quantitative trait and the orange stigma is recessive compared with the yellow *** segregant analysis sequencing(BSA-seq)revealed a 3.75 mb segment on chromosome 6 that is related to stigma ***,a major stable effective QTL clqsc6.1(QTL stigma color)was detected in two years between cleaved amplified polymorphic sequencing(cAPS)markers chr06_8338913 and chr06_9344593 spanning a~1.01 mb interval that harbors 51 annotated ***97c06G117020(annotated as zinc finger protein cONSTANS-LIKE 4)was identified as the best candidate gene for the stigma color trait through RNA-seq,quantitative real-time PcR(qRT-PcR),and gene structure alignment analysis among the natural watermelon *** expression level of cla97c06G117020 in the orange stigma accession was lower than in the yellow stigma accessions with a significant difference.A nonsynonymous SNP site of the cla97c06G117020 coding region that causes amino acid variation was related to the stigma color variation among nine watermelon accessions according to their re-sequencing *** color formation is often related to carotenoids,and we also found that the expression trend of clcHYB(annotated asβ-carotene hydroxylase)in the carotenoid metabolic pathway was consistent with cla97c06G117020,and it was expressed in low amounts in the orange stigma *** data indicated that cla97c06G117020 and clcHYB may interact to form the stigma *** study provides a theoretical basis for gene fine mapping and mechanisms for the regulation of stigma color in watermelon.

In this study,the high-temperature stability and the generation mechanism of the Portevin-Le chatelier(PLc)effect in solid-solution mg-1Al-12Y alloy with different heat treatment processes were investigated by adjusting the content of long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)*** was found that the content of LPSO phases in the alloys differed the most after heat treatment at 530℃for 16 h and 24 h,with values of 13.56%and 3.93%***,high-temperature tensile experiments were conducted on these two alloys at temperatures of 150℃,200℃,250℃,and 300℃.The results showed that both alloys exhibited the PLc effect at temperatures ranging from 150 to 250℃.However,at a temperature 300℃,only the alloy with a greater concentration of LPSO phases exhibited the PLc effect,whereas the alloy with a lower proportion of LPSO phases did not exhibit this ***,both alloys exhibited remarkable high-temperature stability,with the alloy containing a greater percentage of LPSO phases also demonstrating superior *** underlying mechanism for this phenomenon lies in the exceptional high-temperature stability exhibited by the second phase within the ***,the LPSO phase effectively obstructs the movement of dislocations,and it also undergoing kinking to facilitate plastic deformation of the *** results indicate that the PLc effect can be suppressed by reducing dislocation pile-up at grain boundaries,which leads to a decrease in alloy plasticity but an increase in *** presence of the PLc effect in the WA121 alloy is attributed to the abundant dispersed second phase within the alloy,which initially hinders the movement of dislocations,leading to an increase in stress,and subsequently releases the dislocations,allowing them to continue their movement and thereby reducing in stress.
