乡村治理是国家治理的基石,是实现国家治理体系与治理能力现代化的重要一环。“新乡贤”指脱胎于传统乡贤,传承中国“乡贤之治”文化传统,以时代价值与现实旨归为目标,在参与乡村事业和乡村治理中的榜样性社会力量。文章以南燕竹镇“新乡贤”实践为蓝本,分析乡贤群体参与法治乡村建设的现实需要与独特优势,探索“新乡贤”介入乡村治理法治化进程。针对乡村治理主体多元的现状,“新乡贤”参与乡村治理存在责任界限不清、治理能力不足、治理效果不佳的现实困境,应厘清“新乡贤”职责边界、提升“新乡贤”履职能力、强化“新乡贤”普法功能,以助力乡村振兴、实现美好愿景。

1株甜菜糖蜜源高产胞外多糖明串珠菌的分离鉴定、发酵工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究

为挖掘甜菜糖蜜中高产胞外多糖乳酸菌菌种资源,对分离自甜菜糖蜜中的1株产胞外多糖菌株M1进行分类鉴定,分析其生长特性;采用单因素试验结合Box-Behnken响应面法优化该菌株利用甜菜糖蜜作为底物发酵胞外多糖的发酵工艺参数,并对提取的粗胞外多糖的抗氧化活性进行分析。结果表明:菌株M1为明串珠菌属的苏奥古姆明串珠菌(Leuconostoc suionicum),其延滞期短(仅2 h),最适生长温度为35℃,最适pH值为8.0,最高可耐受质量分数为60%的蔗糖;优化后的胞外多糖发酵培养基为甜菜糖蜜300.0 g/L,酵母粉20.0 g/L,K 2HPO_(4)·3H_(2)O 15.0 g/L,MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O 0.2 g/L,NaCl 0.01 g/L,CaCl_(2)·2H_(2)O 0.01 g/L,MnSO_(4)·4H_(2)O 0.01 g/L,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O 0.01 g/L;最优发酵工艺参数为装液量200 mL/250 mL、接种量5%、初始pH值8.1、发酵温度38.5℃、发酵时间41.1 h,此条件下的胞外多糖产量最高,为39.1 g/L;菌株M1所产胞外多糖具有良好的抗氧化活性,质量浓度为6.0 mg/mL的胞外多糖对DPPH自由基、·OH自由基和ABTS+自由基的清除率分别为70.25%、47.16%和35.92%,对Fe^(3+)的总还原力为0.42。菌株M1能够利用甜菜糖蜜发酵生产具有较好抗氧化活性的胞外多糖,在生物转化甜菜糖蜜生产功能性胞外多糖产品方面具有良好的应用前景。

Artificial CO_(2)removal from the atmosphere(also referred to as negative CO_(2)emissions)has been proposed as a potential means to counteract anthropogenic climate *** we use an Earth system model to examine the response of ocean acidification to idealized atmospheric CO_(2)removal *** our simulations,atmospheric CO_(2)is assumed to increase at a rate of 1%per year to four times its pre-industrial value and then decreases to the pre-industrial level at a rate of 0.5%,1%,2%per year,*** results show that the annual mean state of surface ocean carbonate chemistry fields including hydrogen ion concentration([H^(+)]),pH and aragonite saturation state respond quickly to removal of atmospheric CO_(2).However,the change of seasonal cycle in carbonate chemistry lags behind the decline in atmospheric CO_(2).When CO_(2)returns to the pre-industrial level,over some parts of the ocean,relative to the pre-industrial state,the seasonal amplitude of carbonate chemistry fields is substantially *** results also show that changes in deep ocean carbonate chemistry substantially lag behind atmospheric CO_(2)*** CO_(2)returns to its pre-industrial value,the whole-ocean acidity measured by[H^(+)]is 15%-18%larger than the pre-industrial level,depending on the rate of CO_(2)*** study demonstrates that even if atmospheric CO_(2)can be lowered in the future as a result of net negative CO_(2)emissions,the recovery of some aspects of ocean acidification would take decades to centuries,which would have important implications for the resilience of marine ecosystems.

We report the development of a head-mounted photoacoustic fiberscope for cerebral imaging in a freely behaving *** 4.5-gram imaging probe has a 9-µm lateral resolution and 0.2-Hz frame rate over a 1.2-mm wide *** probe can continuously monitor cerebral oxygenation and hemodynamic responses at single-vessel resolution,showing significantly different cerebrovascular responses to external stimuli under anesthesia and in the freely moving *** example,when subjected to high-concentration CO_(2) respiration,enhanced oxygenation to compensate for hypercapnia can be visualized due to cerebral regulation in the freely moving *** studies exhibit significantly weakened compensation capabilities in obese *** new imaging modality can be used for investigating both normal and pathological cerebrovascular functions and shows great promise for studying cerebral activity,disorders and their treatments.

Explosive cyclones(ECs)occur frequently over the Kuroshio/Kuroshio Extension *** most rapidly intensified EC over the Kuroshio/Kuroshio Extension region during the 42 years(1979-2020)of cold seasons(October-April)was studied to reveal the variations of the key factors at different explosive-developing *** EC had weak low-level baroclinicity,mid-level cyclonic-vorticity advection,and strong low-level water vapor convergence at the initial explosive-developing *** low-level baroclinicity and mid-level cyclonic-vorticity advection increased substantially during the maximum-deepening-rate *** diagnostic analyses using the Zwack-Okossi equation showed that diabatic heating was the main contributor to the initial rapid intensification of this *** cyclonic-vorticity advection and warm-air advection enhanced rapidly in the middle and upper troposphere and contributed to the maximum rapid intensification,whereas the diabatic heating weakened slightly in the mid-low *** relative contribution of the diabatic heating decreased from the initial explosive-developing stage to the maximum-deepening-rate stage due to the enhancement of other factors(the cyclonic-vorticity advection and warm-air advection).Furthermore,the physical factors contributing to this EC varied with the explosive-developing *** non-key factors at the initial explosive-developing stage need attention to forecast the rapid intensification.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of electroacupuncture(EA)intervention on myocardial protection and postoperative rehabilitation in patients undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).METHODS:Eight databases,including Pub Med,Embase,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Chinese Bio Medical Literature Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Wanfang Data,China Science and Technology Journal Database,and two clinical trial registries,were *** randomized controlled trials(RCTs)related to EA intervention in cardiac surgery with CPB were *** on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,two researchers independently screened articles and extracted *** the quality evaluation,RevMan 5.3 software was used for ***:Fourteen RCTs involving 836 patients were *** with the control treatment,EA significantly increased the incidence of cardiac automatic rebeat after aortic unclamping[relative risk(RR)=1.15,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.01,1.31),P<0.05;moderate].Twenty-four hours after aortic unclamping,EA significantly increased the superoxide dismutase[standardized mean difference(SMD)=0.96,95%CI(0.32,1.61),P<0.05;low],and interleukin(IL)-2[SMD=1.33,95%CI(0.19,2.47),P<0.05;very low]expression levels and decreased the malondialdehyde[SMD=-1.62,95%CI(-2.15,-1.09),P<0.05;moderate],tumour necrosis factor-α[SMD=-1.28,95%CI(-2.37,-0.19),P<0.05;moderate],and cardiac troponin I[SMD=-1.09,95%CI(-1.85,-0.32),P<0.05;low]expression levels as well as the inotrope scores[SMD=-0.77,95%CI(-1.22,-0.31),P<0.05;high].There was no difference in IL-6 and IL-10 expression *** amount of intraoperative sedative[SMD=-0.31,95%CI(-0.54,-0.09),P<0.05;moderate]and opioid analgesic[SMD=-0.96,95%CI(-1.53,-0.38),P<0.05;low]medication was significantly lower in the EA group than in the control ***,the postoperative tracheal intubation time[SMD=-0.92,95%CI(-1.40,-0.45),P<0.05;low]and intensive care unit stay[SMD=-1.

Summary What is already known about this topic?Reports detailing the clinical presentation of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)are extensive in ***,data remains limited regarding the long-term effects of the 2022 outbreak on the community and healthcare workers(HCWs).What is added by this report?In the follow-up study conducted with 1,069 community members and 3,309 HCWs infected with COVID-19,we observed that five months postoutbreak,39.2%of community members and 28.7%of HCWs reported experiencing at least one *** symptoms most frequently reported included fatigue or muscle weakness,insomnia,cognitive dysfunction,hair loss,joint or muscle pain,and persistent *** tended to experience fewer long-term physical consequences and their symptoms had an expedited recovery time compared to the community ***,HCWs displayed a higher prevalence of moderate to severe depression and anxiety.
