摘 要:Background:Numerous academic studies have explored the utilization of pharmacogenomics in the context of immunologic diseases in recent *** this,there is a notable absence of scientometric analyses focusing on the literature within this ***:This study employs bibliometric methods to systematically categorize the literature pertaining to pharmacogenomics in the context of immune diseases,with the aim of identifying research trends,key areas of interest,and prominent research institutions in this ***:Scientometric analysis compared 812 international publications with 71 Chinese publications,finding that the prevailing international research focus is on the precise dosing and therapy of immunosuppressants like mercaptopurine,a topic more extensively explored than in Chinese ***:It is found that the research focus is centered on precision medication and therapy,with a particular emphasis on the utilization of different immunosuppressants like mercaptopurine and ***,it is anticipated that precision dosing of emerging immunosuppressants like sirolimus will be a significant are a of future research.
