The paper presents an efficient form of growing arugula plants by means of automatic control of an aeroponic culture irrigation *** system considers a reprogrammable electronic circuit that uses software to generate different irrigation cycles to obtain an adequate growth of arugula *** show how different samples grown in a greenhouse had the same growth behavior as field-grown samples during the test *** was possible to obtain a more efficient and sustained five-week production to supply consumers by having a continuous cycle irrigation system,which was operated for 35 *** growth and number of leaves were maintained in a similar way for different plants *** grow similarly,but some of them showed size differences during the five weeks.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) constructed from a rich library of organic struts and metal ions/clusters represent promising candidates for a wide range of *** unique structure,porous nature,easy tunability and processability of these materials make them an outstanding class of materials for tackling serious global problems relating to energy and *** them,environmental pollution is one aspect that has increased at an alarming rate in the past decade or *** rapid urbanization and industrialization,toxic environmental pollutants are constantly released and accumulated leading to serious contamination in water bodies and thereby having adverse effects on human *** studies have shown that many toxic pollutants,as listed by the World Health Organization and the US Environmental Protection Agency,can be sele ctively detecte d,captured,sequestered and removed by MOFs from air and aquatic *** of these sensing/capture processes in MOFs are quantifiable and effective for even a trace amount of the targeted chemical *** functional sites(ligands and metals) play a critical role in such recognition processes and offer an extensive scope of structural tunability for guest(pollutants,toxic entities) *** on the one hand,the underlying mechanisms governing such sensing and capture are important,it is also crucial to identify MOFs that are best suited for commercial applications for the *** this review article,we provide an overview of the most recent progress in the sensing,capture and removal of various common toxic pollutants,including neutral and ionic,inorganic and organic species,with brief dis cussions on the mechanism and efficacy of selected MOFs.

An analysis of the off-shell H^(*)→Zz-■_(1)■_(1)■_(2)■_(2) decay width is presented for both unpolarized and polarized Z gauge bosons in the scenario with the most general H^(*)ZZ vertex function,which is expressed in terms of two CP-even(bz and cz)and one CP-odd(bz)anomalous *** SM contributions to the H^(*)ZZ coupling up to the one-loop level are also *** analytic results for the unpolarized and polarized H^(*)-Zz-■_(1)■_(1)■_(2)■_(2) square amplitudes and the four-body phase space are presented,out of which several obseryable quantities can be obtained *** numerical analysis,a cross-check was performed via MadGraph5_aMC@NLO,where our model was implemented with the aid of *** then considered the most stringent bounds on anomalous complex H^(*)ZZ couplings and analyzed the effects of the polarizations of the Z gauge bosons through the polarized H^(*)-ZZ→■_(1)■_(1)■_(2)■_(2) decay width as well as left-right and forward-backward asymmetries,which were found to be sensitive to new-physics *** focus was put on the effects of the absorptive parts of the anomalous H^(*)ZZ couplings,which have been largely overlooked up to now in LHC *** was found that the studied observable quantities,particularly the left-right asymmetries,can be helpful to search for effects of CP-violation in the H^(*)ZZ coupling and set bounds on the absorptive *** completeness,we also analyzed the case of unpolarized Z gauge bosons.

Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy is a very frequent neurological complication in cancer. Oxaliplatin（OXA） is a platinum analogue used as a first-line agent in the treatment of colorectal cancer. OXA induced peripheral neuropathy（OIN） is the main toxicity both during and after the completion of chemotherapy that presents as two distinct syndromes： acute and chronic neuropathy. None of the neuroprotective agents previously tested had prevented or limited the acute and/or chronic OIN. Mr309（previously developed as E-52862） is a novel selective sigma-1 receptor（S1r） antagonist with preclinical analgesic activity in OXA-induced neuropathic pain in animal models. This review analyzes the results of the recently published phase Ⅱ, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial including 124 patients with colorectal cancer（CrC） treated with Mr309. This study shows encouraging findings in the setting of neuroprotection against OIN with an acceptable safety profile. The study demonstrated Mr309 usefulness in decreasing acute OIN, by reducing cold hypersensitivity experienced by patients, and pointed to the amelioration of chronic OIN by lowering the proportion of patients who developed severe chronic OIN. In addition, we provide a summary and discussion on the pathways that can be modulated by the S1r to explain the observed clinical benefits in the OIN.

In this work, a modification of the sugarcane bagasse is performed, in order to obtain organic catalysts. The bagasse analysis is performed using X-ray diffraction (XrD) and Fourier Transformer Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIr), which indicated that characteristic peaks determined its chemical compounds. In addition, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) is used to know the morphology. Finally, a discoloration test is conducted on an azo compound (methylene blue) in an aqueous medium, obtaining an efficiency of 98.6%.

The one-loop contributions to the chromomagnetic dipole momentˆμt(q2)and electric dipole momentˆd t(q2)of the top quark are calculated within the reduced 331 model(rM331)for non-zero *** is argued that the results are gauge independent and thus represent valid observable *** the rM331,ˆμt(q2)receives new contributions from two heavy gauge bosons,namely Z′and V±,and one neutral scalar boson h2,along with a new contribution from the standard model's Higgs boson via flavor changing neutral *** latter,which is also mediated by the Z′gauge boson and the scalar boson h2,can provide a non-vanishingˆd t(q2)if there is a CP-violating *** analytical results are presented in terms of both Feynman parameter integrals and Passarino-Veltman scalar functions,which are useful to cross-check the numerical ***ˆμt(q2)andˆd t(q2)are numerically evaluated for parameter values still allowed by the constraints from experimental *** is found that the new one-loop contributions of the rM331 to the real(imaginary)part ofˆμt(q2)are of the order of 10−5(10−6),which means at least three orders of magnitude smaller than the standard model prediction but larger than the predictions of other models of new *** the rM331,the dominant contribution arises from the V±gauge boson for‖q‖in the 30-1000 GeV interval and a mass mV of the order of a few hundreds of *** forˆd t(q2),it receives its largest contribution from h2 exchange and can reach values of the order of 10−19,i.e.,smaller than the contributions predicted by other standard model extensions.
