Background:Numerous academic studies have explored the utilization of pharmacogenomics in the context of immunologic diseases in recent *** this,there is a notable absence of scientometric analyses focusing on the literature within this ***:This study employs bibliometric methods to systematically categorize the literature pertaining to pharmacogenomics in the context of immune diseases,with the aim of identifying research trends,key areas of interest,and prominent research institutions in this ***:Scientometric analysis compared 812 international publications with 71 Chinese publications,finding that the prevailing international research focus is on the precise dosing and therapy of immunosuppressants like mercaptopurine,a topic more extensively explored than in Chinese ***:It is found that the research focus is centered on precision medication and therapy,with a particular emphasis on the utilization of different immunosuppressants like mercaptopurine and ***,it is anticipated that precision dosing of emerging immunosuppressants like sirolimus will be a significant are a of future research.

BACKGROUND Ferroptosis has recently been associated with multiple degenerative *** induction in cancer cells is a feasible method for treating neoplastic ***,the association of iron proliferation-related genes with prognosis in HER2+breast cancer(BC)patients is *** To identify and evaluate fresh ferroptosis-related biomarkers for HER2+*** First,we obtained the mRNA expression profiles and clinical information of HER2+BC patients from the TCGA and METABRIC public databases.A four gene prediction model comprising PROM2,SLC7A11,FANCD2,and FH was subsequently developed in the TCGA cohort and confirmed in the METABRIC *** were stratified into high-risk and low-risk groups based on their median risk score,an independent predictor of overall survival(OS).Based on these findings,immune infiltration,mutations,and medication sensitivity were analyzed in various risk ***,we assessed patient prognosis by combining the tumor mutation burden(TMB)with risk ***,we evaluated the expression of critical genes by analyzing single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)data from malignant vs normal epithelial *** We found that the higher the risk score was,the worse the prognosis was(P<0.05).We also found that the immune cell infiltration,mutation,and drug sensitivity were different between the different risk *** highrisk subgroup was associated with lower immune scores and high ***,we found that the combination of the TMB and risk score could stratify patients into three groups with distinct ***-HTMB patients had the worst prognosis,whereas LRisk-LTMB patients had the best prognosis(P<0.0001).Analysis of the scRNAseq data showed that PROM2,SLC7A11,and FANCD2 were significantly differentially expressed,whereas FH was not,suggesting that these genes are expressed mainly in cancer epithelial cells(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Our model helps guide the prognosis of HER2+breast cancer pa

The traditional ecological spur dike is improved,by using the biological fillers such as the plant materials,combined with microorganisms,to obtain a larger water purification *** of the researches on spur dikes focused on the hydrodynamic force and the migration and the diffusion of the pollutants,but not so much on the effects of the spur dike materials and the arrangement parameters on the water purification *** this paper the biological zeolite is used to make ecological spur *** laboratory flume experiment shows that compared with the natural zeolite spur dike,the purification effect of the biological zeolite spur dike is significantly improved,and the average removal rate of the NH3-N is kept at 6.8%after 24 h compared with 3.5%of the natural zeolite spur *** NH3-N removal rates of a single spur dike,the counterpart spur dikes and the staggered spur dikes decrease with the increase of the inlet flow,and the staggered spur dikes have the best purification ***,a numerical model based on the MIKE21 is verified by the experimental results and applied for the Tangjiali Section of the Xutangqiao River in Xinwu District,Wuxi City,Jiangsu *** orthogonal test shows that the length of the spur dike has the most important effect on the interception of pollutants and the purification,followed by the angle of the spur dike and the spacing of the spur dikes has the least important *** geometric arrangement parameters of the ecological spur dike group with the highest efficiency on the pollutant interception and the purification are:60°(angle),6.7 m(length)and 20 m(spacing).

A possible quasi-periodic oscillation(QPO) at frequency 7.045 × 10^(-5) Hz is found in the narrow-line Seyfert 1galaxy Mrk 142 in the data of XMM-Newton collected on 2020 April *** find that the QPO signal is statistically significantly larger than the 5σ level and highly coherent with quality factor Q > 5 at the 0.3–10 keV band by using the method of the Lomb–Scargle Periodogram,the Weighted Wavelet Z-transform and the *** analyze the data in 0.3–0.6 keV,0.6–1 keV,1–3 keV and 3–10 keV energy bands,and find obvious QPO signals at 0.3–0.6 keV and 1–3 keV *** then analyze the time-average spectra and time variability at the QPO frequency of 7.045 × 10^(-5) Hz,and use a model to fit *** find that the QPO signal mainly comes from the X-ray hot corona.

As a popular kind of stylized face,cartoon faces have rich application *** is challenging to create personalized 3D cartoon faces directly from 2D real ***,in order to adapt to more application scenarios,automatic style editing,and animation of cartoon faces is also a crucial problem that is urgently needed to be solved in the industry,but has not yet had a perfect *** solve this problem,we first propose“3D face cartoonizer”,which can generate high-quality 3D cartoon faces with texture when fed into 2D facial *** contribute the first 3D cartoon face hybrid dataset and a new training strategy which first pretrains our network with low-quality triplets in a reconstruction-then-generation manner,and then finetunes it with high-quality triplets in an adversarial manner to fully leverage the hybrid ***,we implement style editing for 3D cartoon faces based on k-means,which can be easily achieved without retrain the neural *** addition,we propose a new cartoon faces'blendshape generation method,and based on this,realize the expression animation of 3D cartoon faces,enabling more practical *** dataset and code will be released for future research.

Bacterial flagellar filaments can undergo a polymorphic phase transition in both vitro and vivo environments. Each bacterial flagellar filament has 12 different helical forms which are macroscopically represented by different pitch lengths and helix radii. For external mechanical force induced filament phase transitions, there is so far only one experiment performed by Hotani in 1982, who showed a very beautiful cyclic phase transition phenomenon in his experiment on isolated flagellar filaments. In the present paper, we give a detailed mechanical analysis on Hotani＇s experiments. Through theoretical computations, we obtained a phase transition rule based on the phase transition mechanism. The theoretical analysis provides a foundation facilitating the establishment of phase transition theory for bacterial flagellar filaments.

Efficient and precise photon-number-resolving detectors are essential for optical quantum information *** this,very few detectors have been able to distinguish photon numbers with both high fidelity and a large dynamic range,all while maintaining high speed and high timing *** nanostrip-based detectors excel at counting single photons efficiently and rapidly,but face challenges in balancing dynamic range and ***,we have pioneered the demonstration of 10 true photon-number resolution using a superconducting microstrip detector,with readout fidelity reaching an impressive 98%and 90%for 4-photon and 6-photon events,***,our proposed dual-channel timing setup drastically reduces the amount of data acquisition by 3 orders of magnitude,allowing for real-time photon-number *** then demonstrate the utility of our scheme by implementing a quantum random-number generator based on sampling the parity of a coherent state,which guarantees inherent unbiasedness,robustness against experimental imperfections and environmental noise,as well as invulnerability to *** solution boasts high fidelity,a large dynamic range,and real-time characterization for photon-number resolution and simplicity with respect to device structure,fabrication,and readout,which may provide a promising avenue towards optical quantum information science.

Objective Cognitive impairment(CI)in older individuals has a high morbidity rate worldwide,with poor diagnostic methods and susceptible population *** study aimed to investigate the relationship between different retinal metrics and CI in a particular population,emphasizing polyvascular *** We collected information from the Asymptomatic Polyvascular Abnormalities Community Study on retinal vessel calibers,retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)thickness,and cognitive function of 3,785participants,aged 40 years or *** regression was used to analyze the relationship between retinal metrics and cognitive *** stratified by different vascular statuses were also *** RNFL thickness was significantly thinner in the CI group(odds ratio:0.973,95%confidence interval:0.953–0.994).In the subgroup analysis,the difference still existed in the non-intracranial arterial stenosis,non-extracranial carotid arterial stenosis,and peripheral arterial disease subgroups(P<0.05).Conclusion A thin RNFL is associated with CI,especially in people with non-large vessel *** underlying small vessel change in RNFL and CI should be investigated in the future.
