Tensile Deformation Behavior of Fe-Mn-Al-C Low Density Steels

Room temperature tensile tests of Fe-Mn-A1 C low density steels with four different chemical compositions were conducted to clarify the dominant deformation mechanisms. Parameters like product of strength and elongation, as well as specific strength and curves of stress-strain relations were calculated. The microstructures and tensile fracture morphologies were observed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron mi-croscope. The tensile behavior of low density steel was correlated to the microstructural evolution during plastic de formation, and the effects of elements, cooling process and heat treatment temperature on the mechanical properties of the steels were analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength of steels with different cooling modes is more than 1000 MPa. The highest tensile strength of 28Mn-12Al alloy reached 1230 MPa, with corresponding specific strength of 189.16 MPa· cm^3·g^-1 , while the specific strength of 28Mn-10Al alloy was 178.98 MPa·cm^3·g^-1 , and the excellent product of strength and elongation of 28Mn-SAl alloy was over 69.2 GPa·%. A large number of ferrite reduced the ductility and strain hardening rate of the alloy, while the existence of κ carbides may improve the strength but weaken the plasticity. Some fine κ carbides appeared in the water-quenched specimen, while coarse carbides were observed in the air-cooled specimen. High temperature heat treatment improved the decomposition ki- netics of 7 phase and the diffusion rate of carbon, thus speeded up the precipitation of fine κ carbides. The dominant deformation mechanism of low density steel was planar glide, including shear-band-induced plasticity and microband- induced plasticity.

Hot deformation behavior of a new type of M3∶ 2 high speed steel with niobium addition made by spray forming was investigated based on compression tests in the temperature range of 950-1 150 ℃ and strain rate of 0. 001-10 s^（-1）. A comprehensive constitutive equation was obtained,which could be used to predict the flow stress at different strains. Processing map was developed on the basis of the flow stress data using the principles of dynamic material model. The results showed that the flow curves were in fair agreement with the dynamic recrystallization model. The flow stresses,which were calculated by the comprehensive constitutive equation,agreed well with the test data at low strain rates（ ≤1 s^（-1））. The material constant（ α）,stress exponent（ n） and the hot deformation activation energy（ Q_（HW）） of the new steel were 0. 006 15 MPa^（-1）,4. 81 and 546 kJ·mol^（-1）,respectively. Analysis of the processing map with an observation of microstructures revealed that hot working processes of the steel could be carried out safely in the domain（ T = 1 050-1 150 ℃,ε = 0. 01- 0. 1 s^（-1））with about 33% peak efficiency of power dissipation（ η）. Cracks was expected in two domains at either lower temperatures（〈 1 000 ℃） or low strain rates（ 0. 001 s^（-1）） with different cracking mechanisms. Flow localization occurred when the strain rates exceeded 1 s^（-1） at all testing temperatures.

Good film formation is one of basic requirements for organic optoelectronic materials to achieve the capability for fabrication of large area devices. Small molecular optoelectronic compounds have a definite chemical structure and clear device performance, and thus are welcomed in the field. However, they are generally suffering from poor film formation, especially in a large area. For addressing it, this contribution proposes and demonstrates a strategy, that is, changing them into poly（rod-coil） polymers. With one optoelectronic compound [BDT（DTBT）2] and three poly（rod-coil） polymers （P1, P2, and P3） having different non-conjugated coil segments as examples, the work clearly shows that the change to poly（rod-coil） polymers keeps many basic optoelectronic properties of the refer- ence compound, including light absorption in solution, bandgap and frontier orbital energy levels, but suppresses strong intermolecular interactions and crystalline structure in film state. Further comparisons on film formation quality on glass and ITO glass illustrate that all the three polymers have a better film formation property than the reference compound.

A large sand bar develops in the inner Qiantang River Estuary,*** is a unique sedimentary system,elongating landwards by about 130 *** on long-term series of bathymetric data in each April,July,and November since the 1960s,this study investigated the morphological behavior of this bar under natural conditions and the influence of a large-scale river narrowing project(LRNP)implemented in the last *** results show that three timescales,namely the seasonal,interannual and decadal timescales,can be distinguished for the sand bar *** first two are related to the seasonal and interannual variations of river *** high discharge seasons or years,erosion took place at the upper reach and sedimentation at the lower ***,the bar apex shifted *** opposite development took place during low discharge seasons or *** decadal timescale is related to *** to the implementation of LRNP,the upper reach has experienced apparent erosion and currently a new equilibrium state has been reached;whereas the lower reach has been accumulated seriously and the accumulation still *** relationships for how the bar apex location and elevation depend on the river discharge over various stages of LRNP have been *** with the earlier stage of LRNP,the bar apex at present has shifted seaward by about 12 km and lowered by about 1 *** sand bar movement has significant feedback on the hydrographic conditions along the estuary and has practical implications for coastal management.

MCM-41 supported heteropoly acids （HPAs） catalysts were synthesized, characterized and their catalytic activity was evaluated in an aza-Michael addition reaction between nitroolefins and benzotriazole in water at room temperature. 50 wt% PW/MCM-41 showed the highest activity （up to 96% yield）. The catalyst was used in six consecutive experiments without obvious loss of activity, confirming the success of the anchoring process and the catalyst stability.

目的对抗丁型肝炎病毒(HDV)IgG试剂(化学发光法)的性能进行评价。方法用基于磁微粒化学发光免疫分析平台的抗-HDV IgG试剂、厦门万泰凯瑞抗-HDV IgG试剂(国产试剂A)、基于酶联免疫吸附法的北京万泰抗-HDV IgG试剂(国产试剂B)和基于荧光定量PCR检测平台的HDV RNA试剂分别对1909例乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性样本进行检测,并结合检测的阴/阳性结果评价3种抗体试剂的特异度和正确率之间的差异;同时,参照美国临床和实验室标准化协会的EP5-A2文件,采用高、中和低3个浓度水平的阳性样本对抗-HDV IgG试剂进行精密度评价。用抗-HDV IgG试剂对545份HBsAg阳性且HDV IgG阴性样本和北京大学肝炎试剂研究中心的200份甲型肝炎病毒IgM抗体(HAV IgM)阳性样本、350份丙型肝炎病毒抗体(anti-HCV)阳性样本、200份健康人体检样本进行检测,以评价抗-HDV IgG试剂的特异性。最后,用抗-HDV IgG试剂与国产试剂A测试545例HBsAg阳性且抗-HDV IgG阴性样本和37例抗-HDV IgG阳性样本,对抗-HDV IgG试剂的符合率进行评价。结果4种试剂在对1909份HBsAg阳性样本的检测中,筛查到19份抗-HDV IgG真阳性样本;抗-HDV IgG试剂的正确率和特异度较好;抗-HDV IgG试剂对高、中和低3个水平样本检测的批内精密度CV值在1.57%~4.30%之间,批间精密度CV值在1.71%~4.67%之间,精密度良好;与国产试剂A进行比较,阴/阳性符合率一致。结论本研究中抗-HDV IgG试剂(化学发光法)对临床样本的检测具有较高特异度,表现出与商品化试剂一致的符合率,可用于HBsAg阳性样本中抗-HDV IgG的筛查。
