Urinary Creatinine Concentrations and Its Explanatory Variables in General Chinese Population:Implications for Creatinine Limits and Creatinine Adjustment

Objective The study aimed to analyze the applicability of the World Health Organization’s exclusionary guidelines for Urinary creatinine(Ucr)in the general Chinese population,and to identify Ucr related *** We conduct a cross-sectional study using baseline data from 21,167 participants in the China National Human Biomonitoring *** linear models and restricted cubic splines(RCS)were used to analyze the associations between explanatory variables and Ucr *** The geometric mean and median concentrations of Ucr in the general Chinese population were 0.90 g/L and 1.01 g/L,*** 9.36%samples were outside 0.3-3.0 g/L,including 7.83%below the lower limit and 1.53%above the upper *** age,male,obesity,smoking,higher frequency of red meat consumption and chronic kidney disease were associated significantly with higher concentrations of *** of the RCS showed Ucr was positively and linearly associated with body mass index,inversely and linearly associated with systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglycerides level,and glomerular filtration rate,and were non-linearly associated with *** The age-and gender-specific cut-off values of Ucr that determine the validity of urine samples in the general Chinese population were *** avoid introducing bias into epidemiologic associations,the potential predictors of Ucr observed in the current study should be considered when using Ucr to adjust for variations in urine dilution.

Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effects of Pien Tze Huang(PZH)in mouse models of B16–F10 melanoma,MC38 colorectal cancer,Hep1-6 hepatocellular carcinoma and chemically induced hepatocellular carcinoma *** Various tumor models,including B16–F10,MC38 and Hep1-6 tumor hypodermic inoculation models,B16–F10 and Hep1-6 pulmonary metastasis models,Hep1-6 orthotopic implantation model,and chemically induced hepatocellular carcinoma model,were utilized to evaluate the anti-tumor function of *** growth was assessed by measuring tumor size and weight of solid tumors isolated from C57BL/6 *** cell proliferation and death of tumor cells in vitro,as well as T cell activation markers,cytokine production and immune checkpoints analysis,single-cell suspensions were prepared from mouse spleen,lymph nodes,and tumors after PZH *** PZH demonstrated significant therapeutic efficacy in inhibiting tumor growth(P0.05).Nevertheless,PZH exhibited a remarkable ability to enhance T cell activation and the production of interferon gamma,tumor necrosis factor alpha,and interleukin 2 in CD4^(+)T cells in vitro(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Importantly,PZH substantially inhibited T cell exhaustion and boosted cytokine production by tumor-infiltrating CD8^(+)T cells(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion This study has confirmed a novel immunomodulatory function of PZH in T cell-mediated anti-tumor immunity,indicating that PZH holds promise as a potential therapeutic agent for cancer treatment.

Genetic load and inbreeding are recognized as important factors to be considered in conservation *** levels of both can increase the risk of population extinction by negatively impacting fitness-related characters in many species of plants and animals,including humans(inbreeding depression).Genomic tech-niques are increasingly used in measuring and understanding genetic load and inbreeding and their importance in evolution and *** used whole genome resequencing data from two sibling grouse species in subarctic Eurasia to quantify *** found a large range of inbreeding measured as FROH(fraction of runs of homozygosity)in individuals from different populations of Chinese Grouse(Tetrastes sewerzowi)and Hazel Grouse(***).FROH estimated from genome-wide runs of homozygosity(ROH)ranged from 0.02 to 0.24 among Chinese Grouse populations and from 0.01 to 0.44 in Hazel *** from a population of Chinese Grouse residing in the Qilian mountains and from the European populations of Hazel Grouse(including samples from Sweden,Germany and Northeast Poland)were the most inbred(FROH ranged from 0.10 to 0.23 and 0.11 to 0.44,respectively).These levels are comparable to other highly inbred populations of *** Grouse from northern China and Chinese Grouse residing in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau showed relatively lower inbreeding *** of the ratio between deleterious missense mutations and synonymous mutations revealed higher levels in Chinese Grouse as compared to Hazel *** results are possibly explained by higher fixation rates,mutational melt down,in the range-restricted Chinese Grouse compared to the wide-ranging Hazel ***,when we compared the relatively more severe class of loss-of-function muta-tions,Hazel Grouse had slightly higher levels than Chinese Grouse,a result which may indicate that purifying selection(purging)has been more efficient in Chinese Grouse on this class of mutations.

Protein acetylation refers to a process of adding acetyl groups(CH3CO-)to lysine residues on protein *** one of the most commonly used protein post-translational modifications,lysine acetylation plays an important role in different *** our study,we developed a humanspecific method which uses a cascade classifier of complexvalued polynomial model(CVPM),combined with sequence and structural feature descriptors to solve the problem of imbalance between positive and negative *** gene expression programming and differential evolution are utilized to search the optimal CVPM *** also made a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the acetylation data and the prediction *** performances of our proposed method are 79.15%in Sp,78.17%in Sn,78.66%in ACC 78.76%in F1,and 0.5733 in MCC,which performs better than other state-of-the-art methods.

The Sm–Zr–Fe–Co–Ti quinary-alloys with ThMn12 structure has attracted wide attention for ultra-high intrinsic magnetic properties,showing potentiality to be developed into rare-earth permanent *** Ti element in alloys is crucial for phase stability and magnetic properties,and lower Ti content can increase intrinsic magnetic properties but reduce phase *** this study,the 1:12 single-phase melt-spun ribbons with low Ti content was successfully prepared using a rapid solidification non-equilibrium method for the Sm1.1Zr_(0.2)Fe_(9.2)Co_(2.3)Ti_(0.5) ***,this non-equilibrium ribbon did not achieve good magnetic hardening due to the uneven microstructure and ***,annealing was carried out to eliminate micro-strain and homogenize microstructure,therefore,remanence and coercivity were significantly improved even the precipitation of a small amount of a-Fe phase which were not conducive to *** remanence of 86.1 emu/g and coercivity of 151 kA/m was achieved when annealing at 850℃ for 45 *** hot pressing,under the action of high temperature and pressure,a small portion of ThMn12 phases in the magnet decompose into Sm-rich phases and a-Fe,while remanence of 4.02 kGs(1 Gs=10^(-4) T),and coercivity of 1.12 kOe(1 Oe=79.5775 A·m^(-1))were still *** findings can provide reference for exploring practical permanent magnets made of 1:12 type quinary-alloys.

In this study,we conduct a thorough evaluation of the STGSA-generated skeletal mechanism for C_(2)H_4/*** STGSA-reduced mechanisms are taken into account,incorporating basic combustion models such as the homogeneous reactor model,one-dimensional flat premixed flame,and non-premixed counterflow ***,these models are applied to more complex combustion systems,considering factors like flame-flow interaction and flame-wall *** considerations take into account additional physical parameters and processes such as mixing frequency and *** results indicate that the skeletal mechanism adeptly captures the behavior of these complex combustion ***,it is suggested to incorporate strain rate considerations in generating the skeletal mechanism,especially when the combustion system operates under high turbulent intensity.

As climate change draws more attention globally,the development of low-carbon economy has become an inevitable choice for mankind to achieve sustainable *** increasingly strict control of carbon emission is making carbon emission rights a scarce resource and endowing the rights with the attributes of assets and *** has announced the goal of“carbon emission peaking before 2030 and carbon neutralization before 2060”.Responding to this goal,as major carbon emitters,oil companies play the role of a driving force for green and low-carbon *** assets management is a key path for oil companies to achieve emission reduction goals and low-carbon ***,the carbon assets management of China’s oil companies is still in the initial stage,with the system and regulations not yet sound,and the management process not yet closed *** the modes and experiences of carbon assets management in major international oil companies is *** the objective logical relationship and linkage laws between carbon assets management and enterprise value creation are comprehensively analyzed by integrating the basic theories of economics and *** this basis,a value-creation oriented carbon assets management system for oil companies is constructed,mainly covering aspects such as enterprise strategy,control mechanisms,carbon inventory,and management modes.
