Background:Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC)K88 commonly colonize in the small intestine and keep releasing enterotoxins to impair the intestinal barrier function and trigger inflammatory *** Lactobacillus salivarius(***)has been reported to enhance intestinal health,it remains to be seen whether there is a functional role of *** in intestinal inflammatory response in intestinal porcine epithelial cell line(IPEC-J2)when stimulated with ETEC *** the present study,IPEC-J2 cells were first treated with *** followed by the stimulation of ETEC K88 for distinct time *** K88 adherent status,pattern recognition receptors(PRRs)mRNA,mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)activation,the release of pro-inflammation cytokines and cell integrity were ***:Aside from an inhibited adhesion of ETEC K88 to IPEC-J2 cells,*** was capable of remarkably attenuating the expression levels of interleukin(IL)-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-8,Toll-like receptor(TLR)4,nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain(NOD)-like receptor pyrin domain-containing protein(NLRP)3 and *** alternation was accompanied by a significantly decreased phosphorylation of p38 MAPK and p65 NF-κB during ETEC K88 infection with *** *** blot analysis revealed that *** increased the expression levels of zona occludens 1(ZO-1)and occludin(P<0.05)in ETEC K88-infected IPEC-J2 *** with ETEC K88-infected groups,the addition of *** as well as extra inhibitors for MAPKs and NF-κB to ETEC K88-infected IPEC-J2 cells had the capability to reduce pro-inflammatory ***:Collectively,our results suggest that *** might reduce inflammation-related cytokines through attenuating phosphorylation of p38 MAPK and blocking the NF-κB signaling ***,*** displayed a potency in the enhancement of IPEC-J2 cell integrity.

目的探究角膜塑形镜联合重复低能量红光照射(RLRL)在青少年进展性近视中的治疗效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年9月我院收治的中低度青少年进展性近视患者106例(212眼),随机分为观察组(57例114眼)和对照组(49例98眼)。观察组患者行角膜塑形镜联合RLRL治疗,对照组患者行角膜塑形镜治疗。随访12个月,比较两组患者治疗前后不同时间点裸眼视力、眼轴长度、屈光度、泪膜脂质层厚度(LLT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、黄斑中心凹下的脉络膜厚度(SFChT)及并发症发生情况。结果治疗前后不同时间点两组患者的裸眼视力、屈光度、LLT、BUT、SFChT比较,组内不同时间点比较、时间与组间的交互效应差异均有统计学意义(均为P0.05);组内不同时间点眼轴长度比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后12个月观察组患者的裸眼视力、LLT降低程度、SFChT增厚程度均大于对照组(均为P0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论RLRL联合角膜塑形镜控制青少年进展性近视效果显著,提高患者裸眼视力,延缓眼轴增长以及屈光度的变化,具有良好的安全性。

目的调查粪菌移植患者恶心呕吐发生现状,分析其影响因素,为开展针对性护理干预提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、粪菌移植认知问卷、中文版心理弹性量表对311例粪菌移植患者进行横断面调查,统计患者恶心呕吐发生情况。结果粪菌移植患者恶心呕吐发生率为19.61%。logistic回归分析显示,年龄、粪菌移植次数、对粪菌移植认知、心理弹性是粪菌移植患者恶心呕吐发生的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论粪菌移植患者易发生恶心呕吐,应根据其影响因素,加强健康教育及护理干预,减少恶心呕吐的发生,改善患者治疗体验。

This paper studies the alluvial fan facies characteristics and distribution in the Lower Talang Acar Formation in the Northeast Betara Oilfield. The conglomerate sedimentary characteristics and its distribution were studied based on core data, logging interpretation and seismic property analysis. The research indicated that alluvial fan deposits of Bed F in the Lower Talang Akar Formation were characterized by coarse granularity, poor sorting and low quality. Sand-bodies accumulate longitudinally, and inter-layers are poorly developed, extending locally in the transverse orientation. Typical logging response of alluvial fan system is summarized, and conglomerate is characterized by low gamma-ray （GR） intensity, low resistance, high density and low value between DLD and LLD, which reflects poor physical reservoir properties, coarse rocks and relatively high density. Conglomerate is developed mainly in the northeast and middle-south of the studied area. The upper part of bed F is found in a small area in the middle-south, while the lower part of bed F is developed in a relatively large area in the middle-south.

As a promising candidate for the next generation energy storage system,rechargeable lithium-oxygen batteries(LOBs)still face substantial challenges caused by insulating discharge products that preclude their practical *** highly efficient cathode catalysts capable of facilitating formation/decomposition of discharge products is considered as an essential approach towards high performance ***,Pd decorated Te nanowires(Pd@Te NWs)were synthesized as advanced catalyst in LOBs to maximize Pd utilization and achieve synergistic effect,in which Pd clusters were uniformly grown on Te substrate though regulating the Pd:Te ***,Pd@Te nanowires assembled into an interpenetrating network-like structure by vacuum filtration and employed as flexible cathode,enabling LOBs achieved an ultralong 190 cycles stability and a superior specific capacity of 3.35 mAh·cm^(-2).Experimental studies and density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal the excellent catalytic ability of Pd@Te and synergistic catalytic mechanism of Pd and Te,in which uniform electron distribution,extensive electron exchange,and large adsorption distance between Pd cluster and discharge products promote homogeneous adsorption/desorption of discharge products,while the high adsorption energy of Te substrate for Li species reduces the initial dynamical energy barrier during discharging *** current work provides viable strategy to design composite catalysts for flexible cathode of LOBs with synergistic catalytic effects.

Distribution Characteristics of Pb and Its Ecological Risk in Different Farmland Soils of Changchun Suburb

Pb in the farmland surface soil of Changchun suburb was taken as the main research object. The field research and laboratory analysis were used to investigate Pb content, spatial distribution characteristics and its ecological risk in different farmland soils. The results showed that Pb content was during 18.85 - 41.34 mg/kg in farmland soil of Changchun suburb, and was higher than the background value of Jilin Province at 90% of the sampling sites. The spatial distribution of Pb content in farmland soil had obvious geographical features, and Pb content in southwest and northeast soils was higher. The high-content areas were relatively concentrated, and Pb content gradually reduced from the high-content island- shape center to its surrounding. The soil Pb contents in paddy field, dry field and vegetable field had insignificant difference with the background value, indicating that Pb accumulations in dry field, paddy field and vegetable field were not significant. The order of Pb content in different land use types was showed as follows： vegetable field 〉 dry field 〉 paddy field. Pb pollution of all samples belonged to light pollution. The average potential ecological risk of soil Pb in different land use types presented the following order： vegetable field 〉 dry field 〉 paddy field.

The Distribution of Cu Content of Soil in Different Land Use Types in the Suburbs of Changchun City

In order to understand the heavy metal contamination of Cu in the farmland soil in the suburbs of Changchun City,and reveal the distribution of Cu content of soil in different farmland types,we use the methods field survey and laboratory analysis,to analyze the Cu content of soil in different farmland types in the suburbs of Changchun City. Using SPSS statistical analysis software and ORING mapping software,we process the data of Cu content in 60 sampling points and draw the normal distribution map,and then analyze the distribution of Cu content of soil in different land use types. The results show that the Cu content of the farmland soil in the suburbs of Changchun City is between 41. 71 mg /kg and 116. 77 mg /kg,with an average of 53. 35 mg /kg,and the content in all sampling points is higher than the background value; in terms of the Cu content of soil,different land use types are sequenced in descending order(vegetable field > paddy > dry land).

The exfoliation of bulk 2H-molybdenum disulfide(2H-MoS_(2))into few-layer nanosheets with 1T-phase and controlled layers represents a daunting challenge towards the device applications of MoS_(2).Conventional ion intercalation assisted exfoliation needs the use of hazardous n-butyllithium and/or elaborate control of the intercalation potential to avoid the decomposition of the MoS_(2).This work reports a facile strategy by intercalating Li ions electrochemically with ether-based electrolyte into the van der Waals(vdW)channels of MoS_(2),which successfully avoids the decomposition of MoS_(2)at low *** co-intercalation of Li+and the ether solvent into MoS_(2)makes a first-order phase transformation,forming a superlattice phase,which preserves the layered structure and hence enables the exfoliation of bulk 2H-MoS_(2)into bilayer nanosheets with *** with the pristine 2H-MoS_(2),the bilayer 1T-MoS_(2)nanosheets exhibit better electrocatalytic performance for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).This facile method should be easily extended to the exfoliation of various transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs).
