排序选优方法已广泛应用于求解离散事件动态系统中的仿真优化问题,但该类方法鲜有研究聚焦于子集排序问题的高效求解,而子集排序问题广泛存在于智能制造、电气工程、供应链管理等众多领域.本文针对k个备选方案的子集排序问题,构建了以最大化子集正确排序概率为目标的仿真预算优化分配模型,推导了该优化问题的渐进最优条件,并提出了相应的序贯仿真算法来实现仿真预算的渐进最优分配规则.数值实验结果表明,本文所提出的算法显著地提高了子集排序问题的仿真优化效率.

This study aims to solve a typical long-term strategic decision problem on supply chain network design with consideration to uncertain demands. Existing methods for these problems are either deterministic or limited in scale. We analyze the impact of uncertainty on demand based on actual large data from industrial *** equivalent model with nonanticipativity constraints, branch-and-fix coordination, sample average approximation(SAA) with Bayesian bootstrap, and Latin hypercube sampling were adopted to analyze stochastic demands. A computational study of supply chain network with front-ends in Europe and back-ends in Asia is presented to highlight the importance of stochastic factors in these problems and the efficiency of our proposed solution approach.

As part of China's "the Belt and Road"strategy, China Railway Express provides alternative shipping routes and transportation modes from Asia to Europe and creates new opportunities for intermodal transportation in the shipping industry. A time–distancebased cost(time cost) function was proposed to compare China Railway Express with traditional transportation modes. Time cost was related to different types of cargoes,which exhibit distinct sensitivity to time. Using the proposed cost function as basis, we identified the cost indifference area where total costs are equal. Further analysis was performed for selecting the transportation mode and supply area for a specific cargo. This study provides various parties, such as business owners, the government, and the shipping industry, with many valuable insights.

The rising prevalence of impaired wound healing and the consequential healthcare burdens have gained increased attention over recent *** has prompted research into the development of novel wound dressings with augmented wound healing ***(NP)-based delivery systems have become attractive candidates in constructing such wound dressings due to their various favourable *** non-toxicity,biocompatibility and bioactivity of chitosan(CS)-based NPs make them ideal candidates for wound *** review focusses on the application of CS-based NP systems for use in wound *** overview of the wound healing process was presented,followed by discussion on the properties and suitability of CS and its NPs in wound *** wound healing mechanisms exerted by CS-based NPs were then critically analysed and discussed in sections,namely haemostasis,infection prevention,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,angiogenesis,collagen deposition,and wound closure *** results of the studieswere thoroughly reviewed,and contradicting findings were identified and *** on the literature,the gap in research and future prospects in this research area were identified and *** evidence shows that CS-based NPs possess superior wound healing effects either used on their own,or as drug delivery vehicles to encapsulate wound healing *** is concluded that great opportunities and potentials exist surrounding the use of CSNPs in wound healing.

Investigation of physico-chemical properties and microbial community during poultry manure co-composting process

Co-composting of poultry manure and rubber wood sawdust was performed with the ratio of 2：1（V/V） for a period of 60 days. An investigation was carried out to study the extracellular enzymatic activities and structural degradation utilizing Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR）, thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis（TG/DTA）and scanning electron microscopy（SEM）. The microbial succession was also determined by using denaturing gel gradient electrophoresis（DGGE）. The compost was able to reach its highest temperature of 71°C at day 3 and stabilized between 30 and 40°C for 8 ***, FPase and β-glucosidase acted synergistically in order to degrade the cellulosic substrate. The xylanase activities increased gradually during the composting and reached the peak value of 11.637 U/g on day 35, followed by a sharp decline. Both Li P and Mn P activities reached their peak values on day 35 with 0.431 and 0.132 U/g respectively. The FT-IR spectra revealed an increase in aromaticity and a decrease in aliphatic compounds such as carbohydrates as decomposition proceeded. TGA/DTG data exhibited significant changes in weight loss in compost samples, indicating degradation of organic matter. SEM micrographs showed higher amounts of parenchyma exposed on the surface of rubber wood sawdust at day 60, showing significant degradation. DGGE and 16 S r DNA analyses showed that Burkholderia sp., Pandoraea sp., and Pseudomonas sp. were present throughout the composting process. Ornithinibacillus sp. and Castellaniella ginsengisoli were only found in the initial stage of the composting, while different strains of Burkholderia sp. also occurred in the later stage of composting.

There are several previous studies on the association of vitamin E with prevention of stroke but the findings remain *** have conducted a systematic review,meta-analysis together with trial sequential analysis of randomised controlled trials to evaluate the effect of vitamin E supplementation versus placebo/no vitamin E on the risk reduction of total,fatal,non-fatal,haemorrhagic and ischaemic *** studies were identified by searching online databases through Medline,PubMed and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials.A total of 18 studies with 148016 participants were included in the *** was no significant difference in the prevention of total stroke(RR(relative risk)=0.98,95% CI 0.92-1.04,p=0.57),fatal stroke(RR=0.96,95% CI 0.77-1.20,p=0.73)and non-fatal stroke(RR=0.96,95% CI 0.88-1.05,p=0.35).Subgroup analyses were performed under each category(total stroke,fatal stroke and non-fatal stroke)and included the following subgroups(types of prevention,source and dosage of vitamin E and vitamin E alone vs control).The findings in all subgroup analyses were statistically *** stroke subtypes analysis,vitamin E showed significant risk reduction in ischaemic stroke(RR=0.92,95% CI 0.85-0.99,p=0.04)but not in haemorrhagic stroke(RR=1.17,95%CI 0.98-1.39,p=0.08).However,the trial sequential analysis demonstrated that more studies were needed to control random *** of this study include the following:trials design may not have provided sufficient power to detect a change in stroke outcomes,participants may have had different lifestyles or health issues,there were a limited number of studies available for subgroup analysis,studies were mostly done in developed countries,and the total sample size for all included studies was insufficient to obtain a meaningful result from *** conclusion,there is still a lack of statistically significant evidence of the effects of vitamin E on the risk reduction of str
